And you sold those 123k Shares today as well. Who would even buy them at a fraction of a penny?
We have trading volume today. 18.4k shares. Are we going to be resurrected? it looks like the Pink Sheet OTC listing is still active.
If an expert market security submits all filing tomorrow, they can be quoted the next day after review. This list is updated daily to FINRA. Do your homework before making assumptions. This amendment to the new rules happened on 9/17, its why I held everything

Good work and thanks for following back up. I dont see how the SEC can control their destiny if their are transparent rules and policies to follow and OMNI abides by them.
Reverse mergers occur all the time; its great to hear that that OMNI is committed to seeing this through and hopefully its just a timing issue.
Thanks for sharing; but it appears rather confusing as to what really happened. Was the Petition accepted on 6/1; but they still didnt have the court hearing and it was vacated on the 2nd attempt (both 5/28 and 6/1)?
Or does somebody else have a different interpretation? and Outcome?
Does anybody know if Omni Corp. got court approval to obtain custodian ownership of OVIT?
Great! I can only imagine the decision was made on that court date. But I am noticing the stock price/volume is really quiet. SO its hard to figure out whats going on here. Thanks.
Do we know the outcome of the June 1st court date? Was Omni approved as the custodian? Anybody have a link or source?
Sounds promising; I can see why this court approval is so important (as to bringing future upside and value to shareholders). Thanks.
Thanks. So what is the objective here as to next steps (assuming Omni is approved by the court as the custodian). Obviously, a Reverse merger makes sense; but what are the other possibilities to increase the stock value?
Thanks for posting the court date.
Can anybody who is familiar with these type of reverse mergers handicap a likely outcome? Do we have any similar examples that align to this exact situation and what was that outcome?
It looks like the stock price is in control of a very few buyers/holders as it has moved in very slow fashion; it has moved upward over a long period of time.
Had premarket trading volume today (I have never seen it this active...before the market opened).
OncoVista mentioned in this Dec. 2016 article related to Medical devices and Leukemia Diagnostic tests. Does anybody know anything about it?
https://www.globaldata.com/store/report/gdme0245epd--leukemia-diagnostic-tests-medical-devices-pipeline-assessment-2016/
Correction: Rainforest...not Rainwater
Like to see Rainwater go public and do a reverse merger with OVIT.
As far as the remainder of the OncoVista pipeline; there does seem to be other drug development activities ongoing...but its not easy to find the direct sources that disclose that as public information. If you work hard at filtering and sifting out via the web...you might come across this information.
What happened with the drug that was sold last year? It was Cordycepin (3'-deoxyadenosine) and the company that purchased it was Rainwater Pharmacal. Does OncoVista have any future with its existing assets? I do see trades are still going through on OVIT.
http://en.pharmacodia.com/web/drug/1_6750.html#onlineretailersBasic
Does anybody know about this drug? The last update was in early december of 2016.
It could easily go Bankrupt and/or just close the doors. There is no indication that the company will trade publicly or do a reverse merger going forward. Also, Alex has like 5 million shares of OVIT...would like to seam him reap the benefits of his legacy and work with OncoVista.
I continue to hold the shares...but to think that it cant go lower is very risky (even if its only another $.02 cents). A reverse merger seems like the best case scenario; but its been a painful journey here with no visibility to a positive outcome.
I dont see why the same people have to post the same crap ..day after day. I didnt say JP was right, wrong or indifferent. I think everyone is well aware of the misfortunes here with the drop in the stock price...sort of obvious...dont you think and agree?
I strongly believe the company needs to partner somewhere in their pipeline. They cant hit a homerun with every compound and/or product solely on their own.
Do whats best for shareholders...I would sell Eltoprazine and focus on other respective areas of the pipeline to raise some badly needed funds.
I think investors realize the potential. But without the coin; it will just be a mirage. As much as I dont agree with JP's ongoing (and negative) sentiment...its really that simple that the company secures the right funding.
If Mgt. can obtain quality financing....its conceivable that most will be pleasantly surprised (or even shocked) how much the PPS could rise overnight..or in very short order.
Pipeline is still outstanding (as its in tact).......if the stock market conditions could stabilize or start improving; some bigger investors might step up and participate in the funding (I think thats why the next Intl F. investor meeting is scheduled for March...as it was pushed back from January).
You should just disengage communicating with this person. Every person has different motives and underlying agendas (stick your game plan and just believe in why you invested here in the 1st place).
I feel its a baby step in the right direction as well. My 1st interpretation was its a move closer to removing the toxic financing to long term and stable holders ....look at the 5-7 week window leading into March as a preclude to a larger financing deal.
Also, if Intl. Fuson is there to support the financing one way or another...thats a good thing too.
You kindly left out any potential ties (or future related that it may be) Avant may have with Roche. Its amazing how key facts/information is always left out by select few here. I wont respond or post to your garbage going forward...because if it was really so bad here...you would just move on.
You are better off saving your time and energy with responding to these folks. Rinse, wash and repeat...same people are posting the same garbage day after day.
Buy, accumulate and hold (and pray a little bit...this is one journey that I dont ever want to repeat.....but with everything that is bad it can still turn out really good if Mgt. can make better decisions going forward).
Its just amazing what crap is posted here...and the same people keep doing so non-stop. We are all disappointed with the stock price performance; but the potential is still huge. I do hope Gerald (and Mgt) turn this around soon enough through careful execution.
How about if the Twitter source discloses his knowledge and how he is involved.....sounds like another Watsonhelper (thinks they know everything and cant ever prove one theory to be correct).
Thanks Red. The rare disease voucher has my attention; it could be monumental should the FDA bless it. Also, its best to complete this DX transaction sooner; and get this pipeline better funded (the competition is moving all fronts ...no time to sleep).
With all due respect JP; you picked a lousy example from someone who made numerous predictions (and has never gotten one of them right). Watson is a con artist....all speculative BS.
Red:
If there truly were details given (2:30pm Pacific time) and the feedback was really good regarding a pending DX transaction. Do you think the PPS should see some buying as early as Monday ....even if the audience was limited (as information eventually will get dispersed one way or another).
"Radio Silence" = We dont have anything positive to report right now. Lol.
gipper: I appreciate your feedback and posts as well. You would think at some point a CEO should set a reasonable timeframe to measure one's personal performance (and if he or she is capable of growing a bona fide business as this business is extremely complex ...and he really doesnt have the proper credentials but has very talented people surrounding him).
The biotech business (and as a startup here) is hard to handicap as they are bringing assets along and having them mature like a fine wine (hence...without the proper funding). Each day going forward...could see a monumental announcement that triples or quadruples the stock price.
They have to monetize somewhere in the pipeline:
a) Gene therapy - partnerships via Wallachbeth investment firm
b) eltoprazine - partnership via a pharma. or investment firm
c) DX Transaction - spin out
d) Venture capital - its the latter here which intrigues me as to why there hasnt been any investments from these types of firms. Or MJFF.
e) Govt funding - DOJ....grants.
f) Govt vouchers - the holy grail...in my opinion. for Rare diseases.
So many opportunities to find $$$...hard to figure why its always taking so long.
Note to Gerald ..you work for the shareholders (not your personal agenda).
So why did Robert Harris buy shares recently...rather strange. I think he was a fool to do so; but I am hoping its more indicative of things to come as very few people ever buy at the exact bottom.
"Potentially" ...is the key word as it relates to any timing of news announcements. Its the Retail shareholder base that sets ridiculous expectations at times.
I wouldnt deny that positive news is grossly overdue (that moves the PPS higher)....but I am setting a January end date as more reasonable.
I would never let anybody posting on a message board influence my buying or selling decisions. If you (or anybody else) doesnt know what your investing in exactly...better stick to cash.
Well spoken JP...but I do believe that he knows it...and has no choice but to do something about it. I would rather have cash than see them file Bankruptcy right now.
They have a vast portfolio...they just need to partner or sale something and add some cash to the balance sheet. Its LONG OVERDUE!!!
JP: You really invest a lot of energy into analyzing the Ups and Downs here. Just remember - investing in the biotech universe is full of significant risks.
Its very possible that all of the DX business activity has been suppressed (in terms of communication) as they continue to negotiate with a business partner (no guarantees of course). If the CLIA launch plans (intentions) were last confirmed in Nov.; then perhaps those updates and definitive plans could be confirmed shortly (regarding giving details).
Its no secret that investing in this company has been a huge disappointment in terms of stock price appreciation. But I can only hope that a turning point will come sooner than later. In the end of the day; Gerald and Management are shareholders too (would seem more than likely that their goal is to make money for themselves like the rest of us).
From the Prospectus filed after the close:
21,492,359 shares, assuming all of the Series H Preferred Stock being sold in this offering is converted at $0.3492 per share.
Answer: its more Dilution....todays stock price low was $.35...everyone see the relevance to the sell off and why it traded down touch that price.
Market cap. is low due to OTC status and lack of credible funding. An Up listing to NASDAQ with meaningful funding will change that reality to at least $250-$350mm with Eltoprazine up and running.
Your first mistake is to set any expectation based on Retail shareholder perception. Retail investors have no idea whats going to happen today, tomorrow or the next day...so why ask them.
