"Does anyone have any thoughts on what a foreign partnership might look like? Possibly one involving Russian government or pharmaceutical companies? '
Try calling (978) 921-4125.
"TE was a busy guy yet he got that light bulb thing done in pretty short order. And his last name starts with an E, too!"
Yeah, but that more than a hundred years ago. How many times did Ben Franklin have to tie the key to a kite string before lightning struck. And remember, Rome wasn't built in a day but I bet the architects could dot the t's and cross the i's better than the accountant. Damn, did it again, meant t the i's and criss the crosses the the lightning rod in Wakefield. He's can be compared to another Thomas E...I think can, I think I can...Thomas the train engine. They both blow smoke.
"We are a brand spankin new anti-viral company with trial results coming back this summer. Everything could change for us for the better."
More like a 1 man football team. The accountant hikes the ball to himself, is the two guards, tackles, ends, wide receivers, halfbacks, fullback, punter, place kicker, punt returner, kickoff returner, "entire" coaching staff, and water boy(even that's in jeopardy).
Unfortunately for his fans, he usually gets sacked quickly in his own end zone for a safety and thus often giving up points.
The king of the sack-what a hack.
Tenth day down, due for some hype for a few days- pay day must be coming up.
"Don't be so negative. IPIX investors are here for more than money. We're here to bring life saving drugs to market. If we can get rich doing it then great. If not, then I'm glad I gave my all to this company as a shareholder who continued to buy until the end.
Diamond Paws.
Go IPIX!"
The days of small teams in medical discovery and acceptance, such as DOCTORS Banting and Best, are long gone. The accountant can't adequately complete simple paperwork.
What, after all these years as a shareholder, do you consider his exceptional strengths?
"Did you know that he's working without a contract?"
Is he even working? Many shareholders wonder.
"Leo retiring isn't one of them. He's 62 living the easy life doing what he wants."
Which, apparently, running an effective business is not one of the things he yearns for, or knows how to do.
"Menon was terminated September 2018....and resigned from the Company's Board of Directors on December 11, 2018"
He called me in March 2018 after I met with him in Dec 2017 inquiring about P results, which had pushed back again to 1st Q 2018. As March was ending, I left a message with him. He called back to say he was out.
The accountant/one armed paper hanger has a history of not informing shareholders in a timely manner.
"“ I assure you he's good for another decade barring that. “
How can you assure that? On what basis?""
Good question, but I suspect he/she can't and is attempting to influence new investors(I believe that stream dried up long ago) as a certain few do here.
"Exactly. Dr Menon was terminated so it won’t be him."
Isn't Menon one of the inventors of kevetrin? Why do you suppose he was let go in March 2018, shortly after the complete clinical department was terminated in Dec 2017, if he was directly involved with the invention of k and it's successful trials including the last 2 pt phase 2 trial?
P results were released a wee bit late, ~ Nov 2018.
Wow, unbelievable.
"Which would be an amazing return. 125% in two months would be a 750% annual rate. That's double the performance of the record bull run for the NASDAQ over the past decade.
And if we go to $0.64 again...200% in two months or 1200% annual rate gains. That's some serious returns right there.
Glad to see you're feeling quite bullish again Hugon. I may need to buy some more tomorrow.
GO IPIX!"
There are ~ 2500 nasdaq equities. I'm sure afew had "125% in two months" amounting to a 750% annual gain. I am equally assure that none have seen the decline that ipix has.
64 cents! Roll out the barrels.
"Broad Spectrum Anti Viral is all you need to know....Huge buyout or partnership coming....you heard it here first!!!!!!!"
Yeah, I bet it's worth 15B, easy(?).
"Where you stopped reading is where investors started reading. Good stuff! GO, JFM!"
Or maybe those who haven't utilized the ignore feature imo.
"On the other hand, Leo could hit one home run after another after positive trial results, and momentum could carry us even higher than a short pop upward."
Thanks for the forward looking statements, but knowledgeable investor's know the accountant knows not how to swing a bat. Blattenly apparent.
"Thanks to those who crushed the share price for making sure a lab had to be removed."
cts, it's apparent the accountant crushed the share price via his words and actions/inactions.
"See this back to testing the .30s soon imo. Go $IPIX!"
Your stink bids must have been miraculously filled- again, Master.
"never short a dull stock
Right..."
I agree. This thing (ipix) has returned a whooping 2.8% since 8/20/20. It's clearly trouncing the market if one "studies the charts.
"Looks great! Thanks."
That's a great looking chart?
Extend the time line a bit and justify your statement please. It peaked after heavy volume in early June followed by predictable lower sp(as always happens).
Someone's head hurts.
LR,
Well reasoned(I think).
Thought some might find the following interesting:
"FDA strongly discourages disseminating data from ongoing trials. Knowledge of
accumulating data by trial investigators and patients can adversely affect patient accrual,
adherence, and retention, as well as endpoint assessment, compromising the ability of the
trial to reliably achieve its objective in a timely manner. Issues with trial conduct
caused by knowledge of interim results are difficult to predict and generally impossible to
adjust for in statistical analyses. Therefore, releasing interim results could have
ramifications on the integrity of the ongoing trial and the ability to collect reliable and
interpretable data needed to support regulatory decision-making. If sponsors intend to"
conduct interim analyses, FDA recommends they consult the guidance for industry
Adaptive Designs for Clinical Trials of Drugs and Biologics, prospectively plan these
analyses, and incorporate processes to maintain the integrity of the trial (e.g., using an
independent DMC). FDA recognizes there may be exceptional circumstances in which a
sponsor determines it needs to disseminate results for safety or other reasons. In such
situations, the sponsor is strongly encouraged to discuss with FDA before releasing such
results." Page 9 4th paragraph (3rd bullet).

PR I get. CFR, LPLV stand for?
As I tell my OT (occupational therapist), I seldom use abbreviations w/o stating what they reference. Every field has their own way of expediting a conversation, Abbreviations are usually fine as long as all ears are of the same profession/trade. However, they are used much more today,
My was was an english major (masters) and never used them. "Be clear, leave nothing question when talking or writing" was her mantra.
".....Wow!!! A weekly pump and dump.... never saw that coming..."
Friday night at the fights! I used to love rock'em sock'em robots. Gentleman, go back to your corner and come out swinging at the sound of the bell.
"Wow!!! A weekly pump and dump.... never saw that coming.."
The dolt in chief usually goes bipolar, I mean bi-weeekly with prs-
~2-5 days up selling shares, ~ 10 days down going short.
"And to be honest cabel Leo sounds desperate in his last three PR Releases and this is months away at best and who will absorb costs to manufacturing process and monthly expenses to IPIX? ....let's hope Prurisol is near term savior and why I am here to start."
Funny how at the time of the above post was when the ipix clincal department was released (dec 2017 per ed walters linkedin page).
Do you think ipix knew P results then(12/17)? Menon was gone ~3 months later.P results were released late 2018. Talk about SLOW.
"....I’ll be buying more today and next week. ...."
Thanks Forrest for letting all know your every move.
Message heard loud and clear...thanks FatAlbert(a?)1986.
"When up became down, left became right, boys act like girls and girls become boys. It’s the OTC buddy….."
"Russia single day cases continue to climb. https://finance.yahoo.com/news/russia-reports-highest-number-daily-080000320.html"
Hoping it is not contributing to the increase you note but, rather, helping to alleviate symptoms in all those who receive b.
Hope we hear, someday.
"That's not even close. That involves....announcing positive clinical trial results"
Are you suggesting that there is no chance of positive b for c results, or that the accountant would neither reveal nor act upon such knowledge b4 announcing?
"Daily volume rising"
No surprise is it as it was a pr day. I suspect kips selling and suckers buying.
The accountant is certainly a multi-tasker. Don't know how he is able to perform the quandary of tasks such as managing the trial, coordinating with consultants, subcontractors, landlord, lawyers, etc.. Writing purchase orders, subcontracts, and pr's.
The below company must be stupid.
https://www.clearcreekbio.com/team
They have a phase 2 for covid too.
https://clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/show/NCT04575038?term=toledo%2C+ohio&cond=covid+19&draw=2&rank=5
CT is much more specific as to locations than the whisperer of Wakefield.
Thanks for playing. I'm torn between deal or no deal, or whether Jupiter is aligned with Mars.
What a conundrum!
I'm sure you'll have beautiful kids with the star gazer.
"Hello Pete. If a BP calls Leo for a meeting, a highly doubt he would turn them away ....."
Sorry, couldn't resist responding to the above by saying I highly doubt he answers the phone...he's a busy guy.
"It is like we have hit a gold mine and some are saying we should sell after the first large nugget is found.
Thank God Leo is smarter than the average investor."
Smarter, not exactly the adjective I would use for him. Suit yourself.
Why do you, or anyone else, think it took ~11 months to release ph 2 P results after the entire ipix clinical dept. was released by the end of 2017? I met with a company officer in the Beverly conference room for ~2 hrs a few days after x-mas 2017 and was told p results would be announced no later than end of first q 2018.
In hindsight should have trusted my instincts when I quickly noticed no phones ringing (landline or cell), only one other person in the office (seen for a fleeting second but she seemed quite familiar).
https://www.linkedin.com/in/edward-j-walters-a55a0714
The accountant(i.e cfo/ceo) is part and parcel (an integral or component part.) of what's happened to this "company", and shareholders.
Easy peasy to see.
"Also, on the lease lawsuit. Yeah, what a shame that IPIX is fighting a landlord in court for millions of bucks. Why does the landlord think ipix owes them millions of bucks? I'm not clear on this if you can also pull that DD."
The company (ipix) did not give the landlord (Cummings Properties) the minimum 6 month notice that they did not intend to renew the lease as stipulated in the signed lease agreement between the two parties.
Does anyone ever wonder why the ph 2 k trial for ovarian cancer only enrolled 2 patients vs 20 estimated, ended in 2017 with no additional progress since?
Does anyone ever wonder why th ph 2 P tria kept getting pushed back (total at least 1.5 years I believe) and finally revealed in 4th q 2018 while "management" dismantelled the entire clinical team by the end of 2017? Who coordinates CT now?

How many people work out of the Wakefield office? Where does the "accountant" hang his hat? Best guesses welcome.
""If the US FDA says Brilacidin is 10% better over Remdesivir I will have a valise full of money ready to go."
Which of the outcome measures would show that?""
Don't nit pick. Trust that the accountant will release a pr conveying such "success".
"But why wouldn't he have done that for ABSSSI, B-OM, and Kevetrin instead of selling 200M shares (50% of everything in the pipeline) over the last two years?
It doesn't make sense. Why not sell ABSSSI or B-OM for $100M and keep the other half of the $100B (Kevetrin, B-UC, B-Viral) in the pipeline?
We know the answer given the data points. Inconvenient questions to be sure. God let COVID wash away this mess with purifying waters of revenue."
Legitimate questions to which the best reasons are expressed in the below attachment by one financial manager(an excerpt below).
"Manipulators of this type rarely get away with such a scheme without collusive, stupid or desperate company owners. Legitimate, institutional investors don’t typically come calling until the share price reaches at least the $4 level."

Sorry FB,
I meant to say the other hospital (found 2)was behavioral health related. The other lists 17 covid trials. Perhaps it hasn't been updated, but I didn't see ipix's. Main reason for my planned call.
"I provided a link to the IPIX trial that lists this location first:
IPI Investigator Site Recruiting
Winfield, Illinois, United States, 60190"
The question(s) I asked myself was(were), after attempting to get someone in Wakefield to pick up the phone:
1. Why not list the hospitals by name and address as many trials do?
2. why not list the contact numbers of the PI's( principal investigator) at each hospital in case one lives in the vicinity of the listed hospitals as many trials do?
I have no patience for their accounting/management releases of information.
Sometimes one must take another course for answers. I've found two hospitals listed in Winfield, Since one is listed as behavioral health type issues I'll contact my first hunch first.
"I don't think you have to contact them:"
The contact phone number on the clinicaltrials site in your post is Contact: Central Contact 978-921-4125 info@ipharminc.com which is ipix's Wakefield office. Attempted to reach a voice there too many times. There's more than one way to skin a cat.
"Your negative assessment of IPIX past history of a huge amount of positive progress has no bearing on the current Brilacidin C-19 trial."
I'm not answering for the BoSox fan, but I fully understand the posters message. Most of what the accountant says has little to no follow-up as things peter out aka all talk no action.
Any how, I found one hospital in Winfield,IL that is doing covid trials and will contact them directly to determine if a B trial is taking place. The Winfield hospital addresses behavioral health and likely does have the staff covid type trial.
