"Also, on the lease lawsuit. Yeah, what a shame that IPIX is fighting a landlord in court for millions of bucks. Why does the landlord think ipix owes them millions of bucks? I'm not clear on this if you can also pull that DD."

The company (ipix) did not give the landlord (Cummings Properties) the minimum 6 month notice that they did not intend to renew the lease as stipulated in the signed lease agreement between the two parties.
