"Menon was terminated September 2018....and resigned from the Company's Board of Directors on December 11, 2018"

He called me in March 2018 after I met with him in Dec 2017 inquiring about P results, which had pushed back again to 1st Q 2018. As March was ending, I left a message with him. He called back to say he was out.

The accountant/one armed paper hanger has a history of not informing shareholders in a timely manner.
