Is there any reason the sign would have been taken down since my last visit a few weeks ago? Will there be a Facebook post about it soon?
ES Resources has made a reservation deposit in the amount of $100,000.00 to confirm its interest in purchasing a License for the marketing and exploitation of the Plastic2Oil technology from AS PTO, LLC on behalf of JBI.
Where would these deposits appear in JBI financial filings? That's not the only one they announced but I'm having trouble finding any of them on the balance sheet.
A couple weeks ago Asher filed an SC13g claiming new ownership of 10% of Domark's stock.

Jimmy H. can see the corruption on this one
Anyone with an IQ above JBI's profit margin can see the corruption on this one. Ray Charles can too.
Maybe Sousa has been naked shorting all this time, even when he was attending AGM's as a partner. That would explain everything.
It's only trading about $3,000/day and has been for a while. If they tried to sell any more the price would collapse.
In 2012 the plant produced 317,225 gallons of fuel
The plant has recycled millions of pounds of plastic waste that would otherwise go to landfill.
And they only spent $50+ MILLION dollars of other people's money for that. Less fuel than the corner gas station sells in the same period but they spent enough to buy 100 gas stations? And a blending facility. Oh, and can't forget the motel.
2013?
Bankruptcy. Or maybe just a Form 15 to ride off into the Canadian sunset? We'll know more after the AGM [cough, cough].
After hrs form t 100,000 buy lowers to .0098
There are no after-hours trades on the OTC. That was a T-trade - one that was negotiated during trading hours but not reported before the close. $.01 stands as the official close.
A little over $2k traded today. It's getting harder and harder for the seller(s) to meet the $3,000/day target they've been aiming for lately.
Who has so much stock to sell below $.50? Any update on the BoD?
They aren't asset less. That property appears to be owned outright and is worth more than $250k. They also own the branding and whatever is involved with the vitamin stuff.
Why weren't those used for collateral instead of a stock loan? The liquidation preference of the Preferred stockholders - I.e. "relatives" of exec mgmt. Can't have those assets encumbered when this shell game runs its course and Walther takes his old business private again or moves to another shell.
The insiders were the only ones with any stock following the 2500:1 R/S when they then issued themselves over 100 million shares. If the OS hasn't increased they are the only ones possible who could be selling any meaningful quantity.
The pr also stated NO shares of Impact Fusion were issued as part of this financing nor will they be in the future.
I just read the Mar 18 for the first time and damn, I'm not sure where to start...
"The Board of Directors of Impact Fusion approved and completed funding for a convertible debenture of $250,000 for the purchase of equipment and resources necessary to start production in its Louisiana facilities. No shares of Impact Fusion were issued as part of this financing nor will they be in the future. The Company has purchased and accepted delivery of this equipment in early March 2013. Production was originally scheduled to begin before the end of the first quarter of 2013. This schedule was accelerated and the Company is now in full production."
A "convertible debenture" of $250,000. Convertible into what?
http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/convertibledebenture.asp
Definition of 'Convertible Debenture'
A type of loan issued by a company that can be converted into stock by the holder and, under certain circumstances, the issuer of the bond. By adding the convertibility option the issuer pays a lower interest rate on the loan compared to if there was no option to convert. These instruments are used by companies to obtain the capital they need to grow or maintain the business.
Investopedia explains 'Convertible Debenture'
Convertible debentures are different from convertible bonds because debentures are unsecured; in the event of bankruptcy the debentures would be paid after other fixed income holders. The convertible feature is factored into the calculation of the diluted per-share metrics as if the debentures had been converted. Therefore, a higher share count reduces metrics such as earnings per share, which is referred to as dilution.

One of the most important lessons to learn in Pennyland is that phrases like "nor will they be issued" are little more than wishful thinking as far as The Law is concerned. From the same PR:
"All statements that are included in this release, other than statements of historical fact, are forward-looking statements."
Why not just get a secured loan on the Supreme property valued at $400k years earlier? If they haven't needed to sell stock for 3+ years for the brand new bagasse venture why include it in the public company at all and just keep it private in the first place? The answer is obvious; it's silly that this discussion is even occurring. Disgusting, really, how a supposedly religious CEO is trying so hard to rip people off who don't understand the OTC. Mighty Christian of him I must say.
Management has provided more information on IFUS the last 6 months than they have in the past.I know it takes time to get initial sales rolling.
Where did they get the money to fund operations these past six months if they haven't sold any new stock? Executive salaries, paid employees and the rental equipment needed for Facebook hype, etc, isn't cheap for a company with no revenues (ever).
So much for the OS not increasing since 2010.
It's probably either the Big 3 Packaging guy trying to dump enough to pay Bordynuik that $500k he's owed Monday or someone else knows that payment isn't coming and such a default would really expose JBI if the full details of that deal ever came out.
but I suspect it was mortgaged to the hilt and more of a liability than an asset since I suspect it had no revenue
According to the filing the Supreme property cost $400,000 in liabilities that was subsequently reduced and they made it sound like it was totally paid off - so unless they've taken out a new mortgage on it there shouldn't be anything but taxes to pay.
That doesn't matter though. The Preferred Stock has liquidation preference over IFUS assets and guess who holds those?
I too must correct something. All this time I believed that Walther and the CTO still held all that common stock they issued themselves following the R/S. Turns out they found a way around Rule 144 restriction periods because between July 2009 and September 2010, CEO Walther's "relative" disposed of 8,750,000 shares and the CTO Scivoletto's "relative" disposed of 16,400,000. How was this legal? How many do you think they have left considering that was almost 3 years ago? They could have issued themselves tens of millions more since and we wouldn't know it.

All that matters are verifiable numbers. Cost of doing business, current revenues, expected revenues. Pictures of trucks and buildings mean nothing without hard numbers. This all looks like typical pennyland shadiness with the history here. There's a reason they haven't released any numbers in years and have no plans to do so in the future, instead relying on rumors.
240? 150 was even said. How about 11?
So IFUS CEO Marc Walthers required that all the financials be brought up to date on the RRLB shell pre merger then 3 days before the merger he had them file a special form with the SEC taking the Public firm RRLB dark. But he did continue to file financials at OTC as long as he could. Then in 2010 he decided, IMHO, it was a waste of scarce capital to tell us what we already knew, that they might not survive, that they were in trouble. Now things have turned around. There are many public signs of the turn around if one does DD and looks.
That simply is not true. Many if not most of the old RRLB people are still involved. Red Reef owned those "Supreme Energy assets" for years and were hyping it long before March 2009, the most recent was the Medical Research Facility and Park at the Supreme site. Hyped with this:
Now that we know what the property looks like the intent is pretty clear. The OS ballooned to way over a billion shares on that pump-a-dump before they reverse-split and added the vitamin business. Then Walther, Scivoletto and one other issued themselves 35 million shares each. JSR Productions, RMS7 and Cardinal Consulting International all use an old RRLB address too: 10 Fairfield Dr, Deerfield Beach FL.
https://www.otciq.com/otciq/ajax/showFinancialReportById.pdf?id=22800
IFUS was not a public firm before the merger, and the non-reporting status was filed before the merger and approved by the SEC.
Peter Versace signed the Form 15 as Executive Vice President of Red Reef back when RRLB went dark on Apr 6, 2009 (dated Apr 2; the 2500:1 reverse-split was six weeks later by the way).
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355287/000116923209001954/d76679_15-12g.htm
Peter Versace is listed as current IFUS President here: http://www.impactfusionintl.com/management.htm
It's dishonest to suggest that prior mgmt wiped out RRLB/IFUS shareholders when in fact it's the same people whoe issued themselves all the new stock following the R/S. The OS went from 500k to 160-200 million in the following months, most to "relatives" of the top two execs.
P.S. I don't believe the company qualified to file that 15-12g back then but it's irrelevant now. The SEC has been delisting companies by the dozens lately just like this for not reporting.
Thanks for the update. I'm confused by the "Loading Area" you have marked. The dock in the photos is on the side of the building you have marked as the "Manufacturing and Storage Facility" facing 1011.
I took the new property line drawing found here: http://www.supremeenergypark.com/map.html and built a Google Earth KMZ file that can be downloaded here:
http://productforums.google.com/forum/embed/?PostWizardFile=586df533-38d2-46b8-ad05-ba41844d8d85&sizekb=297#!topic/gec-member-centric-locations/b--mefd2_gs
This is what it should look like in Earth:
Once loaded in you can zoom in pretty close. Their new drawing is helpful. I didn't realize they owned that other block or so further south. Their old drawing looked like it ended on Supreme St.
Phony Pictures.
Not sure what you mean. Try this: I uploaded a bunch to test Google's Panoramio service which automatically maps them using the embedded EXIF GPS data. Those from the Supreme Pond are exactly where I was standing. A couple are way off - like the two of the loading dock - one is about 50 feet off and the other about a mile or two. There's also a few from Raceland down Hwy 308 and 128 if anyone's interested in the history. I'll upload any more I'm able to take - hopefully on a weekday.
Hope this works: http://www.panoramio.com/map/?user=7751724#lt=29.792775&ln=-90.862824&z=7&k=1&a=1&tab=5&pl=all
There is no doubt something is occurring at the facility. How much of something and whether it's just window-dressing to unload stock is always my first question and since I know the history here it'll be tough to convince me otherwise. I'm happy to keep providing independent photos as time permits, whatever they may show.
Do some math on what is visible in the company's own FB photos. Total value of assets, etc. Then ask yourself what that rental equipment costs versus how much it'll cost to transport, treat, bail and package this special feed (labor). How is this economical for anyone involved? If the property is owned outright then they do have a leg up on that expense - we still don't know exactly what they own out there. 2009 pics show "For Lease" signs on some buildings RRLB was claiming to own back then that now they say they do not. There's a 1997 survey of the area that the sale was based on but I don't know where to find it (besides a trip to the courthouse during business hours and a hefty processing fee). The site is actually in Assumption Parish (not Lafourche Parish. Technically it's not even in Napolenville - you can address an envelope to either Labidieville or just Supreme, LA with that street address and it'll get delivered), and Assumption Parish is way behind without any of their plat drawings available online. This is the closest I've found besides a LADOTD flood evac map: http://www.topozone.com/map.asp?lon=-90.9917647&lat=29.8552046&datum=nad83
Are there regulations for what can be to fed cattle bred for human consumption? What drugs they can take, etc? I really don't know - I'm asking if anyone else does.
I'm saying the area they claim to have a pile of bagasse that can be seen from space is actually the old Supreme Sugar Pond and Dam (for the mill that used to occupy the site) and there wasn't much left there last Sunday when I photographed it.
When this scam first blew up in 2009 I had a great idea for that plot of land that might still work. Maybe not for a publicly-traded vehicle (but neither does a bagasse business) but still a viable business for that area if they could win local approvals: a small-time racing venue. If they had a bit more of the adjoining acreage they could make a full-blown dirt-track. With the current size of their plot they could have an RC / rental go-kart track with maybe a loop or two for the street racers. Use google earth to find similar facilities and overlay those on the Napoleonville plot for scale... Interesting possibilities. There are a few immediate neighbors but for the most part it's out in the middle of nowhere so sound pollution (usually the biggest obstacle for local approval) might not be that big an issue.
There are 2 or 3 other such facilities within 100 miles that do gang-busters business. The one in Port Allen built after Katrina is world-class- I think they guy spent $20 mill or something. Moto-sports are HUGE down here and a couple local tracks never reopened following Katrina so there's an unfilled demand. I have no clue on the total costs of such an operation (insurance being a biggie I would assume) but there's a similar operation in Avondale about an hour away that seems to be doing well. Just dreaming, tho.
P.S. OTCMarkets.com is down at the moment for maintenance - when it's back up I have some interesting nuggets from RRLB's Form 15 and the addresses used for RMS7 and JRS: the two largest holders following the 2500:1 R/S controlled by relatives of IFUS mgmt. They all use the same address.
Make no mistake: the people John Bordynuik truly cares about made out well on this scheme. Himself above all else. Everyone else down big were simply a means to an end. He's in the cheap motel business now.
How many people were at last night's meeting? They post a video the day after my visit to the property but no update on the big presentation? Hint: was there even a meeting? Next up I predict another meeting in a secret location!
I'm still waiting for management's description of last night. There's a reason we haven't heard anything. What might it be? $3,000 total traded today.

So how many people showed up tonight? How many prospective cattle rancher clients showed up at the Raceland Ag Building?
Snicker.
Today's 20% loss was a blessing. The "wives" selling their stock tomorrow should say all that's needed.
P.S. Somebody owes me some gas money.
Overachiever is right. Pinksheet/OTC stocks don't trade after hours. Those were trades done earlier in the day that weren't registered during trading hours. Large T trades like that are almost always the result of an MM selling a large block of stock on behalf of an insider - at a discount to market prices no less. In other words, those hint towards fresh dilution or an existing (very) large holder wanting out. And on the day of the big rancher meeting they've been hyping too. That is never a good sign. Bottom line: there is no after-hours trading on the OTC.
My guess is IFUS mgmt knows that the SEC is about to delist/terminate their stock for non-reporting. They've done that to hundreds recently and it's expected the same fate is coming for hundreds more (just like IFUS) at any moment.
3 hours till the meeting? I'll withhold my report until the company gives their update. I doubt they'll claim any attendance numbers whatsoever that way, or any specifics that can easily be refuted buy someone actually in attendance recording the event. :)

"Cardinal Consulting International" was the other holder of 35 million shares following the reverse-split. I haven't found who's behind it yet. Emas perhaps?
Only 89 million new shares issued since 2010!!!! That is barely a 45% increase between 2010 and 2012
It's those kinds of misrepresentations that raise serious red flags. Didn't you mean that between 6/30/2009 and 9/30/2010 only about 78 million shares were issued? Why not back up a month - the reverse-split occurred on 5/18/2009 and the new OS would have been 570,832 when that happened. So in reality about 199 million shares were issued in the 15 months between the R/S and Sep 2010 (a 350% increase to the post-r/s OS, almost 70 million shares of which went to relatives of mgmt). And we have no idea how many were issued since then... They stopped filing 33 months ago.

Since this is my last post for the day I just found the original contract between AltFuels and IFUS' predecessor that defines the property IFUS claims to own. Exhibit 10.14 here: http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1355287/000126493107000329/0001264931-07-000329-index.htm
The whole thing is worth a read, I'm excerpting the part that with some sleuthing can devine precise property lines. The portion in bold relates to a possible clue from the EPA with links all the way at the bottom:

Maybe this is why they have their address listed as Highway "L 1011" instead of just Hwy 1011:
Supreme Energy Resources, Inc. (f/k/a) RR Louisiana Properties LLC
In November 2006, the Company acquired the assets and assumed the liabilities of Altfuels Corporation, and its related organization L-1011 Corporation, which included approximately 62.696 acres in Napoleonville, Louisiana. The principal purpose of the acquisition was to acquire the 62.696 acre site in Napoleonville for purposes of conducting its regional remediation business; however, management has determined that the highest and best use of the property is to conduct its proposed business of providing alternative energy research and validation and commercialization of various energy technologies.
The aggregate purchase price of the property was $400,195, which reflected the amount of the assumed liabilities of the L-1011 Corporation, which were in default at the time of the acquisition, and for which judgments existed.
The purchase price was determined by appraisal and were written down to the amount of liabilities assumed. The Company has refinanced the debt and the judgments have been removed. The following table summarizes the estimated fair values of the assets acquired and liabilities assumed at the date of acquisition:
Property, plant and equipment $ 400,195
Total assets acquired 400,195
Notes payable 400,195
Total liabilities assumed 400,195
Net assets acquired $ -
The note, which is secured by the acquired land, buildings and machinery, consist of the following:
Iberville Bank $ 236,046
Community Bank 124,086
Capital Bank 29,000
S/Savoie Inc. 10,000
Property tax due 1,063
Total judgments payable $ 400,195
The Company refinanced these notes with South Richmond Realty Co. on September 12, 2007. As of September 30, 2007, there was an outstanding balance of $300,000, which Iberville Bank reduced by $31,960.61 to provide a remaining balance of $125,000. The remaining balance was paid off as of September 30, 2007.

LOL! I didn't recant anything! Only that there is a Raceland Ag Center extension building after all on Texas Street that I didn't know about before my trip. I found it as soon as I got home but was out of posts or I'd have corrected that sooner. Mgmt should be thanking me - if they hadn't clarified their Facebook page today how would anyone else have found it?
Now that that's out of the way can anyone explain why this guy is using the same address as the IFUS "bagasse property"? Is he paying rent to IFUS?

Don't let the variation in IFUS' address confuse you, it's the same place. Maybe the "L" means Louisiana 1011? Can't find it referenced anywhere else like that except for RRLB/IFUS releases.
Also you'll be glad to know I figured out why they left the door open on the warehouse: they never replaced it after Hurricane Gustav in 2008. In four years they put a sign up on the warehouse, just not a door.
June 2008 (two months before Gustav):
Apr 2009 (eight months after Gustav):
Yesterday:
P.S. for whoever pointed out that the picture is too dark to see inside, there's a big portable shop fan by the door that you can sort of make out if you know it's there. Couldn't see anything else of note. Whatever is in there must be impervious to heat though - mid-June and it had to be like an oven in there. Couldn't imagine working inside for any length of time during the summer.
Here's the inside in Apr 2009 (not there yesterday)
I was there yesterday and the only usable building on the whole property is the small warehouse with their sign on it that's missing the garage door. There's nothing to tour. Even the large field is empty when everything surrounding it for miles has crops.
Cattle? I drove about 150 miles round trip and made a point to count all the farm animals: 6 horses and one donkey. Zero cattle. There might be one or two cattle farms on "high" ground down here but you won't find any serious herds until you go west to Texas or North towards Arkansas.
Now I've only got one post left for the day :( This afternoon I'll put together a biggie with every pic I took yesterday compared to the ones from 2009.
They don't really own all of this do they? How is it that now the picture on their web site shows they own all the land except the portion of the warehouse that is collapsing?
http://www.supremeenergypark.com/map.html
In 2009 they were going to build a medical research facility and offered us this illusion:
Are you saying that all of the photos and videos on Facebook were NOT taken on this property?? All of the Facebook page is staged? I am def confused....
No not at all. I didn't even know there was a Facebook page - and I was wrong about the Raceland Agricultural Building - they did build an LSU Ag extension "Raceland Ag Center" a few years ago (http://www.lafourchegov.org/ORDINANCES/2008/4380.pdf - maybe that's what they meant). A week ago I was cleaning out a junk box and pulled the old RRLB pictures I saved from back then on a forgotten hard drive. Then checked the iHub page for the first time in years and the timing was just kismet. I'd forgotten about RRLB/IFUS when the switch to the vitamin pills business was made back then and I'm not up to speed on whatever claims are being made now. I just remember the misrepresentastions made then.
I'll try to read up on whatever Facebook goodness is available publicly but I doubt my reaction will be positive since I remember how this same property was used to swindle people before.
There is no such thing as a Raceland Agricultural Building anywhere in the State of Louisiana.
Raceland doesn't even have a courthouse. How much sense would it make to have a Raceland Agricultural Building in another city - wouldn't they just name it for that city? (Why yes, that's exactly what they do in Lafourche). There's a Lafourche Parish Sheriff's office with maybe two rooms on the corner of Hwy 308 and 182 but that's about it. In fact I just stopped in and asked if they'd ever heard of the Raceland Agricultural Building either and got some pretty confused looks. Nothing but cane and soybean in Raceland.
"The facebook listing for IFUS Monday said following a visit from the head of the Lafourche Parish Louisiana Cattlemens Association to our facility in Napoleonville Louisiana .Supreme Energy's management has been invited to speak at the Raceland Agricultural Building on the 19th."
And I'm telling you they lied on Facebook. Period.
Here are a few images taken a couple hours ago. Metadata with GPS info is hopefully intact - note the altitude above sea level (hint: herds of cattle, alluvial flood zone...).
The Sheriffs office is a few blocks past the Raceland pic posted last. FYI: Raceland and the Supreme site outside Napoleonville are about as far away as two points can be in Lafourche Parish. Note that the newest signage at the entire site is the no trespassing sign on the locked gates. Also those aren't lights on in the wide-open warehouse - those are translucent areas of the siding/roof meant to allow in natural light. Everything is exactly as it was 4 years ago except for the aged Supreme Energy signage on the smaller warehouse and it look abandoned to me.
I have a few more but the battery died in my phone and I've got some Sunday drinking to do! [EDIT: I see this is my last allowed post for the day so any needed replies will come after midnight, and then I'm only allowed 3/day]
Just leaving the site now, and unfortunately no - the roof still hasn't been fixed. Looks the same except the cane field is barren (while driving past miles and miles of cane field) and the addition of a Supreme Energy sign (yhat really could use a wash) on the smaller bldg. Oddest thing : all the ware house doors are wide open yet the gates are locked and it doesn't look like anyone's been here in a while.
I'll be driving thru Raceland in about 30 mins if anyone can find the Agricultural Building before then I'll snap a pic. :)
There's no such place as the "Raceland Agricultural Building". Maybe he meant the one in Thibodaux about 20 miles away?
402 West Fifth Street (70301) · Thibodaux, LA · 70302
Phone: (985) 446-1316 · Fax: (985) 449-1549
Lafourche Parish has a population of over 90,000 residents. Thibodaux is the parish (county) seat and location of the AgCenter office. The history of Bayou Lafourche can best be told by recounting the history of the French, Spanish, English and German speaking families who settled its banks in the early 1700’s. The culture of Lafourche parish is best described as warm and inviting. It is a wonderful mix of southern grace and modern progressiveness. Read more...

hE SAID VENDORS COULD EXPECT 10,000 14,000 people in attendance
Raceland has a population of 10,000. Napoleonville? About 600.
West Monroe is 300 miles north (where there is some cattle, not much around here).
Sorry, couldn't make it out there yesterday. Trying to go this evening too see what progress has been made in the past 4 years.
I'm afraid you are incorrect. More than four years ago a poster on this board exposed the pump-and-dump that was RRLB with this post: http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=36812658
The location of the Napoleonville property was a secret until that guy found it based on an outline of a CAD plot posted in the iBox here. Since then RRLB reverse-split, renamed themselves IFUS and started selling vitamin pills. I see now they're back to hyping the worthless Napoleonville property (using his old imagery, no less).
The pictures from that post no longer exist at the links embedded. Luckily I archived them (I've lived in this area for almost 30 years, and by the way there aren't many cattle ranches. This site used to be a sugar mill for a reason). I saved all of those photos back then so let me know any you'd like to see. Make sure to read the replies - and the replies to the replies - to see the same pumpadump in action.
I will be going tomorrow for newer pictures. Then you can explain to us how they can own one-half of a huge warehouse - the undamaged part - that they claimed to own 4 years ago before someone actually drove by with a camera. We would have no idea the location of the Supreme Sugar plant if not for those old posts.
Meeting next Wednesday or something? Give ne a time and place and I'll be there with a video camera to post unedited here.
