The Nasdaq was the kiss of death for this stock.
Right there with you.
I don't find pullback days particularly exciting, lol.
Totally agree.
This is not surprising at all. FDA stands for "Foot Dragging Association" and every excuse to delay will be employed.
180,000 buy out of 225,000 traded and its still down. I don't get it.
Why wouldn't it be, it has closed down 16 out of the last 20 days and today is not looking good either. Up days are much more fun.
I wish a huge positive pr announcement would drop and trap all of these sellers. 3.7m volume and down 12%.
Why, so it can be shorted down even more? The Nasdaq is as bad as the otc many times in my experience. Buyout is the key.
By whom and from where?
NH has a good idea on when it is best to uplist. He has stated several times on the conference calls. He is quite aware of the pitfalls of uplisting too soon. There is definite manipulation on the Nasdaq, it's called the dark pool. I'm quite content with where we are at for now.
Nope, too soon. Would need a RS to meet the Nasdaq requirements and the split will kill any momentum. I just bought 20k without a problem. Nasrat has a good idea about when it is a good time to uplist. He has addressed this before.
Nope. Nasrat has a good handle on this company and what is best. The Nasdaq would be way too premature at this point and the share price requirement, without mentioning that mechanism, would kill any momentum. Imo
August 11th can't come soon enough. Alpp will be lucky to be over a dollar at this rate.
I have been a Kent supporter but I emailed the company stating that the rs was a gut punch. The Nasdaq has killed alpp and I didn't see where the otc would be such a bad thing. All the institutional buying has been on the dark pool so as not to affect the share price. I see no advantage to the Nasdaq for the retail investor.
Can't say that the CFO was all that impressive as we are still waiting on financials. I have to think he has some responsibility for that.
I thought the podcast was honest, factual and encouraging. If your agenda was to hear record breaking revenues, then you'll be disappointed. I like the direction the company is going and I'm prepared to be patient.
You are correct. I wrote an email through investor relations expressing similar sentiment late yesterday. Many of us feel the same way and would like to hear some kind of meaningful response addressing these concerns.
Where do the C shares show up in your account if you are eligible? I bought in September 2019 so I may be past the deadline.
34,000 in sales with 86 million net loss and they handed out bonuses.
I think y'all made your point. Some of us feel bad enough already
Hopefully Kent can pull a rabbit out of his hat on Friday and stop the free fall.
I'm glad too. At one time I held over a million shares which probably rs'd to almost nothing. He should feel very sad.
For once, I agree with you. A little pumping is a good thing when you are trying to get off the ground.
The timing is not good right now. Any otc announcing a rs is certainly a target for shorting. Even once on the Nasdaq it'll get shorted. The revenue is not there yet, all imho.
Can you explain, please? Thanks
Another acquisition made that should be positive news and a big drop occurs. This makes no sense to me.
I don't understand why several on this board continue beating down the company. It seems to be working hard to improve. It's at .014, how much lower do you want it to go?
Possibly or that sell the news crap that I can never understand.
Wow, the premarket is down to 2.06 on TD. Hopefully we hear something very soon.
Is it typical for a share price to be run into the ground while awaiting Nasdaq approval?
It seems like forever when power hours were awesome. Lately, they are gruesome.
Never thought that I would see the day where we close under 3. Nasdaq can't come soon enough for me. Question is, where do we go from here before that happens?
This is ridiculous!
Can you explain what that means? Thanks.
I hope the sp can survive until then. The manipulation is relentless.
Quoting from Oddball in Kelly's Heroes
"Have a little faith, baby, have a little faith"
Painful waiting game with all of these red days.
Noted and incorrect.
The YouTube is the link to the video just out. Kent addresses the Nasdaq issue at the end.
