Smartbiz,
If you are implying that CMKX will skyrocket because you saw a listing on the Exhibitor list for CIM, then forget it. It has already been researched by other shareholders and calls have been made. The CIM on the Exhibitor list is some mining council, it is NOT Casavant International Mining.
Best Regards,
Denmage
Hi Billy,
I can't private message here. Send me a message on the other site.
Thanks,
Denmage
Yes, but it's in the beaver-ning...
OT: QBID up 10% on news of new round of financing and they start transmitting today.
Denmage
It said in the last line of the PR that they are paying 1 pound sterling for each share (that's about 1.50 US).

FYI
www.cmkx.net is back up again.
Good Luck to all,
Den
2 trades @.001 for 1000 shares each just went through.
Sorry for the delay getting back to you MsPenny4. Here is the info you asked for (I can't private post):

Ladies and Gentlemen,
I just spoke with Melvin and he told me to post this and let everyone know...
***Do not believe anything your hear unless it comes from Melvin or Urban or in the form of a P/R...
***The posts we have all been so excited about were not factual...they were completely opinion...
***Urban did not speak with Frank or Topo...and did not pass along the info we were all so excited about...
***Do not believe everything you read as good as it may sound...
Sorry to disappoint

I have chatted at night with BigDogGreg on several occassions. He is from New Orleans. He is not one for hyping, pumping, bashing, or any other foolishness.
If he said that he talked to Melvin, and Melvin told him what he posted. Then I believe him.
After all, it is Melvin who has told us many times...Unless you read it in a PR; don't believe it.
Denis
The first clue that it is BS is the company name. The 'M's should be in caps. A corporation issuing a press release would be VERY careful about something like that...
You bought a 1000 shares!!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Your broker is laughing even louder than I am. Which hurt more, coming up with the $12 for the commission or the 10 cents for the stock? OMG
Yes, I have found that too. I am using Fidelity and trading CMKX in my SEP-IRA. Boy, what a retirement party I'm gonna have!!!!
8 trades all a million or less in the first half hour. Where has the float gone? Did we buy it all? This is odd...
Are we sponsoring another team. It appears we are now Lee Hatch's sponsor in addition to being the ASA Speed Truck series sponsor:
http://www.speedtruck.com/index.html
Took about a minute to fill an order for 5 Million more shares at .0001.
Denis
LOL, no one is going to pull the WOOL over your eye!
I'm reading a book right now that says that MMs have an inventory. Is it possible that they have a big enough inventory to handle a large number of trades, given that we have such a large float? JMO
Don't forget...Canadian diamonds are marked with a polar bear or maple leaf on the edge. People will know the real deal from a fake. There is always a high end market and it is always more profitable to be in that market. It doesn't make sense to get involved in price wars at the lower end. Set your standards high, deliver a quality product, and let the word know that CMKM Diamonds are better than DeBeers.
Since DeBeers is the benchmark, then even the synthetics will have them to worry about.
I'm not worried in the least.

TS&B Holdings, Inc. Discovers Unauthorized Listing on the German Exchange and Requests Shareholder Help
Wednesday May 12, 12:15 pm ET
ORLANDO, Fla., May 12, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- TS&B Holdings, Inc. (``Company'' or ``TS&B'') (OTC BB:TSBB.OB - News), has recently been made aware of an unauthorized listing of its common stock on the Berlin-Bremen Stock Exchange. TS&B executives became suspicious that ``naked short selling'' was taking place in its stock due to the continuous drop in share price over the past several weeks for no apparent reason. Naked shorting is possible due to the unregulated nature of the Berlin Exchange. The Company recently learned that other companies, e.g., DiCut Inc. (DCUTE), Whistler Investments (WHIS), Nanopierce (NPCT), Datascension (DTSN) and BGR Corp. (BGR) were subjects of the same action.
According to a May 6th release by financialwire.net via COMTEX, Nanopierce commenced a lawsuit against the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp., the Depository Trust Company and the National Securities Clearing Corp., claiming these parties have nearly a $1 Billion stake in continuing a program that results in naked short selling. The Company commenced an investigation regarding the unauthorized listing of its stock on the German Exchange.
James Jenkins, TS&B Holdings CEO stated, ``we have suspected for a while that naked shorting was taking place. There is no apparent reason for TSBB stock to be trading at current levels. Now that we have confirmation that this type of naked shorting is also happening to other OTCBB companies, we are taking immediate action to address the negative impact on our stock.'' These steps include:
* Counsel has sent a letter to the Berlin Stock Exchange demanding that TSBB be removed from the Exchange. A Form 8K has been filed with the SEC.
* The Company recently changed Transfer Agents from Atlas Transfer Company to Transfer Online, Portland, Oregon. Transfer Online certificates are a new color and have a barcode. The Company will be issuing a request to all shareholders of record to redeem their shares from their broker and take hard certificates in their possession and then send the certificates to Transfer Online for new certificates.
* The Company, through its counsel, will investigate the source of the listing on the Berlin Stock exchange to determine who initiated the unauthorized listing application and whether such actions violate the securities laws of the United States and Germany.
* The Company, through its counsel, will investigate the available remedies under German securities laws for such unauthorized actions.
* The CEO of the Company will solicit cooperation with other companies similarly situated in a unified effort to protect all such companies.

I agree, I am reading another book on buying penny stocks (I'm always trying to learn more) and the first thing it says is, "If the company doesn't answer the phone, then don't invest with them." Thank God, for Melvin!!
Denis
Hi Guys!
I'm back. The "diva" admin had me in jail for spamming. Boy the rules on here sure are lame.
Will we make .0003 today? I hope so.
OK, I did what you wanted.
Hey, what happened? I was minding my own business and the next thing I know I can't post. Is this some kind of joke? My posts have always been on topic and to the point. If you need to verify my email, then send me an email and we can get back to business.
Denis
Trouble is, Melvin has a 6th grade education.
Did he mean "whole" region or "hole" region? This looks like an puzzle wrapped up in an enigma...

Ooops, typo...
I meant there has been about 1.5 Billion shares traded at .0001 (compared to 4.5 Billion at .0002).
Denis
Bloomberg update
We have very solid trading today with a volume of about 6 Billion as of this post. The price is bouncing between .0001 and .0002 with an average of .00018. There was on stray trade of 0 and one canceled trade at .001.
The volume of trades at .0002 thus far today is about 4.5 Billion and about 2.5 Billion of the volume is at .0001.
As you can see I am starting to get a little better at reading this stuff.

Buy my Walt Disney ebook and we can all meet at DisneyWorld when we hit the big time (I have a timeshare there).
Mariner, what's your handle on CMKM board?

Melvin just posted news!
4th hole started May 4.
Aerial Survey 60% complete report will be out in a PR.
Kimberlite found in 3rd hole and sent out for analysis.

I don't know, sorry. I'm just a computer programmer, I'm still struggling to learn all this stuff. If you get the answer I'd like to know, too.
Yes, but it resets like every place else. At 1:30 it showed 1.8 Billion and I knew that we had already passed 6 Billion by then, so IMO it is pretty useless for that.

Tell the world!!
I have been telling everyone I know about CMKX. They all thought I was a nut at .0001. But now that it has hit .0002 they are starting to think it is worth another look. In fact, a couple of my friends have invested. One of them is trying to buy in at .0002 today. I've been using word of mouth advertising to let as many people in Boston know about CMKX. I figure the more people who know about it, the more people who will buy it...
Spread the word!!
I researched this one on Bloomberg. It was marked cancelled. I think it was an error.

Wow! Great job compiling all that info. I have seen it all before, but never in one place in such an orderly fashion.
Thanks this is most useful!

Update from Bloomberg -
I just checked our Bloomberg terminal, where I work, and I saw that many of the .0002 trades we are seeing are actually .00018.
However, a few minutes ago Bloomberg charted a trade squarely on the .0002 line. It was the first one of the day and happened around 1:45 pm EST.
GLTA,
Denis

Whoops! Did you hear that thunk? Back to .0001, bummer.
It was probably a data entry error; they happen from time to time. The price probably should have been .00009
Denis

I just checked a Bloomberg terminal where I work. The price is bouncing between .00012 and .00018 like a ping pong ball. (I'm a computer consultant so I never knew I had the ability to see that 5th digit before.) 8^)
Didn't someone say before that small trades like that are MM code?
What's wrong with lottery tickets as a pension plan??? Come On, Powerball!!
