This company sucks... I would sell it but it would cost me more to sell it than I have left in the stock.. Bad choice.. oh well..
Yeah... Scottrade finally got their shares... Sold like a motha asap which is why it dropped...
We had a few challenges with the prior transfer agent in the transfer of OPHI/OPHID portfolio to our current agent Colonial Stock Transfer.
With that out way, you purchased through Scottrade your shares as part of the CEDE & Co position (Scottrade).
DTC notified us today they've overnighted their stock for exchange including CEDE & Co (Scottrade), our transfer agent should receive it on Tuesday (Monday is a holiday) Colonial Stock will turn it around by Wednesday via overnight courier. You should see the adjustment to you brokerage account late next week.
Our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused you during the transfer agent change. By selecting Colonial Stock Transfer as an approved DTC FAST/DRS ("Fast Automated Securities Transfer/Direct Registration System") agent participant. This will speed up future processing times and allows shareholders the option to be issued physical or book-entry certificates. Also saves the broker's time and the shareholder deposit fees.
Thank you
Michael J. Sinnwell Jr
COO
I contacted Scottrade. They said there is nothing they can do as all they can do is wait for the shares to come (And then charge $20 for a reorganization fee BLAH). They told me to contact the company directly....
I have been waiting for over a month for OPHI(D) to issue its new shares after the R/S... I am with Scottrade... Are people having this same problem? Anyone know what the deal is?
I am confused... I know there was a reverse split... But do I own stock in ophid? I had 10,000 in ophi... But now scottrade is saying I own ophi# which is not a valid symbol..... Is scottrade just delayed in transferring my shares over to ophid at a 50/1 split or did I just loose all my shares?
Is there a place you can check how long you are banned for?
I still get my messages removed... EVEN ON THE JAIL BOARD
The lionsgate link doesn't say anything about end of the gun
Once that starts to sell, stock price will rise again
Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI) Provides Update on Its Soon to be Released New Compost Product
3 days 3 hours 18 minutes ago - eTeligis via Comtex
Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB: OPHI), a manufacturer and distributor of organic-based, hybrid and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners and pest controls, is pleased to provide a status update on its highly anticipated new catfish compost product. As previously announced, Organic Plant Health has secured exclusive global distribution rights for a unique, new organic catfish-based composted soil amendment. The product is made from composted catfish manure, and is the only one of its kind.
The product is currently in the final stages of development and is expected to be available to the company's retail partners in October of this year. Since announcing the product to the public in August Organic Plant Health has received many inquiries from farmers, commercial landscapers and retailers interested in purchasing the product in significant quantities - some even want to purchase the product by the ton. The product will be packaged in 20 lb. and 40 lb. bags for residential customers and available in 2000 lbs. totes, (ton sacks), and by the truckload for commercial customers, farmers and organic gardeners.
The company's catfish compost product is similar to traditional mushroom compost or Black Kow manure products in its outdoor applications, however, Organic Plant Health's new product is all natural, odorless, 100% clean, and loaded with microbiology, which makes it far superior and perfectly suited for indoor use.
"I believe this product is going to be revolutionary," stated Billy Styles, President and CEO of Organic Plant Health. "These types of composts are never used indoors because of the inherent smell, but since our new product is totally odorless, residential customers will be able to use it indoors with no offensive odor, and around the house in flower and vegetable gardens, raised bed plantings and container plantings. I am very excited to begin speaking with our retailers and commercial customers about this innovative new product and all of its many uses. I firmly believe that this will be the finest product of its kind and is far superior to anything else on the market today."
The company expects the available inventory of this new product to exceed 300 tons per year by the end of 2013.
About Organic Plant Health Based in Charlotte, NC, Organic Plant Health, Inc. (OTCQB:OPHI), provides organic-based, natural and environmentally responsible fertilizers, soil conditioners, herbicides, insecticides and fungicides for the continual care of residential and commercial landscapes.

BIG NEWS TODAY
Pretty Boring Stock... If anything happens, I'll let you know
I am in for .0006, however they won't even come down for that.
Good publicity for the movie...
Quote:Schwarzenegger claims the scandal cost him a role he had eagerly wanted in a movie called “Cry Macho.” But the producer, Al Ruddy, told him the part of a horse trainer’s friendship with a 12-year-old Latino kid hit too close to reality.
Ford to fire a bunch of people... good for stock
Daniel Grodnik has 2012 Cry Macho (producer) (pre-production) on Wikipedia but not on IMDB's Mass Hysteria Entertainment page.
Is MHYS going to get anything out of this movie if it produces? Or is this a separate thing for Grodnik?
What the heck people... There is no way OPHI should be trading below $0.07
No new news as of now...
Laymen terms?
Not good news for small time investors! SEC Sets Minimum Quotation
Size Requirements for OTC Equity Securities
http://www.finra.org/web/groups/industry/@ip/@reg/@notice/documents/notices/p145280.pdf
Ehhhhhhhhhh.... I don't think that will work well. I am okay with have a minimum requirement, but I think their numbers are too far apart... There should be more tiers.
So I can buy 10,000 shares at 0.0001 and spend $1 but then when it gets to 0.09++ I have to spend pretty much $1000. That is dumb
I wonder if anyone is reading this?
I hoping/guessing we hit 1.55 today
Wanderful Media to Reinvent Discovery Shopping With Backing of Top Media Companies
42 minutes ago - Marketwire via Comtex
Wanderful Media(TM), a new digital local discovery shopping company based in Silicon Valley, launched today to connect retail advertisers with millions of consumers nationwide. Building upon the innovations of its Find n Save(R) product, Wanderful Media brings to bear $22 million in cumulative funding to make discovery shopping engaging, fun and social, wherever consumers are and whatever they use to shop -- tablet, mobile or web.
Wanderful Media is backed by a powerful group of 12 media companies including Advance Digital, A. H. Belo Corporation, Community Newspaper Holdings Inc., Cox Media Group, The E. W. Scripps Company, Gannett Co., Inc., GateHouse Media, Inc., Hearst Corporation, Lee Enterprises, MediaNews Group, The McClatchy Company and The Washington Post Co. The company was originally formed as ShopCo Holdings in November of 2011 and has been operating under that name until today.
The new company represents a media industry initiative to transform the $4 billion business of traditional advertising circulars through digital innovation. Just as joint media ventures such as CareerBuilder and Cars.com strengthened the industry's position through the use of new technology, Wanderful Media was created with an even broader set of investors to reinvent the circular advertising business for its partners and extend it to the rest of the industry.
Wanderful Media is uniquely qualified to lead an industry transformation. Only Wanderful Media has the industry experience and partnerships, local market distribution and proven business model to truly reinvent local discovery shopping.
-- An experienced team with unparalleled industry support
Led by CEO Ben
T. Smith, IV, the company's executive team has strong retail,
advertising, media and technology expertise and is backed by 12 major
media companies.
-- Top retail advertiser relationships
Wanderful Media is working with
42 of the top retailers comprising some of the best-known brands in
the business.
-- Extensive local distribution into 250+ markets
The company has strong
media partnerships, connecting consumers and retailers through more
than 250 local shopping sites with commitments to expand to 600 sites
in 2013. Key media sites include The Sacramento Bee, The Dallas
Morning News, The Washington Post, The San Francisco Examiner, The
Atlanta Journal-Constitution, The Charlotte Observer, The Kansas City
Star, San Jose Mercury News and many more. The complete list can be
found at http://www.findnsave.com.
-- A developing business model already delivering audience and revenues
The company today is piloting the digital discovery shopping concept
through its ownership and operation of the Find n Save brand of local
shopping sites currently in beta. These sites cover 47 of the top 50
designated market areas (DMAs) and are building a large consumer
audience.
-- Built on acquisition of long term industry provider
The company was
formed in November 2011, as ShopCo Holdings to acquire Travidia(R),
a digital services provider for circular print conversion to the media
industry and the beta product Find n Save.
Wanderful Media will introduce new innovation in local discovery shopping. According to a recent study(1), consumers still rely heavily on circulars for shopping, with 74 percent checking to see what's on sale, 64 percent browsing circulars, and more than half (58 percent) using circulars to plan their regular shopping. The emergence of locally targeted mobile technology and the adoption of tablets for personal use creates a timely market opportunity to reinvent the traditional print circular.
Targeting Spring 2013 for the introduction of a new local discovery shopping collection of media properties, Wanderful Media will deliver a fun and integrated social experience for consumers across tablet, mobile and web. The new platform will support the full experience of discovery shopping, from casually browsing on a tablet and sharing lists with friends, to in-store reminders and promotions on the phone.
With significant product, distribution and market advantages, Wanderful Media is poised to reinvent local discovery shopping. Founded in November 2011, the company is headquartered in Los Gatos, Calif., with a development and operations office in Chico, Calif.
Supporting Quotes "Wanderful Media is betting on social and mobile platforms, and creating a seamless and engaging experience across tablet, mobile and web. Our market pedigree, partnership with big local media, and the proven ability to bring a massive consumer audience to retail advertisers, uniquely positions us to disrupt traditional circular advertising and transform local discovery shopping." - Ben T. Smith, IV, CEO of Wanderful Media

"Lee has outpaced the industry average in advertising revenue performance for 36 quarters in a row"
Lee comes out with high debt to EBITA ratio
Is Buffet going to buy this company?
I have 4.7 billion in volume for today on scottrade
P.S. can you send me your autograph?
Hey Thanks! Congrats on your movie and I hope it works out. I just watched Recoil the other day.... Good luck and I will certainly watch it if he is going to be in it. Looks like my type of movie, lots of action, some conversation.
Does anyone know any actors and any news for "End of the Gun"? If is supposedly coming out Dec 2012 then why is there no news on it? I have shares in MHYS, but I am nervous about all these past B movies on Daniel Grodnik's list.
