In my opinion, the Turnkey PR from earlier this month proves they are performing that research:
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=60283265
"The utilization of the company's technology has now reached the point where end-users in electronics -- such as prime defense contractors and commercial manufacturers -- are able to authenticate the SigNature DNA mark on incoming items even if those end-users did not themselves initiate the marking."
It's just like every other product in the high tech world. It's starts out prohibitively expensive until economies of scale and improvements in technology bring it to the point where most can afford it.
That would be one-time related to the Crede deal correct?
Also some deferred revenue now:
...The Company defers any revenue for which the product has not been delivered, service has not been provided, or is subject to refund until such time that the Company and the customer jointly determine that the product has been delivered, service has been performed, or no refund will be required. At September 30, 2013 and 2012, the Company recorded deferred revenue of $148,503 and $0, respectively.
I arrive at 729,105 in 4Q revenue too?
10Q filed in August had 1,307,117 for the 9 months ended June 30th.
10K today has 2,036,222.
2036222 - 1307117 = 729,105
Are you sure you're not counting the 2Q 6m total as the 3m.
The 10Q for the 2nd quarter has 662,275 for the 6 months ended March 31.
So it's more like:
1Q revenue - $340000
2Q revenue - $320000
3Q revenue - $640000
4Q revenue - $730000
FY 2013 revenue = 2,030,000
PR has to be coming and I agree they must have held back for some reason.
The recent PRs were all at 9:00am and certainly the full launch of the website is PR worthy.
Maybe they are going to see if the initial BuzzBar preorder sells out today so they can say something like "The initial launch of the BuzzBar was completed today with impressive consumer reception as the first batch of BuzzBar products were sold out in the first few hours...
I really like how all the consumer products seem to be of a modular design where you could link them up in many cases, maybe charge up using the BuzzSol and use it to charge all your BuzzBats and join up several BuzzBats to power your laptop while you BuzzBar is charging your cellphone hotspot and you have the BuzzCell backup for rainy days.
Four Buzz Products!
Just preordered a BuzzBar! Looks awesome.
BuzzCell looks solid too and they mention BuzzBat and BuzzSol coming soon!
BuzzSol looks like solar powered charger.
They have clearly upped their game in the form factor category.
http://www.neahpower.com/coming.html
Coming soon, 100-bagger.
Now entering Beast Mode.
Time to party like it's 2012 again.
Someone giving us their 2 cents.
Get it?
#8 on the breakout boards.
A few dozen more doses of rampant legal speculation and we hit the top 5.
Too bad ragi broke up our chance at a more posts than dollars traded party today with that large block.
First you have to prove that Weinberg has anything to do with this.
Second you need to explain why a Lein holder on a case by AAPT against Grushkin would get paid anything on a countersuit.
Third I'd like to hear how you are supposedly reading this document that is not available to the public.
It is an interesting parallel.
Doesn't seem quite right though, if I just got 2.5Mil at .001 I wouldn't care if I sold for .0062 or .0059
I'd be happy to pocket the 12K rather than holding out for an extra 750 bucks or so.
No one seems particular interested in selling at these levels.
Not even that guy.
Good sign.
This is deliberately vague to give an impression that there is evidence of misdoings where there is not.
For instance.
There is a roadmap that shows a persistent and malicious attempt by a group of investors to defraud retail investors beginning with a calculated release of insider information combined with speculation and outright misinformation in the form of a letter to a select group of investors by Eric Grushkin and continuing up through today by false claims of an SEC investigating that is not occurring.
The only thing that can be backed up 100% with evidence on this message board is the screwing of all but a few AAPT shareholders by Grushkin.
You realize by definition this makes you a competitor of AAPT. Might want to include that as a disclaimer in your posts.
Please don't encourage him on the awful dog puns. It's like fingernails on a chalkboard.
I agree that the story of Barry propping up the stock price is ludicrous on several levels though.
First time I've heard insider buying used as a reason to be bearish on a stock.
Bid size is quietly shooting up on the news (or anticipated reaction to the news) it looks like. Over 100m on the bid now.
I think we're saying the same thing.
Rule of thumb, ignore any comment made without proof which paradoxically includes this one.
Take any comment piled on to an abrupt price move as a contra-indicator of the commentators' sentiment.
AAPT is most certainly neither as bad nor as good as some would have you believe.
Who are you yelling at? Steppingstone ask for pictures I pointed to pictures.
Shorts probably don't want to hold over the 3 day weekend either. Anyone counting on a selloff before the weekend will exit in a hurry at any signs of a run up.
The burden of proof lies with the accuser.
I feel like when your stock price has been manipulated down to .0011, erring on the side of too much information is a good idea. Open up the windows and air out the bs a bit.

Hint - The slope is upward.
How many OTC companies have late filings sometimes?
You must be new to this market.
NT 10-K is not rare.
The following NT 10-K filings have been filed just this year so far:
http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/srch-edgar?text=NT+10-K&first=2013&last=2013
764 companies.
I think you mean January 4th, 2013 buddy.
Had you bought on January 4th, 2012 you would be up a respectable 500% at the moment:

Happy Valentine's Day Eric Grushkin.
Thank you for the sub-penny shares last month.
Do any of those sites show/estimate short open interest?
You mean your source's low end right?
Your source's low end was 9 bars per Walmart store.
You said there was a source for these numbers right?
Page down once. You said it here:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=84366589
(Emphasis mine)
Nutrabar in 1000 Walmart stores, agreed.
You also posted a source saying 9072 bars (1 SKU) which would mean some stores are getting 9 bars or less then?
That doesn't seem very likely.
"We want 3/4 of a box for this store thanks"
Cause that's how Big Box retailers roll. Right.
Setting aside the fact that the attached post is from an unverified user on yahoo (who has disappeared since the news of the lawsuit), in the unlikely event that it was actually Grushkin he is currently being sued for making false statements (still no countersuit).
Even if we agree with the premise that bars were made in Manhattan, KS the fact that KSU is also in Manhattan, KS doesn't prove anything.
There are 50 other compaines in Manhattan, KS:
http://www.nationjob.com/manhattan/companies
How many of them are making Nutrabars?
And meanwhile a source at Walmart confirmed 1000 stores will be receiving Nutrabars.
If that's KSU they must be working in shifts.
How do they have time for standard curriculum over there?
Thanks for the clear explanation on the trademark as always!
Best DD on this board.

2 mention patent pending on the first page.
"...patent pending food bars for dogs -- NutraBarâ„¢, ChompBarâ„¢ and MuttBarâ„¢ "
"the humanization of our nation's 78M dogs, AAPT has created a marketplace for its unique patent pending high protein power bars that will become a huge multi-million dollar extension of the $5.7B human bar business"
Nutrabar are trademarked and patent pending.
Considering the trademark was filed (11/2012) after the close of that reporting period (9/30/2012) it obviously wasn't included.
It should be included in the next one which will cover the end of calendar 2012.
Also according to several PR's Nutrabars are patent pending. I'm sure you understand the risk to competitors in attempting to use the same process when this is the case.
"Coming Soon: All Natural, US Made, Gluten Free, 25% Protein CHEWIES - The Ultimate $2.1B Treat"
http://nutradogbars.com/
Timed for AAPT's Big Screen debut perhaps?
http://www.facebook.com/pages/Wiener-Dog-Nationals-Movie/180220868662409
Apparently you forgot to tell this guy:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=83219131
He was touting AAPT big time a month ago.
Try the distribution centers per the PR since they should be arriving today.
http://nutrabar.com/stores.html
If you're having trouble finding Nutrabars try there.
Note that Walmart is listed.
Higher share price - Coming Soon.
AAPT is up 80% since the announcement of Walmart.
So apparently the market was "fooled"
The closing price for AAPT on January 23rd was .010
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=historical&symbol=NO%5EAAPT
Walmart first PR was on January 24th.
The price now .018
The real question is who wants to be holding a short position when a picture of Nutrabars in Walmart hits the internet.
