Why is this continuing to drop. Was hoping this bounced back to the .03 range and beyond not down to low .01s and lower! Other companies stock doing well. This one,s volatility has increased imo. Need some sort of action from corporate to bring value back.

Quite disappointing of this keep heading south. No positive post of lately. Shareholders bashing their own investment. Or are they not invested in this at this time? Makes you wonder. Stock seems to be driven down from within. Need a catalyst to get this on a upward track. Well I'm holding to whenever .05 for half and point .075 for the remaining shares I habe.

I added 100k shares at .0129. Should have waited a little longer for the.0125!! Should see a climb back up in the next few days or so IMO. Not sure the reason this is dropping besides scared hands! CEO: needs to be removed. Very inexperienced in running a public company and lacks any sense of education in business based on his performance. This company has no chance to bring any value to shareholders until it is bought or taken over by someone with a proven track record of turning a company profitable and erasing debt. My opinion of course but after following this POS for over 2 years I feel I earned the right to voice my opinion here! GLTA. Maybe someday we can at the very least recover our initial investment before this ends up on the grey sheets.

No you dont need my or anyones approval to invest where ever you so chose. I am not your enemy here. All I am suggesting is that you gain access to all the Pr's,tele conferences, financials from March 11th of 2013 till present. Then read all the boards archives during those times. Do you think they are under a federal investigation for no reason? Do you think they were suspended for no reason? Do ou think that they were demoted to the grey market for no reason? Do you think BBio is still with Skto? Do you think they are still affiliated with AEGY? Do you think they are still selling product or even developing new products? Then do you know whom is running the company? Whom is on it's board of directors? Why was the required filings not filed about those members leaving? Why are all these companies siblings of Henry Jan and Hipple? Why does I-Equity a privately owned company have control? Look at all the addresses almost all the same. Why has nothing they released in shareholder updates never materialized? Why did Kevin Allyn dissappear? What happen to the BBio team? Where is any revenue? What about all the land acquisitions? I was here from March of 2013 and kept adding until May of 2014 because of the promises made by management. I could own over 400 million shares now if I had bought now instead of then. I am only telling you to investigate into the company your investing into for your own well being and to stop others from feeding these thieves. Eventually fed investigation will be complete and then all will probably make sense to you of what I am saying. Do as you wish was just trying to get you to actually investigate and make a decision on your investments with this company afterwards. Anyways did not intend to be insulting or know it all. Could not say for sure nor do I really care. I am only concern that he is held accountable for his part/actions involved in this share selling scam to defraud investors out of their money. He was on on their shareholders updat phone conferences making many claims that never materialized. Many material events that he shared with shareholders were complete fabrications to entice shareholders to accumulate more and to hold their existing shares. It also lured many other new investors. He must have known from the beginning what those whom he worked for were up to with their very questionable (illegal)
claims of divie's forward splits, mergers, 30+ million in contracts with companies own by the same circle of criminals. Unfortunately we (investors whom lost big) have nothing else to do but wait the outcome of the federal investigations and hope they all get more than a slap on the wrist. I'm not sure what takes the feds so long but again I hope these guys get what they deserve. Best of luck to you!!

No it is curiousity. I have lost more than I care to admit from these thieves. I stop in the board from time to time to see what new BS is pending/posted. SKTO will not merge with anyone. They have no patents nor do they have what used to be a major asset BBio. They have fleeced investors for years and made some of themselves very wealthy. I am told the Fed investigation is still ongoing. Once investigation is completed then comes all the Class Action Lawsuits against the Companies, it's officers and affiliates. They have nothing to offer anyone to consider a merger. They don't have a clean shell and they have so much legal liability that anyone would run from. So rumors of mergers have existed with this company since March of 2013 that I have heard of personally and many more supposed mergers before that I have come to hear about. These guys will be very lucky if they don't end up in prison. Not to mention they have to always be looking over their shoulders because of them fleecing so many investors and whom ever else they could get funds from.
So hate to say but your shred of hope is not even a shred. These guys totally destroyed what could have been a very promising/profitable company by being greedy and making their money the old fashion way by fraudulantly attracting investors. Yes, but if I remember correctly they had PR'd that. So with them not following thru they are able to be suspended for following through with their intentions. Thus it caused a buying frenzy back then. Same thing happened to SKT*. I am not liking the direction this company is heading lately.
