Since production is now commencing on the Krong site, the initial dividend shall be in shares while future dividends shall provide for cash payments.

Although it's a "paid coverage" report, IMO this provides a pretty decent summary of RUBM's current situation.

Money,
Don't post much, but have been invested in TRBY and been lurking around this board for about a year.
I have to admit, when I first read eagle's post I had the same reaction you did. It reminded me a bit of when oilinbank showed up a couple months ago to push everyone's buttons when they pulled the GSA 508 listing. But reading further through eagle's posts, it sounds to me like he/she may really have had a problem and was earnestly taking suggestions to try and correct it. And, at least in my experience, seeking help/support for computer software/hardware issues on the Internet can frequently provide quicker solutions than contacting the company (although I might not seek support from a stock investment forum). In less than 2 hours eagle received several good suggestions to help resolve the problem... not too shabby.
It was interesting to read that some others had issues and they were quickly resolved - even the same types of issues that eagle had. If anything, following this little exchange through has made me more comfortable with my TRBY investment. I don't recall the QA issue being raised before and now that it has, it sounds like Mr Large has everything covered on this front as well.
I don't like true bashers anymore than you, but I don't have any problem with folks asking honest questions about the product or services offered by the company. Eagle may prove me wrong, but I think we should let him/her show their true colors before tossing the basher label out.
Just one person's opinion.
Thanks
AS and Float - I've just started looking into this stock. The only thing I can find relative to AS is 100,000,000 from a year ago. Does anyone know if that's still accurate? Also, any idea what the float might be?
The new div shares are showing up in my eTrade account as "125809996". Paid at .0256 per CMKX share.
Not yet...
Assuming a "third party certifier" is the same for MRMN as it is for other industries, it is essentially confirmation from a disinterested third party that a product lives up to the claims that it makes.
otcbargains -
I like what you say in the first paragraph - makes perfect sense. I guess I'd just like to see a full financial statement.
As far as the technical perspective goes, (a) I'm not very good at it, and (b) what little experience/understanding I have seems to fall apart in sub-penny land.
Thanks for the comments, they are much appreciated. I'll probably pick up a few shares over the next few trading days.
Good luck to you.
otc -
Is there anything you've seen that makes you think this will head back up in the next few days? I've been looking into this company and I like what I see, but the financials just aren't out there yet. Did I miss something? Otherwise I would guess we'd need to see either a PR with some financial guidance or the next quarterlty to come out before we can really evaluate the potential here.
Interested in your thoughts...
Gracias...

Been checking this stock out for a week or so trying to make a decision. Looks like I might be a bit late... any idea what's driving the price today? I haven't seen any news and the filings certainly don't shed any light on this thing.

Kennedy,
I guess my question is, if CMKX has rights to 60% of 500,000 acres, how many total acres are under Nevada Minerals control?
UCAD, CMKX & Nevada Minerals...
I'm trying to figure out what "has agreed to acquire a 60%, undivided interest in 500,000 acres of potential Kimberlite mineral property in Saskatchewan, Canada" really means. I'm not sure what percent of Nevada Minerals the 500,000 acres represents.
Interesting UCAD Connection

Can you trade CIM?
I can't find a quote for CIM. I think I recall somebody saying CMKX had issued dividends in CIM before - it showed up in their accounts, but it couldn't be traded. Is that true?
Maybe I'm missing something...
I don't see how this PR proves that the OS is 40B or less. If the OS was 200B, that would just mean that you would receive 1 share of CIM for every 5 shares of CMKX you own. Correct?
One year option thought,
The following is from the press release and I didn't focus on this aspect the first time I read it.
...UCAD has a 1 year option agreement to purchase an additional 10% interest of all mineral claims held by CMKM Diamonds, Inc. for a total of $15 million U.S. dollars payable to CMKM Diamonds...
I'm not sure how to interpret this. My first reaction is that there would be no reason for UCAD to exercise this option unless CMKX had mining results that would generate at least $150M. That's the only way they could cover the $15M they would have to pay for exercising the option. IMO, that indicates that UCAD believes CMKX has a realistic chance of locating a mine that is not only economically feasible, but also profitable to the tune of at least $150M.
Any other thoughts?
Sizzler,
OK, I got you now. Thanks for clarifying what you meant. I'm still wiping the sleep out of my eyes.
Cajun-la, I think you hit the nail on the head.
IMO, the direct impact of the dividend on pps is secondary to share accounting.
Hi Sizzler,
I see where your coming from, but I'm not sure I understand how the total value of UCAD can be used as a yardstick for how this dividend will impact CMKX's pps. Maybe it's just too early in the morning - help me out here.
storm1
I'm hardly a brainiac, but I'll take a stab at it.
IMO, on August 20, the company will take their current OS and divide that into the 7.5M shares of UCAD. That will create a divident ratio for the payout. Then, you will recieve shares of UCAD based on the number of shares you own.
For example, assuming the OS is 200B (my personal guess), the payout ratio would be 0.0000375. This means that you would receive 0.0000375 shares of UCAD for every share of CMKX you own. In more realistic terms, if you owned 10M shares of CMKX on August 20, you would receive 375 shares of UCAD.
The formula to figure out what your dividend will be is:
(7.5M / OS) * (shares you own).
I think this is how it will work, but if I'm wrong, I'm sure somebody will correct me.
It should be up...
It really depends on what each person believes the true OS to be and if you subscribe to any of the shorting/naked shorting theories. My personal opinion is that we'll see .0006. We may continue up from there, but there are still too many unanswered questions (namely, the real OS). The "run" that I anticipate will be based on momo and investor sentiment than fundamentals. But hey, that's what pinkies are all about, right?
It should be another interesting week, to say the least.
Sizzler, I think you need to check your math...
If we ASSUME the OS is 500B and the value of the gross value of the dividend is about $24.375M, then the per share value of the dividend is about .00004875 not .000975.
But, until we know the true OS, the discussion of the per share value is kind of a meaningless.
Mikey
That is good news. Hopefully this is just the begining. I'm kind of surpised we didn't get a bit more of a pop in the pps. To me, it's fairly big news that this company got it's first real contract. Oh well, it's still a great start.

Janice -
I've not only heard of ABFG, I've got a framed cert (from '99, I think) of theirs to remind me of my mistakes. Anyway, although I don't necessarily agree with your evaluation of CMKX, I wish I had heeded your warnings about ABFG. That being said, I am long here but I appreciate your posting to offer some balance/reality check.
faulkingtruth - link doesn't seem to work. I get the message "getArticle: Error with checkNext, please contact webmaster"
What would happen...
I've been following this board for quite a while, although I have rarely posted. I had an idea that I'd like your thoughts on:
Assume o/s of 500B
Assume total float (including shorts and naked shorts) of 1 trillion.
What would happen if UC kept 300B of the 500B in the company, then bought back another 200B on the open market. That would leave UC with all 500B shares - everything currently being traded would be short shares getting passed around.
Then suppose UC declared a 1 cent dividend. Since he owns shares accounting for the entire o/s he wouldn't need to actually pay anything outside the company, would he? But, the resulting scramble for shares would be a helluva lotta fun to watch.
Just a bit of a pre-holiday weekend musing.
10.5 !!!

Too bad QBID hasn't received this kind of free publicity in a nationally distributed publication...
http://www.usatoday.com/money/media/2004-05-25-mtv_x.htm
Thanks sub - nice summary.
OT - BlueSky - Are you the same BlueSkyz from RB who invested in ABFG a couple years back?
MM = Market Maker
Marketslaughter - what brokerage do you use that lets you place orders to the 5th decimal place?
Also, I certainly hope this turns out like QBID... I got on that ride a bit late.
Most likely a keeying error - either on the part of the person posting the transaction or the buyer on the order. I wouldn't read anything deeper into than that. We're still at .0001/.0002 (hopefully temporarily).
Getting certificates from eTrade...
A word of caution, I just got off the phone with eTrade. There is a $40 charge for the certificate and they guy said it could take anywhere from 1-6 weeks(depending on how quickly the transfer agent processes the request) to actually get the cert.
Personally, I think it's $40 well spent... I'm not sure I'd be nearly as comfortable doing this with the other pennies I own, but I'm a believer in this one.
Trader, put me down for a 100K cert.
Comcast Response
Like many others, I asked my cable provider what their plans were for Q Television. Below is the response I got. The response does raise one question - does anyone know if Q Television will be broadcasting in digital?
Thank you for taking the time to contact us regarding your interest in Q Television. We appreciate knowing which networks appeal to our customers, and we use that information whenever we add networks to our line-up.
Our goal is to provide a wide choice of quality cable networks and local broadcast channels reflecting the diverse programming interests of our customers. In addition to requests from customers, the following factors play a part in our decision making process:
FCC regulations, such as requirements to carry all local broadcast channels.
Requirement by local broadcasters to carry their affiliated cable networks.
The number of access channels required by local government.
Customer satisfaction with networks carried in other systems.
Customer satisfaction with similar networks.
Importance of the network to our diverse community.
Level of interest across a percentage of our customer base.
Per-subscriber programming fees charged by the network versus the value added to the line-up.
(Digital Systems Only)
As you may know, we have been investing millions of dollars in new technology to increase the channel capacity of the system through digital technology. So an additional factor in launching new channels is whether or not a particular network is available in the digital format.
What this all means is that we take all requests for new networks very seriously, and that we carefully consider the overall impact of adding each network. While we cannot honor every request, we do take each request into consideration in planning future changes to the line-up.
Sincerely,
Thomas

I'm relatively new to the stock and have made three buys over the last couple weeks. All have executed within just a couple minutes. FWIW.
82,00 units is a great start. I'd hope this kind of sunstantial, solid news would provide a bit of a boost to the pps... we've been languishing at these levels long enough.
Great news...
If this news doesn't draw positive attention to PLKC, then the commercial release planned for next month certainly will. I think a little patience here will go a long way.
