First Shipments... I am hopeful for them, but it feels just like another stinky pinky hanging on by their teeth as of late.
But at least positive news. I like "somewhat modest".. could be one unit.

Arch Therapeutics Announces First Shipments of AC5® Advanced Wound System Under New Reimbursement Support Program

Significant Milestone in Commercialization Plan Expected to Drive Sales Momentum
FRAMINGHAM, Mass., Sept. 23, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arch Therapeutics, Inc. (OTCQB: ARTH) (“Arch” or the “Company”), a marketer and developer of novel self-assembling wound care and biosurgical products, today confirmed the first shipments of AC5® Advanced Wound System (“AC5”) under the Company’s new reimbursement support program (the “Program”). This development represents a significant milestone in the Company’s overall commercialization effort, which management believes will support the accelerated growth and utilization of AC5 in doctor’s offices and wound care clinics.
AC5 is a synthetic self-assembling wound care product that provides clinicians with multi-modal support and utility across all phases of wound healing. AC5 was cleared by the Food and Drug Administration (“FDA”) for the management of partial and full-thickness wounds, such as pressure sores, leg ulcers, diabetic ulcers, and surgical wounds. The Program seeks to leverage recently announced policy changes from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (“CMS”) for synthetic skin substitutes while the Company is awaiting a response on its HCPCS application for a unique code for AC5. The Program is also intended to facilitate the Company’s engagement with payors to advocate for clinically appropriate AC5 coverage and payment policies.
“This is an exciting time for Arch and the launch of the reimbursement support program represents a huge step forward. Not only do CMS’s policy changes provide doctors with greater clarity regarding the potential billing and reimbursement pathway for their use of AC5 to treat patients, but the Program also supports our ability to work with payors to develop specific, appropriate AC5 reimbursement policies. Taken together, we expect they will further promote enhanced customer confidence in AC5. In September alone, we expect to invoice more than twice the total number of commercial units shipped year to date. While the total number of units remains relatively modest, we believe the foundation provided by the Program will drive the acceleration of near and long-term revenue growth opportunities for the Company,” stated Dan Yrigoyen, Vice President of Sales of Arch Therapeutics.
**UNREAL how no one is following this company. Might be the most undervalued .0003 company around. Sold more rights to this film.

Things could be getting fun!
Phoenix Business Journal

Aaron Klusman has big plans for the iconic Union Station in downtown Phoenix.
The co-founder, chairman and CEO of Gilbert-based Rivulet Media Inc. plans to move the company headquarters to the former train station at 401 W. Harrison St., and develop a mixed-use project that will include a production studio, residential tower, boutique hotel and office space on 10 acres.
According to Vizzda LLC real estate database, Klusman paid $4 million to Spring Communications LP for the 30,267-square-foot Union Station building that was built in 1923.
There are two telecommunication towers on the 7.34-acre site, located within an opportunity zone south of the southwest corner of Third Avenue and Jefferson Street, according to Vizzda. The property also includes the iconic Icehouse, an arts and entertainment venue.
Phoenix Union Station, which is nearing its 100th birthday, is on the National Register of Historic Places.
Rehabilitation work on the former train station is beginning now, with the first phase expected to be completed between fall 2022 and spring 2023.
Klusman said it's too soon to determine the number of residential units that will built, as well as how many square feet will be dedicated to the production studio and headquarters.
He also said it's too soon to determine total development costs of the project.
Klusman likens the project to a modern-day Warner Brothers studio lot, with some edge and grit while keeping true to Phoenix's unique storyline.
Rivulet Media's wholly owned subsidiary, Rivulet Films, plans to be involved in this mixed-use production studio, to include its film, television, animation, music and gaming production, Klusman said.
Rivulet Films announced at the recent Cannes Film Festival its acquisition of the sequel to Law Abiding Citizen starring Jamie Foxx and Gerard Butler as well as “John Wick” writer Derek Kolstad’s action-thriller franchise “Acolyte.”
Rivulet Films is releasing Machine Gun Kelly’s new film Taurus later this summer, along with Demi Moore’s film “Please Baby Please” this fall. Klusman and Rivulet Films’ CEO Michael Witherill and President Rob Paris have been involved in many films together for more than 15 years, most notably John Wick.
A separate documentary proposed by Rivulet on former Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio previously announced does not yet have a release date.

2 new films. Big names. Seems like great things happening, but they wont communicate with shareholders except via filings. Good and bad.
But it is odd how nothing trading very often.
1. See filing from today, good news.
2. See they sold North American rights to last movie for distribution (https://deadline.com/2022/05/colson-baker-taurus-movie-release-date-rlje-films-1235025069/)
Def not a pump scheme here (which it was a bit more). Seems I'm the only one here other than a couple more. Seems to have potential.
Rights for Please Baby Please (North Americas) sold or licensed.

RIVU, was BMSN prior which everyone knows.
This is looking very interesting. Real movie company now owns, low float, and they have good movies in post production now. Some of the stars are Demi Moore, Megan Fox, Machine Gun Kelly, etc.
News past two days seems to indicate they are going to turn on the PR machine.

Good one. Hoping for any bone.
Seems like the preferred would be getting love. RGBPP
TOTALLY UNRELATED... anymore.
This was BMSN, parent of RGBP at one time.
Is now a film company, but legit with big projects going.
Head guy produced the John Wick films, and has big ones going and wrapped now.
Incidentally, RGBP FLYING today... Got a license deal with a $45/share company.
Exactly.
Loving the action...anyone know why?
GO RIVU
Never know...
Tigers...stripes.... Koos. = :( most likely
Hello gotinearly . Never thought we would be back on this board discussing anything.
I don't hold the life changing amount of shares here anymore, but if something happens I could maybe buy a beach condo.
I am hoping...but you know the history of Koos as well as I.
Good luck to all of us.
Nothing novel. It was in the past. Do some research.
That doesn't mean it cant succeed.
But Koos is a convertible note factory. Watch.
Sure, that looks promising on the surface, but always has in the hundreds of other times this has gone on.
I had a very long reply typed but it is not worth it.
My past posts are here for all to read about the company and all they have done with Koos at the helm.
p.s. I dont have a paid IH account anymore so cant respond to the PM's I am getting
.
I've tried to give this thought as to post something accurate and honest, without a negative bias. But it is hard.
He promised many many things. He (Or perhaps it was all due to Dr. Thomas Icham who was affiliated at the time) obtained a few "Headline" partnerships...but what I do remember for sure is NOTHING ever materialized over many years...just a bunch of hype. He canned Icham and Icham's sister who were the brilliance on the medical front it seemed. (the way I remember it).
Oh, and billions in dilution while he and Cavens took their share of cash for years as he cruised on his yacht that he posted all over. He seems to be a control freak, but has never brought anything of value in the past to my knowledge.
My prior posts are here for all to read. I fought for them against all the neg for many years as a believer. Cost me a lot of dough. I actually own the old BMSN right now (Now RIVU , Rivulet Media), which was the beginning of this all, and luckily they have transitioned into a real company with a lot of promise it seems.
Is this time different for Koos? I have no idea. I hope so. I never sold my virtually worthless shares. I would just be careful... the company owns many many patents, all seemingly exciting. But again, his decisions in the past as a control freak have led to absolutely nothing tangible. And from I read briefly, he has again become judge and jury.
I am sure I will take heat for this on the board, but this is the honest truth as I remember it from years ago. I read a couple posts here, so might there be a lot of information I am ignorant to? Yes. But you've heard about tigers and stripes I am sure. Good luck.
Ok, old time bag holder here.
Why is Koos coming back a good thing? I have been away from this board for a while and am out of touch.
Thanks for any help.

Looking forward to all the projects they have going. Looking forward to Revs...
Check it out
At least we have a real company doing real things. Will it work out? Time will tell.

John Patrick Shanley to write & direct The Twinkle Brothers for Rivulet Media
Academy Award and Pulitzer Prize-winning writer John Patrick Shanley will write and direct the upcoming comedy The Twinkle Brothers for Rivulet Media. Rivulet Films will produce with recently named President Rob Paris taking the lead. Casting is underway with filming to begin in New York this fall.

The Twinkle Brothers is a tale told by avuncular café owner Mordecai who, when tasked with the responsibility of looking after his precocious six-year-old granddaughter Rita for an afternoon, spins her a yarn about Freddie and Miguel, two insanely competitive brothers from Puerto Rico who come to New York and end up with competing restaurants directly across the street from one another. The brothers stop at nothing to be the best on the block, ratcheting up the competition to the delight of their neighbors who are treated to bizarrely spectacular light shows, dueling Santas, and seemingly endless plates of delicious and comforting food.
Shanley is a playwright, screenwriter, and director whose original screenplay, Moonstruck, won the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay. Shanley also wrote and directed Miramax’s Academy Award and Golden Globe-nominated Doubt, starring Meryl Streep, Philip Seymour Hoffman, Amy Adams, and Viola Davis and was based on his Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning play “Doubt, A Parable.” Most recently, Shanley wrote and directed Bleecker Street’s Wild Mountain Thyme, an adaption of his play “Outside Mullingar,” starring Emily Blunt, Jamie Dornan, Jon Hamm, and Christopher Walken.

The Twinkle Brothers reunites Shanley with Paris, who previously served as Shanley’s agent during his tenure at CAA. Said Paris, “I so desperately missed speaking with John every day that I stalked him until he agreed to let me be a part of this film. I cannot wait to get started.”
In my opinion, this is as much or more of a gamble than an investment.
We are here because the product was one of only a few similar, and there seemed to be early traction and excitement.
Fast forward....we are all extremely frustrated with progress/lack of.
However, in our gamble, what I think many are missing is that this could SKYROCKET with the right deal or two, and only one or two needed, for the Pharm investor mass to notice and decide to spec. It could be at $5 overnight, and IF.....IF we can get some distribution and revenue coming, that is but a mere ladder rung.
Yet, we don't that deal now, still just a dream. But it can happen fast if we can get a little momentum.
For sure, more patience required. It seems many have none left.
Agreed.
Right or wrong, we shall see.
We could announce a billion $ contract, and some here would only see the gloom.... Just an observation.
Not replying to replies.
NO KOOS...
Real company seems, has projects going with well known actors!
We'll see...
At least this company has things in the hopper:

WELL THAT IS KIND OF FUN!!
BUT...at least exercise price is at 25 cents.. higher than where we are by around 70%.
I realize many of us are a bit upside down here...but I've been in so many where the exercise prices is significantly lower, as have many of you I assume.
