XDSL - any thoughts on this one down here around .02? has gotten crushed since earnings, which had a bullish outlook, but alas dilution rules.
BDCO i sold a few here near 1.90 but thinking 3+ could be in the cards
BDCO thanks for taking one for the team hweb!??
re: BDCO i hear ya. I've been averaging up. who knows, could have 5x upside from here
hweb, re: BDCO. Thanks for the heads-up on BDCO. Couldn't help accumulating some on those gaudy numbers.
Agree that things will return to normal for them at some point, but when is that...next year? In the meantime, i wouldn't be averse to have it test its recent high of 1.53 in march.
NJMC gold producer and REE explorer, PR today of uplisting on 3/11/22.
Will join AREC as the only two listed microcap ways to play rare earth (that i know of).
Tight capital structure is nice.
Here's updated presentation: https://idahostrategic.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/Web-Presentation.pdf

greetings. came to the one place that i knew there'd be some good OTC oil/gas tickers.
after watching what AXAS and BDCO did, to name two, figured the listed oil/gas plays are closer to the end of the run than OTCs.
any faves out there?
EDTK yes it would just be a trade on the china education theme, especially considering all players in the space have had at least one massive run, except this one.
e.g. AMBO, TEDU, FEDU, CLEU, WAFU
EDTK upcoming earnings revealed in NT-20F:
The Registrant is required by Part IV, Item (3) of Form 12b-25 to provide as part of this filing an explanation regarding whether the results of operations that the Registrant expects to report for the period ended March 31, 2020 will reflect significant changes from its results of operations for the period ended March 31, 2019. As disclosed in the Registrant’s final prospectus to the registration statement on Form F-1 (File No. 333-237815), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 22, 2020, the Registrant estimated that its revenue was $28.7 million during the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, representing an increase of approximately 16.2%, from $24.7 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2019, and its estimated net income was approximately $10.1 million for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2020, representing an increase of approximately 16.3%, as compared to a net income of $8.7 million for the year ended March 31, 2019
EDTK china education, recent 3M IPO, profitable
Somebody has been pounding this one since the opening day spike. But showing signs of turning around here around $4

ugh don't remind me about SYEV...took a good loss on that one
sorry to hear that swampy, but thanks for being a team player! if you have any others i'm holding, plz consider selling at least a few ;^D
hweb - IPDN...yes taking some off, but i had an oversized position. i still think this one in particular has the chance to become the defacto "DIVERSITY" play in the microcap sector, and if so the cult can do with it whatever they want. also think that there might be more PRs along the way, especially now that they see how thirsty the market is for diversity names
IPDN it's trading like carp! gonna need a PR to clear out the heaviness...thesis is still intact despite the share crush
IPDN trade idea on diversity theme...perhaps the only microcap with "Diversity" in its name!
many of you probably know the IPDN story from years ago, but they have divested much of their China stuff, and have new mgmt. 3 offerings have been done, the most recent at 1.35, and the stock is trading at 1.25 here.
they have done a website and investor presenttation refresh, and i think that they're going to start being more proactive in getting their name out there. quite a good time for a stock such as this, and r/r is good since it's trading below offering.
BMRG the next SHLL/NKLA?
Been loading BMRG (~10.7) and the warrants BMRG/WS (~2.15)
Electrification theme is shockingly(!) strong.
BMRG is another SPAC that announced its merger ppartner to be in the electrification theme...but this time, advanced and scalable storage systems (Zinc batteries)
SHLL/W = NKLA/W-lite? SHLL the latest SPAC to make a big splash with its high-profile acquisition target
https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1759631/000121390020015311/ea123187ex99-1_tortoiseacq.htm
Fundies look better than NKLA too, and so the hope is that the NKLA cult will come on over to SHLL as well.
I tweeted this endorsement by Louis Navellier...
Some nice #SportsBetting ideas put forth by @LouisNavellier , including my fave betting microcap $NWGI https://t.co/SAj3HjtJy8
Interestingly, $DKNG and $GAN not mentioned ???? "With an overall rating of a B, there’s a lot to like"
VRME/W uplist+offering+r/s today; 2.1M offering with warrants at 4.60.
They couldn't have timed it better with today's news story out of AMZN and Valentino that they're filing suit against counterfeiters.
https://www.businesswire.com/news/home/20200618005160/en/Amazon-Valentino-File-Joint-Lawsuit-New-York-Based
VRME is addressing the likes of this issue with AMZN retailers: https://www.verifyme.com/new-blog/verifyme-solution-eliminates-counterfeiting-concerns-for-coronavirus-products-sold-on-amazon
This transaction of uplisting with Maxim is exactly the same structure as was with GMBL. Took some time to work thru the offering, but then took off. Expecting something similar with VRME/W
LGLH/W thx larry. Move in the common is nice at 28%, but the warrants move getting exacerbated by PAACW not converting to LGLHW yet in most accounts. Would expect to see some selling once they convert. But the common can continue to jam if the rights-redeemers are done
new ticker LGHL. this is the result of SPAC combination of PAAC and Hong Kong based Lion Financial, a Chinese brokerage.
Don't be surprised if this gets jammed one of these days considering the float around 1M, an ex-spac (everybody seems to love these), and "China financial" like JRJC, DUO, or WINS.
Risk reward is improved since today it traded down 60%from yesterday closing SPAC price
There are also warrants LGHLW trading in the .10 area
yes definitely a win for WINR. will help margins
once SPACs finish de-SPACing, they have to meet certain minimum criteria to maintain their listing.
yet another good job executing by WINR mgmt, taking full advantage of market conditions
great to "see" you! Good to see you're tracking the best stocks hehe.
miss u in pt!
PAACW is an interesting combination of the lowest-float SPAC underlying (PAAC) and the cheapest warrant. you don't often get those two in combination with such an explosive and sexy PAAC story.
Even with delist risks, PAAC/W is pretty exciting. I figure I'm either going to lose 50% on PAACW or make 1000-2000%. before you chuckle, the underlying would only have to move to about 12.50 for that to happen. i mean DUO went over 100, and WINS continues to be crazy. Crazy happens.
greetings...new to the board and new to the stock. excited about its prospects, especially in light of what its peers are doing (DKNG GAN GMBL). few know about this one, and that works to our advantage.
does anyone expect an offering being imminent? would love to get some more cheap shares.
no, it's far less than that, though one wonders now what it really is after the seemingly endless shares were stifling all advances in the face of such good news.
back to having a stopsign at otcmarkets. smh
The excellent newsflow continues with today's PR:
https://www.globenewswire.com/news-release/2020/06/01/2041660/0/en/Simplicity-Esports-and-Gaming-Company-Expands-its-Online-Tournaments-from-the-U-S-to-its-1-8-Million-Flamengo-Esports-Social-Media-Followers-in-Brazil.html
Can you imagine the reaction if/when they were to confirm the AMZN rumor?
i would think that social distancing and sanitization would be easy to do at the WINR gaming centers. more problematic would be somebody like AESE who generates most of their revenues from large audience venues.
one thing that's not well understood by the investing public is that WINR has Esports assets that are not yet reflected on the balance sheet. Once (if) they are, it'll be eye-opening.
WINR mkt cap is way out of whack compared to its peers and assets. Revenues are growing, and by the time the uplist comes around, there'll be a sexy story and macro environment waiting.
While nobody was prepared for what COVID has done to business, I applaud WINR for successfully pivoting and capitalizing on the surge in online video game and Esports playing.
This recurring revenue from the monthly passes will give great gross margin, and should facilitate good revenue growth heading into their upcoming uplist. Silly mkt cap compared to the likes of AESE and SLGG
gary was a good guy. we exchanged ideas every so often. until recently i had a Coal list from ggg named "COAL - ggg". miss him
hello board! i'm @microcaptrader. i'll be checking in more frequently. haven't been on ihub much lately.
yes i've been buying WINR from whoever this willing seller is.
not aware of anything biz-related that could be causing this price decline, but as you all know, the price moves quickly both directions
db7, re: DMTK/W yes, waiting with baited breath, although considering the runup, i'm wondering if there'll be some profit taking before resuming higher
CGA - anybody track this one? Was looking at the 10Q and saw massive spike in SG&A, without a good explaanation that i could find.
perhaps one of the undervalued stocks on the planet if you're a value investor, but i have no position at the moment, and hesitate due to the above spending spike.
db7, re: DMTK/W you're welcome! looks like things are starting to come together, and the stock is starting to get noticed. Tuesday's news, while having a delayed reaction in the stock price, was quite good i think. The warrants have more than doubled with good volume.

DermTech’s Test Included in Expert Panel’s Clinical Management Recommendations for Cutaneous Melanoma
Business Wire•October 15, 2019
LA JOLLA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--
DermTech, Inc. (NASDAQ: DMTK) (“DermTech”), a global leader in precision dermatology enabled by a non-invasive skin genomics platform, announced today its inclusion in Clinical Management Recommendations, “Appropriate Use Criteria for the Integration of Diagnostic and Prognostic Gene Expression Profile Assays into the Management of Cutaneous Malignant Melanoma: An Expert Panel Consensus-Based Modified Process Assessment” published in the September issue of SKIN. The publication can be accessed at http://jofskin.org/index.php/skin/article/view/663.
A panel of dermatologists and dermatopathologists with expertise in pigmented lesions, melanoma, and gene expression technology evaluated commercially available gene expression tests to provide recommendations for use in specific clinical situations. The expert panel recommended use of the non-invasive PLA (Pigmented Lesion Assay), or 2-Gene Expression Profile test, in cases in which patients present with atypical lesions requiring additional assessment beyond visual inspection in order to inform the decision to surgically biopsy. This recommendation closely aligns with the previously published utility data on the PLA (Ferris et al., Melanoma Research, 2018), which found that clinicians appropriately biopsied all PLA positive lesions while managing 99% of PLA negative lesions with surveillance and without surgical biopsies.
Senior author Dr. Darrell Rigel, Department of Dermatology, New York University Medical Center, commented, “Developments in genomics are expanding the diagnostic tools available to melanoma patients. The PLA specifically can aid clinicians in the biopsy decision of suspicious lesions and its 99% negative predictive value can help to rule-out melanoma with a high degree of certainty.”
“We are proud to be included in the panel’s clinical management recommendations,” said Todd Wood, Chief Commercial Officer for DermTech. “We are glad that experts are recognizing the clinical value of our non-invasive genomic test for melanoma, which enhances early detection while reducing unnecessary biopsies and scarring of non-cancerous lesions. We are excited to bring the technology to patients.”
db7, re: DMTKW
heard from the company that it takes 4 warrants to get 1 share at 23.
still a potential for homerun if things pan out for the company, but i prefer the common.
interestingly, they put out an 8K today detailing the early lockup release of some shares, presumably to increase the float (without dilution) and avoiding delisting.
