VRME/W uplist+offering+r/s today; 2.1M offering with warrants at 4.60.
They couldn't have timed it better with today's news story out of AMZN and Valentino that they're filing suit against counterfeiters.

This transaction of uplisting with Maxim is exactly the same structure as was with GMBL. Took some time to work thru the offering, but then took off. Expecting something similar with VRME/W
