new ticker LGHL. this is the result of SPAC combination of PAAC and Hong Kong based Lion Financial, a Chinese brokerage.

Don't be surprised if this gets jammed one of these days considering the float around 1M, an ex-spac (everybody seems to love these), and "China financial" like JRJC, DUO, or WINS.

Risk reward is improved since today it traded down 60%from yesterday closing SPAC price

There are also warrants LGHLW trading in the .10 area

Solid DD combined with timeliness and conviction is a recipe for profits.
