A supreme court ruling will have little to no effect on this company. Here's why. Ductal endoscopy is already widely available throughout the country. Unfortunately it is considered "Investigational" by insurance companies. Investigational as used here does not mean let's see if you have breast cancer precursors. It means "We as a medical community do not believe there is an advantage to the procedure. Until such time that these procedures become mainstream there will never be payment by an insurance company and if the insurance companies are not paying the Dr's are not performing. End of story.

The silencing of opinions here within the last week when anyone and everyone could post anything about this stocks performance for more than a year without drawing interest can only mean this is a concerted effort to run this up prior to suspension for noncompliance. It's a con to make one last grab at some quick cash before shutting it down.

I think a RS would benefit flippers. The new crop of sheeple driven in by attractive marketing would be a nice payoff if timed properly. It may take 2 quarters to realize though. A nice RS with a run up to 014 would make a lot of money.

No. This is an 003 to 007 flipper. Watch the scheduled dip before the quarterly earnings reports. Get in there and then get out the day before the report comes out...Wait a few days and then get back in when the slide back to the 003's is complete...Rinse and Repeat as necessary.

I didn't get in that high. But the day after I did this slide began and I have not seen my buyin price a single time since.
My issue with this stock is that there is no reason (based on the banter)for an almost 10 month slide. Until it can be explained I fear my optimism is gone.
There is no mass market for a ductal endoscope in this country. The insurance companies will not pay for the procedure as they consider it investigational. That's not likely to change with the coming healthcare reform.
