A supreme court ruling will have little to no effect on this company. Here's why. Ductal endoscopy is already widely available throughout the country. Unfortunately it is considered "Investigational" by insurance companies. Investigational as used here does not mean let's see if you have breast cancer precursors. It means "We as a medical community do not believe there is an advantage to the procedure. Until such time that these procedures become mainstream there will never be payment by an insurance company and if the insurance companies are not paying the Dr's are not performing. End of story.
