The company stopped filing financial reports with the SEC. How does anyone know if the tech works? What info is out there that says this works even in a lab for CCTC? If so, what lab? Has there been third party verification?

If I were to guess on that, I would think the price will go down.
Though there is a lot of anticipation on the equipment being moved and setup onsite. How many of us know if this stuff even works. You might be better served trading on the highs and lows.

Keep in mind Mr Ponce (COO) resigned with conditions, we have not seen financial information for a long time, and it appears no revenue in the near future. Plus the money that has been raised, is not very much. They should be able to raise a lot more than a million or so and it appears to be more like a loan.
Could this just be a pump? Or is something happening? What are your thoughts? Be honest.

I do not think we have had many meaningful or spirited posts on this board since that one guy got kicked off a year or two ago. At least he got some interest going. Maybe this is just a by-product of the stock.

What happened to the 8 days for the pilot plant? Plus how long can they go without posting an audit and not have the SEC pull them off line??

Has anyone noticed that the company has not posted a financial statement for the end of 2014 and first quarter 2015? How long can they do this without issues? Any speculation on this?

We have not heard a word from management for a long time. Not sure what to make of it. Do not see anyone dumping stock, or at least reporting such on Edgar. The quarterly report is late also. Maybe something to look for and see if it gives us any useful information.

Is there anyone in the NY NY area willing to go see if the office is still open? This would be very helpful.

Someone should contact the CPA audit firm and see what they think. We should be able to find out as shareholders if the CPA firm thinks this is a real deal or not. Their name is on the line.

That would be fraud if those things were not done and they said they were.

PLEASE RESPOND. Are the board members and executives going to get paid shares on a pre or post Reverse Split basis? I see on the compensation section for vote that one member is going to get 1,000,000 shares. Please tell me I am missing something. If their stock compensation agreements did not get adjusted, that would be a bad thing for shareholders.

Well we have a new CFO and the report is late and a RS before the pilot plant is complete. 0 for 2

On the 15th we should see another accountant's report and the D should be lifted from the trading symbol.

Yea, what the heck is up with that? Not one update since they said they were going to do that. I do not understand why they make statements and promises and do not follow up on them. They should just keep quiet.

I agree, the price today is not relevant, though the volume is interesting. If this stock cannot get up to around ten cents a share on its own before the RS, the near future trading of this stock is going to be rocky at best.

What happened to the weekly press release from CCTC?

At this stage of the game, I can’t see much good coming of the RS either. There would have to be a big game changer before the RS. Well, there should be a filing with the SEC soon.

I heard the CFO say something about 35 to 1. I believe this is the max per shareholder approval. Someone can check on this. Though the stock seems to be controlled by insiders and interested parties, so having another RS approval could happen if they wanted it. JMHO

Can anyone envision a scenario whereas a reverse split in late April will do any good? Even if a pilot plant is completed by then, the shares would have to be trading at 10 cents or better to make a difference. Also, I am concerned that the PPS will drop after the reverse split unless something really good is happening. We could end up in a situation where the stock on a pre RS is worth less than now, which is not much.

Looks like John M. Fife is somehow tied into a 5% ownership of CCTC. No, he is not related to Barney Fife. At least I do not think so. There is some information about him on the internet.

Have the executives of the company ever been paid any money? Like greenbacks?
Maybe he sold the stock because he needed some money? I am also very concerned that he sold the stock, but wonder how long they can work for stock? Plan for the worst and hope for the best. I hope we get some good news soon. We deserve it. But do not plan on it. Sure hope they don’t invoke a reserve split now. That will hurt the company, because if there is a pilot plant ever completed, they will have to do a RS again. Plus they promised they would not do a RS before the pilot plant completion. So far this has been honored.

I would hope that the company will have something for us before the financial statements are filed with the SEC. Was there some new sale of stock by the CEO during the last day or so? If we see him selling stock every few months, then that could be a problem.

It does not make any sense why someone would want to short sell a stock that is trading at two cents that may have potential good new in the near future. Common sense would dictate that there should be no short selling of this type of stock. Short selling is very risky at this point in time.

I agree. Hope we get some form of an update soon. The way the company has made positive statements and then not been able to deliver may have shaken confidence in the company. I wonder if there were not so many broken promises, if the stock would be trading a little higher right now.

I would not count on it. If you are using the email route through their website, I have found that to be nonresponsive. If you have a private email, then maybe that would work.

Do they typically respond to your emails?

Hopefully a press release telling us the pilot plant is successful and another release about additional capital contributed. Though it does not look good right now.

Well looks like no pilot plant. What a shame. Wish shareholders had some form of recourse. What next?

Can we have more information on the pilot plant and how to find out what is going on with the company and less on short sales? Any suggestions? We should be willing to pitch in a few dollars each to send someone to investigate the pilot plant and the company. Someone to go visit the company and make a plea for the shareholders. Maybe someone in Oklahoma and someone in New York. Maybe we should get the media involved?
