Keep in mind Mr Ponce (COO) resigned with conditions, we have not seen financial information for a long time, and it appears no revenue in the near future. Plus the money that has been raised, is not very much. They should be able to raise a lot more than a million or so and it appears to be more like a loan.
Could this just be a pump? Or is something happening? What are your thoughts? Be honest.
