PLEASE RESPOND. Are the board members and executives going to get paid shares on a pre or post Reverse Split basis? I see on the compensation section for vote that one member is going to get 1,000,000 shares. Please tell me I am missing something. If their stock compensation agreements did not get adjusted, that would be a bad thing for shareholders.
