Keep loading MattyMoney and sooner rather than later you will be MattyNoMoney. Although I think we both no that you are not planning to put anymore money in here at all, but rather sell as others buy.
It's now clear to me this has been a scam from the outset. I've written off my money here, pointless selling now as its pretty much worthless. Just like this company.
I just hope people do not get sucked into this or any other of the BOD's future ponzi schemes. Take note of the BOD's names involved and move on, never get involved with these characters again and warn others of the same.
See my previous post on here with the link to the Australian documentary on how such con artists work.
Tim DeHerrera, lmao, what a crook imo. Buy some worthless land, have some dodgy studies carried out by some tin pot outfit, go on the pr roadshow, have the boards pump it then sit back pour a glass of vintage 1907 Heidsieck champagne and light up a Gurkha Black Dragon cigar as you pay yourself handsomely for yet another rip off ponzi acheme well executed. Trying to call the company for answers??? Forget it, they are well versed at avoiding questions from lowly pi's. They have your money and that's all that is important. These ponzi schemes are repeatedly carried out the world over and will continue to do so as there will always be some new mug to come along with his hard earned savings. Here's an example of one such crook in this investigative documentary.

grprlegend. I'm hearing ya !!
This is one of those companies set up for the board to ramp the t6ts off and pay themselves handsomely, which in essence comes from the little pi who continues to get sucked in. Even just a 30minute bit of research on the bod will reveal enough to make you want to stay away.
Woof woof. What a dog this is, total and utter waste of time. Same as the majority of all these penny stocks. Never invest in them, they're just for trading, and only if you're an experienced trader who knows what they're doing. Otherwise you'll be the one left holding dog.
NEVADA OIL DISCOVERY
For anyone that is keeping an eye on or looking at USLGF, you may want to check out how to get your hands on these as I hear it is difficult for brokers to get them. Just in case you want to take a position when flow results arrive and the news breaks.Gla.
Any day now really stockseekerok and we will see if the mother load of Nevada has been unlocked. Stay tuned.
Yep $7 and if flow test results are in line with expectations then BOOM.
Eblana 1 (on the edge of the anomaly) - 1,100ft net pay 24% porosity. 15 - 20 zones were being tested.
Eblana 2 is bigger than Eblana 1
CEO has previously mentioned $1 - $2 million dollars a day revenue from these 1st couple of drills, thus self funding the entire operations thereafter. $25-$45 net to USLGF per barrel.
2nd drill will begin very soon.
CEO is approx a 9% shareholder.
Workers have been accepting their pay in shares rather than in cash.
No coincidence that those who took place in the last placing were all from the same neighborhood as the CEO.
Latest placing was only about 285000 shares, CEO is not looking to dilute this company.
From what I gather they are also looking to float on the Frankfurt exchange in the future.
Worth keeping an eye on if not to invest in then to watch the story unfold. Shouldn't have long to wait now. This will be massive for Nevada. Best of luck.

Nevada oil rush.
Very soon the US should hear whether or not a recent oil discovery in Nevada of light sweet crude has in actual fact hit the biggest discovery of the decade in the US.
The flow test results are expected any day. There are some bold predictions being made, but if these come to fruition, then expect to hear a lot more from your national news teams.
8news covered the story yesterday, so I would guess they will report on the eventual outcome.
Exciting and tense times for investors, interesting times for Nevada, and a potential breakthrough for the US oil & gas industry.
USLGF is one to take a look at, if only to see how the story unfolds. Gla.

Hmmm, just reading a few posts on here and seems like this went to rats. Not sure what has happened but sounds a bit underhanded. Not pleasant!!
I've just seen your TOU so I won't post about another stock so as not to upset the moderator. But check out 8news yesterday, I think it was screened at 5pm and part 2 at 11pm regarding Nevada by George Knapp.
Sorry if anyone has suffered any losses here, even more sorry if I have not read enough posts and am completely wrong in my assumption.
atb.
Nevada mother load may have been found.
I think you may want to check this one out. It is a small company called US oil & gas (USLGF). 8news ran the story yesterday which i've posted below. The flow test results should be released soon. It is already an oil discovery (light sweet crude), question is how much???
They own 100% of the licence, made the discovery on their 1st drill and are fully funded for a 2nd. They still only have just over 41million shares in issue. If the flow test results are in line with expectations then this will be massive news in the US which will transform Nevada. Have a read of the USLGF board for a bit more info or just listen out for the story to unfold SHOULD these results make it on the main news. gla.

US Oil & Gas (USLGF)
Hi, I am not quite sure if this is your type of stock, but it should still be under the radar in the US and has just over 41million shares in issue only. Yesterday 8news ran the story which I have posted below, I assume it will not be long before it really hits the US headlines..
The oil has been discovered (light sweet crude), flow test results are due any day now, indications and rumours are that they have hit the motherload of Nevada with their 1st drill using their own technology.
There is also a board on ihub with further info.
Worth taking a look at imo. Best of luck with what ever your chosen investments are.

Hello futrcash. My guess is results will be released at end of November, even if some are saying they are due any day now. Best check on the USLGF board as I don't often post on ihub. We will all know then if the price tag is justified and if this will be the start of the great Nevada oil rush. atb.
Thanks Jim. Sorry I couldn't reply last night as only have 15posts a day and wanted to let as many people know about US oil & gas. Although that was a waste of time seen as the posts were deleted for spam. Should have read the rules of ihub 1st hey, lol.
This is the real deal guys. Nevada is going to be MASSIVE news. Here below is the 8news from yesterday parts 1 & 2. This has been an amazing and difficult journey for us investors the other side of the pond, you would not believe the journey. Some have been holding for 3 years and have a 40bagger now. I can only assume they have de risked slightly but most of the well researched investors are sticking this one out until T/O.
Guys & gals, seriously have a look at this. I see you have the USLGF board on here that has some info to give you an overview. US oil & gas have 100% of this large licence and amazingly only just over 41 million shares in issue. They have run a very tight ship and looked after their investors. Best of luck with your investments ;)

I-Team: Black Gold in the Silver State?
I-Team: Oil Discovered in Nevada
LAS VEGAS -- The discovery of underground riches is nothing new in Nevada. Gold and silver deposits put Nevada on the map, but a small company from Ireland recently pinpointed a different kind of subterranean treasure -- oil.
A drilling rig struck oil several months ago in Hot Creek Valley in central Nevada, east of Tonopah. The company has tried to keep a lid on the news until it can figure out how big the oil field might be. The I-Team has been visiting the drilling site since last spring.
If the numbers are even half of what some are predicting, it could be a game changer for Nevada's economy. In the past, oil has been found in the Silver State. For more than 15 years, the I-Team has reported on experts who believe there is an ocean of petroleum somewhere under Nevada.
According to the company that made the discovery, the rampant speculation is premature. They really don't know how much oil there is, though they're working hard to find out.
Hot Creek Valley is a 183 mile stretch of mountains and scrub brush, home to more cows than people, but if you cut through a semi-mysterious military facility and follow the signs, you'll find a small operation that could be the start of something really big.
Like the bovines, most Nevadans have no idea of the potential riches in the ground below. The oil industry has taken sporadic stabs at Nevada over the years, poking holes here and there, and have found oil, but not the huge bonanza many veteran geologists say is still out there. A few years back, oil geologist Alan Chamberlain predicted there could be a few billion barrel fields.
But Nevada's twisted, tortured geology has defied previous attempts to find the petroleum wellspring. Techniques that work in Texas don't work here. A new approach was needed. Its proponents say infrasonic technology allows geologists to essentially listen for oil and its distinct sonic signature. When combined with more traditional techniques, they say, it can help wildcatters figure out where to drill.
When the I-Team first visited the Hot Creek rig last spring, it was quiet and empty, but there were tantalizing signs such as oil-soaked sand and droplets of oil floating on a pool of wastewater.
In the months since, the project has kicked into gear. A small Irish company named U.S. Oil & Gas first hinted to its investors last year that it found oil in Hot Creek Valley. A company video caused a spike in the stock value and was noted in American oil journals. The company CEO wouldn't answer the I-Team's questions, except to confirm there was an oil discovery.
"We have a discovery, a discovery of oil, the first in 32 years," U.S. Oil & Gas CEO Brian McConnell said.
McConnell and a handful of staff have been living in trailers at the drill site for months, overseeing what's known as flow testing to figure out just how big their discovery might be. Is their infrasonic technique a gimmick or a legitimate tool for finding the right spot? After all, a drilling rig can cost tens of thousands of dollars per day.
"We didn't move forward until we were satisfied that the data reduced the risk as far as we could on our first well," McConnell said. "We achieved that by having the discovery of oil on our first well drilling."
He repeatedly declined to speculate about how big his find might be. His publicly-traded company is subject to securities regulations in both the United Kingdom and the United States and he is wary of crossing a line. But he's told his investors the oil is there and 8,000 feet of drilling pierced nine separate reservoirs. A sample of the oil shows what is called light sweet crude, considered the best oil.
"We found this very, very light oil, and this could be very shallow horizons, and there is some medium oil, dark brown oil, and this very light oil," said Dr. Karim Akrawi, U.S. Oil & Gas geologist and board member.
In Europe, heads explode with every tiny update from the drill site. McConnell's exuberant investors are already calculating their potential riches while bombarding the company 24/7 with calls and emails. The boss isn't biting.
"We have been very cautious in everything we have said and announced so far," McConnell said. "We would just like to verify the flow test results from this well before we say anything more. But we are very excited, and I think it is good for Nevada too."
One tell-tale sign of potential oil riches is something called chainman shale, or compressed hydrocarbons. The shale in parts of Nevada is thicker than even Saudi Arabia or Kuwait, which is one reason the company came to Nevada. How big could it be? The unofficial numbers are staggering.
The I-Team's George Knapp will have the unofficial size of the oil field at 11 p.m. on 8 News NOW.

I-Team: Oil Discovered in Nevada (Part 2)
HOT CREEK VALLEY, Nev. -- An Irish company financed by small investors has accomplished what American oil giants have been unable to do: It struck oil in central Nevada.
According to the company, U.S. Oil and Gas, it is not yet certain how big the oil field might be, but initial indications suggest tens of millions of barrels of oil are in the ground below Hot Creek Valley, east of Tonopah.
If the predictions are confirmed, the discovery could transform the Nevada economy.
On a tiny patch of ground in Nevada's Railroad Valley is what's left of a petroleum icon -- for 10 years, it was the single most productive oil well in the entire country, averaging 4,000 barrels per day. Experts say the oil must have seeped in from somewhere else, an unknown mother lode, which inspired some bold predictions.
"In my opinion, Nevada will be the largest oil state ever to have happened in the U.S., including Texas and California," said Chuck Laser, an oil wildcatter.
There are places in central Nevada where you can pick up a rock, break it open and it smells like gasoline. Oilmen have believed for years that somewhere out here is an undiscovered ocean of oil. And now someone may have found it.
Hot Creek Valley, adjacent to oil-rich Railroad Valley, seemed like a logical place to drill. The well is named Eblana 1, or "Nelly," to the European investors who have bankrolled U.S. Oil and Gas. Wary of crossing any lines with securities regulators, the company's CEO downplayed the discovery.
"We are looking at two oil systems: light sweet crude with gas condensate and the normal heavier oil that is found in Nevada," U.S. Oil and Gas CEO Brian McConnell said. "We are quite confident we are looking at a new discovery."
McConnell flatly refused to say anything about how much oil is in central Nevada, but legal disclosures made earlier to investors caused the stock price to increase tenfold. Preliminary data at one well suggested a pool of up to 187 million barrels of oil.
The company has leased 25,000 acres in the valley, room enough for many more wells and a lot more oil. A similar field in neighboring Utah has already produced a billion barrels.
"What we would need to do is a number of wells to actually define the geological structure and how much oil would be maintained in the geological structure," McConnell said. "One well is not enough. We will have to follow with at least a three or four well drilling campaign."
The company used a combination of 3-D imaging and a unique sonic screening to identify the best place to drill, and it worked. They hit oil in the first place they looked. The system was developed by Karim Akrawi, who thinks this field could rival those found the Middle East.
"I am very, very positive, and I think this valley has great potential," said Akrawi, a U.S. Oil consultant and board member.
A lot of work still needs to be done to confirm the loftier projections, but there's no doubt what could happen to the state's economy if the predictions come true. The Bakken oil boom in North Dakota has made unemployment all but non existent. Median income has doubled, and the state now has a billion dollar surplus. A similar boom in Nevada would be the biggest change since legalized gambling.
The company has kept things so quiet that the news is only now starting to surface in the nearest town, Tonopah.
Tonopah City Manager James Eason said he has heard very little about U.S. Oil's operation.
"Just that they hit oil, and that is all I know," he said.
McConnell said he is amazed by how much cooperation his company received from the Bureau of Land Management and the state of Nevada.
A few online investment bloggers in the United Kingdom have written that the projections seem improbable and wondered if the company has misled its investors.
McConnell said he couldn't say more because of securities regulations but that an official announcement is likely within a few weeks.

A pre teaser for tonight's news
http://videobam.com/VzDpy
this is the transcript of the teaser clip.
Presenter - So George, a big story on black gold here, this could be a possible game changer for Nevada.
George Knapp - Yeh, you know we’ve been out poking about in the desert with Jim ???? for about 15 years looking for oil, there are places in the Nevada desert you can just break open a rock and smell it, it’s like gasoline, and so what they‘ve been predicting is that somewhere out there is a gigantic pool and now it looks like somebody has found it. There’s a small company from a foreign country, in the middle of the state, they’ve poked a hole down there and found oil, they’ve hit it and it could be really big.
P - It could be really big? Now if they do hit it, where does all the money from all this oil go?
GK - Well the company will won it, but it could be a game changer for our state, I mean there was a discovery in North Dakota for example, the Baaken Field, that changed everything, gigantic amount of jobs were created, it changed the whole economy, if this is as big as they think it is, that could happen here. It’s gigantic.
P - Now here’s a big question – why hasn’t anyone discovered this
before?
GK - It’s basically our tortured geology, in Texas you can poke a
hole, you stick a pipe down there, you find the oil and pump it up, it’s simple. Our geology is really tortured, some of our oil deposits are vertical rather than horizontal, so it’s hard to find, but it’s out there, and it looks like somebody has finally found it.

How can anyone be happy with these drops in sp? All this rubbish about picking up cheap shares is silly now. I hear the same with one of my other oil shares USOP. Great news expected within a month and people saying oh great we have dropped 50% I can buy more. Although with USOP it is probably true as they only have about 41million shares in issue. But with GRPR I have been hearing this all year!!! Frustratingly holding tight!
Still a chance to get in. With just over 41M shares in issue the upside here is massive once the results of this current program is completed. Remember they still own 100% of the licence. Amazing to get this far on their own with minimal dilution.

The Investment Case
The Eblana #1 exploration well, drilled by U.S. Oil's wholly owned subsidiary Major Oil International LLC in May 2012, encountered nine large potential porous oil reservoir intervals (approx. 1,100 feet cumulative net pay) and associated high fracture zones before reaching its target depth of 8,550 feet on 26th May 2012.
Advanced well log processing and interpretation is now complete. Using a workover rig, the Company will production test the well in order to collect further data including flow rates, reservoir pressure and other information. Of the 20 potential payzones identified by the advanced well-log analysis, up to 15 will be perforated.
The Eblana #1 production wellhead has been installed. Ground operations for the workover programme on the Eblana #1 well will begin on 27th August, 2012, with production testing to commence on September 4th.
A February 2012 Competent Person's Report by Forrest Garb & Associates estimates Gross Prospective Resources of 189 MMSTB OOIP (P50) and 67 MMSTB recoverable oil based on data from the Company's pre-December 2011 lease area.
US OIL’s geological, geochemical and passive 2-D and 3-D seismic surveys show five precisely located hydrocarbon reservoirs, and the company has identified its first drilling targets.
US Oil & Gas has less than 42 million shares in issue.
US Oil is fully funded to drill three wells.
US Oil’s lease area is close to Railroad Valley (10 miles), which has produced over 50 million barrels.
The company anticipates working with Forrest Garb & Associates as independent processes and data auditors throughout the forthcoming drilling campaign. Their role will also include devising and maintaining the Company's data store.
The unit cost of extracting oil in Nevada is amongst the lowest anywhere. The Hot Creek Valley lease area is close to a highway and two refineries. As a result, the viability of the field is minimally sensitive to the oil price.
A discovery in the US, the world’s largest oil market, would be situated in one of the most politically stable, well regulated and secure exploration areas in the world.
NOTE: OOIP figures are those estimated by Forrest A. Garb & Associates, February 2012.

Well at last. There seems to be something happening with GRPR. Not too happy with the lack of detail in todays / yesterdays news. No doubt the company will ignore yet again my questions i've taken time to pen to them.

Winterflood acts as a broker for institutional and retail clients, and is a major market-maker on equity exchanges. The firm is owned by London-listed financial services groupClose Brothers.
Winterflood’s electronic trading director Philip Yarrow said in a statement: “This initiative is part of Winterflood Securities’ plan to expand our customer base in Europe and North America. We attract more European and American institutional investors and retail brokers because they see the value of our tested business model, which combines state-of-the-art in-house technology with the human touch of highly skilled traders.”
The move marks something of a diversification push by Winterflood, which has historically garnered much of its revenue from serving smaller UK investors. The firm has been hit by the downturn in domestic equity trading, amid retrenchment from dealers and continued investor uncertainty over the fate of the eurozone.
For the six months ended January 31, 2012, its contribution to Close’s operating profits slumped by two thirds to £8.4m, according to the firm’s annual report. That compares with an operating profit of £25m for the same period during the previous year.
The firm blamed “a reduction in retail investor risk appetite and a resulting reduction in trading activity, particularly in smaller, less liquid stocks” for its weakened performance.
The firm said it was aiming to continue its growth push into other services, including the provision of outsourced execution and custody through its subsidiary Winterflood Business Services. The broker has also opened an office in the US.
Its parent Close Brothers was also a major backer of Plus Markets Group, the loss-making UK exchange operator which this year faced a breakup and fire-sale of its assets after it failed to find a buyer. Close has written off its stake in the venture. Winterflood acted as a market-maker on the group's equity platform, which was subsequently sold to interdealer broker Icap.

*Correction: A previous version of this article stated that Winterflood’s operating profit decreased by two thirds during the 12 months ended March 31, 2012 versus the same period the previous year. In fact, the decrease occurred over the six months ended January 31, 2012, versus the same period the previous year.
GRPR have never once answered my calls or emails. I should have taken the hit and sold out months ago. I'm locked in now and have written this money off. I've made note of the BOD so I never end up in one of their companies again. And please no one give me a lecture on penny stocks, I am in USOP who now trade on the GXG market. I have been through the mill with them, but they at least got as far as drilling and look to have a huge discovery in Nevada with the Eblana-1 drill.
WC, do you no which East African oil plays SE has been looking at?
"GRPR is only going up from here. They know exactly what they're doing, but when other partners are involved there's only so much they can do. Looks great."

"Only going up from here", how many times have I heard that on here. "They know exactly what they are doing", do they? In effect they just admitted they don't and need to apply a bit more due dilligence. "but when other partners are involved there is only so much they can do", are we always going to blame them or start to take some responsibility.
"Finally, they got the 10 percent. NICE! Now its time to get the revenue coming in. Now what needs to happen is steady cash flow coming in while the price of Natural Gas becomes once again profitable. THAT MEANS JONAH FIELD BABY".
Nice enthusiasm you have there. I think 1st lets wait for spud announcement, then await the results before we start to get ahead of ourselves here.
"My take is that the rig moved on to the next venture when the initial timeline was delayed. I don't think they (Kidd or whomever) let the rig sit around idle while the partners made up their mind..."
They would be pretty stupid to allow a rig to sit around waiting for them to get their act together. So lets see if they give this reason in answer to my questions which I emailed them today.
I would hope most investors are aware that spudding is always dependent on the availability of the rig, quite fundamental don't you think. The question is, why were the BOD not aware the rig was not available before giving out dates??
Checked back and now showing green. COME ON!!!
Green. Well my screen is showing we are flat, so the market is really lapping this up !!! I wished I shared some of the optimism on here but looking closer at this latest release by the company I am not filled with confidence. 10% was what we were expecting anyway and has been refered to plenty of times.
What I dont like in this is "the company has previously announced in error". Are these guys taking things seriously here? How many errors do they want to make?
"based upon information available at time of those announcements". You mean you jumped the gun.
"the company now endeavours to keep the shareholders updated as accurately as possible". Shouldn't they have been doing this all along anyways? Will this now mean I may receive some form of response to the emails I have been sending?
"The rig is in the final days of completion of a previously committed contract" What so they did not know this when they gave us the previous drilling start dates. Do they have any idea?
"The delay has been due to the inability of a 3rd party JV investor on the Garcia#3 well to meet its cash call" So had they the money a months or so ago what rig were they planning to use to achieve the previously stated spud dates, because I'm sure they just mentioned it was still in use elsewhere.
"the company has determined that this participation will enable the further development of the mutual area of interest in a timely basis". I intend to hold you to that statement Powell and see if you can deliver on it.
Rant over, I now hope the next couple of months we can start to move forward and they start to deliver on their assets without the need of a PR campaign to unsustainably pump the price.
GLA.
Sleuthing results.
Well, it seems a few more people are becoming a little impatient with these delays. Are we now saying forget iron clad May and it is now a wishy washy summer timescale? Something stinks for me here, not least because I have never had a company response to any of my questions, which lead me to go do some sleuthing today to see what I could dig up. I came across this article and what caught my eye is not the write up itself, but the comment below dated recently. Does anyone have any comments on this? Time for some further research I think.

What the h3ll !! I have just looked at the share price, having not really checked it for a week, and cant believe where we are. Someone out there must know something as to what is going on with this compnay. Has news leaked. That was a heavy drop at the end of trading.
Bashing a stock. I assume you refer to me. I'm not bashing, this is venting frustrations. I am already invested here, I have no interest in buying anymore than I have. I just want to see an announcement that the drill bit is now turning.
Yep you got it, the arrow.
Then - "It is anticipated that the drilling start date will be announced and the closing of this transaction will take place prior to May 10, 2012." So i'm waiting for why nothing has been announced prior to May 10 2012.
Sorry bootheelboy, but pateience is not THE key to success, finding oil is. I understand there can be delays and they have had 1. How many more do they want.
"Sit tight and let them do their job", I just wished they would do their job, before we know it it will be winter and they will then be blaming the cold weather.
Apologies if i'm not your typical "wish I had more dry powder", "These are so cheap", "We are going to take off soon" type of poster. I'm more a results type man, as in rolling ones sleeves up and doing what is required to get the job done, and i'm not seeing that with these guys. This isn't a free meal ticket for them, they need to deliver now and quit with the excuses !!
Speaking of Grids website, Does the "sign up for updates" thing work for anyone. Tired of repeating this action and receiving nothing. What muppets am I dealing with here? In fact forget it, does anyone have another means of receiving Grid updates.
So it seems we have another delay. What couldnt they get right this time? Can they actually afford this drill? Is this not the real reason? Really starting the question the BOD now. All assets and no oil, not much use to anyone until they start drilling, so get drilling !!!!!
Fair enough. Thanks for taking the time to straighten that out with me KZ. Funny how these things can be mis interpreted. I remember years ago whilst out with a culturaly mixed group an Irish woman saying how funny she thought the twin towers disaster was, much to the utter shock and horror of the 2 American dudes, but where she came from funny didn't just mean hahaha, but in that context more unbelievable or terrible. Awkwarddddd.
