HCCF could return to 0.06 levels or higher by the end of the week. That's almost 100%. The reason I think this is that the news that made it tumble was not directly related to the company's main product and the sell-off from the news is over. I am expecting a bounce. It is already up over 50% from the 0.02 low it hit. (0.032 close today).

I've seen many microcap companies put out clearly false PRs. SEC does not care about microcap's all they care about is billion dollar scam's they can make headlines with.
European Beta Test Produces Encouraging Results
SEATTLE, Nov. 15, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Reeltime Rentals, Inc. (Pink Sheets:RLTR) announced that it has successfully delivered a series of DVD-quality video streams to a control group of Beta Testers in Europe. The overseas beta test correlates with the Company's initiative to explore business opportunities in the European marketplace for their Rental-on-Demand Client. Thus far, the Company's "Next Generation" ROD technology has been well received by its beta testers.
"ReelTime has ventured into the next generation of movie rentals and I am looking forward to its international launch. The video and audio quality, coupled with the lack of any lag experience while receiving the movie, was impressive. By setting their transmission and quality standards so high, they have practically eliminated the need to drive to a movie rental store. I believe that the best products are spread by word of mouth and you can guarantee that I will tell all my family and friends about this experience," remarked Marcus Massengale, a beta tester from Cambridge, England.
Alex Stanczyk, CEO of Reeltime Rentals, Inc., responded, "The U.S. is the largest and most competitive digital TV market in the world today, with more than 45 million digital households. However, according to Datamonitor, a leading source of business intelligence, Europe will represent a larger digital TV market than the U.S. by 2006, with some 63 million digital households. It is very important and exciting for ReelTime to know that our Rental-on-Demand service and delivery technology is just as effective and desirable in the European markets."

I'm in some HCCF today.
From IR:
I emailed and asked first whether the Scream Networks purchase would be paid with cash or stock. They would not comment but I assume the latter because only have 50M of 500M shares currently issued. I then asked what advantage ReelTime will have over CinemaNow. They replied
"Reeltime Rentals Inc plans to have a significant cost advantage over
CinemaNow regarding its technological infrastructure.
From an investor standpoint, this will mean greater cash flow to
invest in future product developments, marketing efforts, media
licensing, etc.
Due to the fact that there is not a set price for the service as of yet, I cannot quote what a membership fee will cost but ReelTime plans to become the lowest cost provider of Rental-on-Demand movies as well as offer the largest selection of titles.
Thank you for your interest in Reeltime Rentals and I have attached an Investor Fact Sheet for your information.
Regards,

RLTR Competitors:
Although the PRs are correct that there is no public company that would compete with RLTR, there is CinemaNow.com, a private company, which is already functional. It appears however that CinemaNow does not show newly released movies. I will contact IR today to see what they say their advantages are over CinemaNow if any.
500M shares authorized and 53M outstanding. Possible dilution when acquiring the signicant portion of Scream Networks. This is most likely the reason for the recent drop in PPS.
I do not have a high-speed connection, but if one of you do, why don't you sign up as a beta tester and let us know how it is.
Reading previous IHUB messages on RTLR I saw someone posted that they can already do what reeltime will do with pay-per-view. This is a good point, but at most PPV only offers 100 or so movies, from what I gather RTLR will offer almost any movie. This is a significant advantage over PPV. People wanting that selecting is what gave NetFlix its niche and RTLR can destroy NetFlix if all goes well because there is no need for shipping. NetFlix market cap 500M+. Current RTLR cap roughly 5M. RTLR 100 bagger long-term?
$1.38 short-term?

The movie-on-demand business is booming. In the United States, the video rental market is generating revenues in excess of $7.4 billion annually. ReelTime Rentals, Inc. seeks to bring their vision of instant media delivery to you as fast as possible.
REELTIME RENTALS, INC.
(RLTR.PK)
Investment Highlights
• The future is now, you will be able to rent movies right to your television or computer without leaving your home.
• ReelTime Rentals has acquired the rights to market and sell a groundbreaking proprietary Media Rental Device Technology.
• The technology gives ReelTime tremendous cost of delivery advantages over traditional store-front (e.g. Blockbuster), video-by-mail (e.g. Netflix), a larger selection of content than video on-demand, better inventory control, and substantially lower overhead.
• ReelTime’s customers will have access to thousands of DVD-quality movies on-demand twenty-four hours a day without leaving their homes.
• Currently the only publicly traded company that we know of that is capable of using this leading edge technology to deliver movies.
ReelTime Rentals, Inc. headquartered in Bellevue, Washington plans on renting movies in real-time to the living rooms of broadband customers nationwide. Their customers will have access to thousands of DVD-quality full screen movies without the hassles of going to the video store or mailbox, nor the inconvenience of late fees. ReelTime offers a unique, new and convenient approach to renting movies at home or elsewhere. ReelTime demonstrates their commitment to using cutting edge technology by implementing a revolutionary new media rental delivery system that brings high quality video content direct-to-consumers, while taking unprecedented measures to combat the threat of piracy. The system adds convenience and simplicity to the entertainment experience.
ReelTime’s vision in the marketplace is to create a technological revolution that allows customers to be able to point their remotes at televisions or computers, and pull up a menu that asks if you wish to select a movie, play games, or watch television content. Any movie you select would be available at your fingertips with a few button presses and at the most competitive prices available.
INTERNET DELIVERY
The Company intends to leverage the internet to deliver video and games in a way that should give them a tremendous advantage over any potential competition due to the amount of overhead they anticipate saving as a result of their delivery methods and licensing model. Users will be able to select content from a list of titles maintained by ReelTime on its web page and will watch DVD-quality movies and play games delivered to their television or computer. Blockbuster recognizes the impact to their revenue stating that “a significant and growing market for online rental subscription services has developed”, and that “video-on-demand has been introduced over the internet”, and that it “could have a negative impact on our video store business”. We feel Internet based delivery will be a major market, and this is evidenced by the number of players attempting to enter this market segment. These players include companies such as: Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Paramount Pictures, Sony Pictures, Universal Studios, Warner Brothers, Lions Gate Entertainment, Microsoft, Blockbuster, and Disney.
Companies that understand how to fully leverage the concept of video over internet services are poised to reap enormous benefits. We believe ReelTime, with their revolutionary delivery methodology, has the ability to rapidly and reliably deploy their services to the average consumer utilizing pre-existing Internet connections in their homes. ReelTime will offer their services at very competitive prices and could completely change the way people rent video. The race is on for the future of the video rental industry, and ReelTime is positioned to take a leadership role in delivery of entertainment to the home and business.

level II looks good.
Makaloosa,
What about the whole issue of the chairman holding the majority of shares and going to jail for fraud etc. I don't know the exact details, I've only been watching this a couple days; I'm sure you know what I'm talking about though.
I have CCEL and PLRS on watch as well.
Take a look at ABTG. It was on my watch list for some time around 0.2. I stopped watching it because of inactivity. It is at 0.39 now and has some very good news recently. You'll have to do your DD before you understand how significant the news is. I don't think it is a daytrade but will be good for long-term growth.
I agree there should be some news soon. It looks like they report about every month or so. They have many things to let us know about. As soon as there is news, we should see at least +25% that day.
You seem more knowlegable than I am on HPON. I just saw this posted on one of the boards and was thinking about getting in tomorrow for a rise tomorrow and wednesday. Do you think this will happen based on its historical reactions to meetings such as this?
How do you think that will affect the stock price?
BLFE bid up to 0.06.
NITE is the only MM left at 0.07. SCHB moved it up to 0.085 and AGIS up to 0.10. If last week's pattern holds we could see 0.10. I don't expect higher than that without news considering they have said they will dilute to 100M and that the stock only reached 0.2 on the last peak.
stem cell stocks are soaring today: ccel, plrs, stem.
Americanbulls.com had their BUY-IF on BLFE confirmed yesterday.
BLFE bid is up to 0.05. May not seem like that much 0.01 but that is 25%.
Any thoughts on BLFE? It has been going at the ask on almost every trade since thursday and the ask has moved up to 0.052 today. I think it will keep going up. Any positive news and this will double.
Assuming they are telling the truth about the PR, does anyone know how much revenue/profit such a contract could bring? I do not know much about the petro industry. I ask because just playing with some numbers here, if it is $5 million and they have 20 B shares issuable then the price still shouldn't be much higher than 0.00025 even with the news.
Annual report will be out very soon. Probably tomorrow. They said they'll be filing 15 days late on the 29th. They diluted the shares to 100 M from 50 M to make it possible for an acquisition or more financing.
"Our purpose in increasing our authorized capital stock from fifty million (50,000,000) shares to one hundred million (100,000,000) shares reflects the determination by our Board of Directors that it is in our best interests and desirable to increase our authorized common stock. No change is being made to the number of authorized preferred stock, which is five million (5,000,000) shares. We hope that such a change will increase the total value of the corporation to our investors and better position us to take advantage possible future financings and acquisition opportunities, and other corporate purposes as the board of directors determines in its discretion to be in the best interest of the corporation, and which may include future stock splits, stock dividends or other distributions, future financings, acquisitions and stock options and other equity benefits under employee benefit plans. To facilitate such future possible financings or other such opportunities, we are increasing the number of authorized shares of stock from our current authorized capitalization of fifty million (50,000,000) shares. "
Carcinoderm is better than the competing products in that it only requires a one-time application rather than daily for 6 weeks, it does not affect the surrounding tissues, and I think there was one more too, it is in the last quarterly report.
Also since this is a topical product it does not have to go through the long FDA approval. I believe the reason they are not selling or testing the product more is that they are waiting to patent the production process. This means it could turn profit very soon once that is complete.
No. I couldn't get filled at 0.04. I got in at 0.0416 and 0.0426.
In @ 0.0424 average.
BLFE in @ 0.0426. The Annual report is due today or tomorrow. I think it will be interesting because they had it delayed 15 days.

gitimancip, NOW is time to load up on BLFE.
I saw one was filed, but I was unable to read it anywhere? Are you familiar with what a REGDEX form is because I am not.
I think its because they are filing their annual report late.
