Well, heck, let me fix that for you right now.
Not true at all,
Duh!
Thanks for pointing that out.
I wouldn't worry about the insurance companies going forward.
While I see insurance companies reluctant paying for the current implant program (there are a lot of cheaper ways to go), Based on my experience in the field, I see no issue in them reimbursing for a 7 day, or 30 day sustain release injection form of naltrexone.
The money will be in selling the drug not the program. With the drug you reach the entire world (where the drug is approved) market instantly. BICX will no longer be limited to market it drug form only in places where they have clinics.
THE POINT
They are there at the CCCI.
They are a working operation.
They peers validate their technology by recognition of it. (one of only six mention)
They are significant in the field as proof of being recognized by their peers.

It sure is great. How many companies were not mentioned?
No need.
At the time I didn't get a chance to read it. What was in it you were trying to point out?
What is also interesting, I went to
http://www.bachem.com/service-support/newsletter
as I did the other day and the April 2017 newsletter which was listed there above March 2017 news letter link is now gone.
Maybe something was posted in the newsletter that they didn't have permission to write about hence they had to pull it.
I am pretty sure that we all here believe that quarter one will be very lack luster. Mainly do to the weather conditions during the majority of it.
I spent about a half hour chatting with the IR representative at Sunworks yesterday. He was very enthusiastic about Sunworks future.
I learned a lot.
Currently the companies has blinders on. It's focused on making the installation side of the business profitable and nothing else.
As you may have guess him and I went round and round about the cell, it's past, present and future, but I won't go in to that here. All I will say on the subject is that they honestly don't know what to do with it and for at least the present time are operating as if they don't own it(very disappointing to me).
I appreciated his honestly on the topics we discussed and it was actually a very refreshing chat.
He like I believe that after quarter one lack luster numbers, quarter 2 and beyond look very promising both in growth and profits.
There was a reason they brought in a new CEO. Apparently, communications between upper management and lower weren't as good as they should have been and to two sides weren't in sync. Under the tighter reigns of the new CEO things are expected to start running with more efficiency.
He was quite candid with his respect for JN, pointing out that JN had the where about to realized, going forward running the company was out of his wheelhouse. The company needed an individual, who was more knowledgeable in the field and more hands on. So JN made the change to Chuck.
He strongly believes that Chuck, is the right man for the job and that going forward, a lot of good things will be happening for Sunworks on the installation side and out side of it.
I know, I know pumping his company is what an IR guy is paid to do, but I got to say his excitement for the company's future actually came across pretty genuine.
If you have any concerns I suggest giving him a call. It may not be what you want to hear but I believe he will give it to you straight.
Myself, I remain very disappointed with the handling of the cell, yet I still believe there is money to be made here, just not as much as I first hoped.
Maybe you should try

or this one

Let's see,
Hiring someone to write grants would cost money, CMC did that for Mantra.
Renting a closet but allowing Mantra to use the equipment at the location for no extra fee is actually giving you money.
Hiring a consultant to help with research would cost money BC Research did that.
Allowing someone to interrupt your production line to allow some one to hook up equipment to your plant, cost money Lafarge is willing to do that.
Canadian government has granted a lot of money to Mantra.
Alstom paid close to a million dollars for Mantra expertise.
The experts in the field at the CMC thinks it's has something going for it.
The experts in the field at CCCI thinks it's has something going for it.
The experts in the field at Lafarge thinks it's has something going for it.
The experts in the field BC Research thinks it's has something going for it.
The Canadian Government thinks it's has something going for it.
The experts at Alstom now with GE it's has something going for it.
Heck let's make it a 4 year chart.
Here is a lesson in investing 101 as it pertains to MVTG.
Speaking of 2013, remember how wrong those predictions were about the doom and gloom of MVTG.
Who needs the 10q> The 10q is the past. The past sucks.
Me I like to look towards the future.
A decision on a grant IS currently being reviewed by NRcan to bring Mantra's technology from lab to market.
Point to remember, IT IS NOT ONLY MANTRA THAT IS TRYING TO GET IT'S TECHNOLOGY FROM LAB TO MARKET, IT IS ALSO THE CANADIAN GOVERNMENT.
If the cell works as we were told, one would think that just maybe Panasonic/Tesla might have an interest in acquiring it.
Funny how Musk takes over Solar City a pure solar installer company and what is the first thing he does with it?
He forms a partner ship with Panasonic to co produce and sell the next generation of solar cells.
Got to admit CMC taking them to the Canada/China Climate conference January 2017 to be a presenter is the past.
Let's see,
Funny the CMC thinks it's a real company.
The CCCI thinks it's a real company.
Lafarge thinks it's a real company.
BC Research thinks it's a real company.
The Canadian Government thinks it's a real company.
Alstom thinks it's a real company.
The SEC thinks it's a real company.
But heck, what do they know.
LOL
To answer your question.
Is Chuck taking over Sunworks to sell it?
No PM.
I wish I could say I do, but unfortunately I don't.
Since the announcement of a change in the CEO the position has reacted in a positive direction.
While JN deserves the credit for giving the shareholders a company with actual value, do you feel that his leadership was partly responsible for the downtrend over the last 2 years?
Fingers cross, looking forward to a possible announcement today, April 6, 2017.
Minister McKenna to Announce Clean Technology Investments
https://www.canada.ca/en/natural-resources-canada/news/2017/04/minister_mckennatoannouncecleantechnologyinvestments.html
When the government's agenda is to reduce carbon, absolutely.
If MVTG gets some good news, based on comparing the financial numbers, Mantra might do much better.
Not sure if this was posted before

As a MVTG share holder if you can get a US account try these from Canada.
Scotia iTRADE (Top bank-owned brokerage), Questrade, Qtrade Investor (Top independent brokerage), or TD Direct Investing.

Could this be the train coming to the MVTG station?

I believe it Alstom stayed, the pilot would have been in operation in 2015,. The data would have been evaluated first half of 2016 and sales would have been happening by first quarter 2017.
The gasoline from air did not pan out for Carbon Science, but there are several companies that are close to making that happen.
So the question is was Carbon Science scam or just a failure?
I also believe that if GE did not buy Alston Mantra ERC world be on the market today.
just for you 10q add to i box
I find this issue about the cell confusing. (relax different angle)
Very fair assessment.
