I wouldn't worry about the insurance companies going forward.

While I see insurance companies reluctant paying for the current implant program (there are a lot of cheaper ways to go), Based on my experience in the field, I see no issue in them reimbursing for a 7 day, or 30 day sustain release injection form of naltrexone.

The money will be in selling the drug not the program. With the drug you reach the entire world (where the drug is approved) market instantly. BICX will no longer be limited to market it drug form only in places where they have clinics.
