I am pretty sure that we all here believe that quarter one will be very lack luster. Mainly do to the weather conditions during the majority of it.

I spent about a half hour chatting with the IR representative at Sunworks yesterday. He was very enthusiastic about Sunworks future.

I learned a lot.

Currently the companies has blinders on. It's focused on making the installation side of the business profitable and nothing else.

As you may have guess him and I went round and round about the cell, it's past, present and future, but I won't go in to that here. All I will say on the subject is that they honestly don't know what to do with it and for at least the present time are operating as if they don't own it(very disappointing to me).

I appreciated his honestly on the topics we discussed and it was actually a very refreshing chat.

He like I believe that after quarter one lack luster numbers, quarter 2 and beyond look very promising both in growth and profits.

There was a reason they brought in a new CEO. Apparently, communications between upper management and lower weren't as good as they should have been and to two sides weren't in sync. Under the tighter reigns of the new CEO things are expected to start running with more efficiency.

He was quite candid with his respect for JN, pointing out that JN had the where about to realized, going forward running the company was out of his wheelhouse. The company needed an individual, who was more knowledgeable in the field and more hands on. So JN made the change to Chuck.

He strongly believes that Chuck, is the right man for the job and that going forward, a lot of good things will be happening for Sunworks on the installation side and out side of it.

I know, I know pumping his company is what an IR guy is paid to do, but I got to say his excitement for the company's future actually came across pretty genuine.

If you have any concerns I suggest giving him a call. It may not be what you want to hear but I believe he will give it to you straight.

Myself, I remain very disappointed with the handling of the cell, yet I still believe there is money to be made here, just not as much as I first hoped.
