Thanks John. Eyes are peeled! Cheers, SS1
John! Great to hear from you. Yes, I was limited on available funds to pursue two other companies which one of the two paid in spades. In sum, if I'd hung here with my original position, I could have saved myself a lot of angst and a few hundred in trading fees! Lol! Setting a little better because of it but day trading is too fast for a guy with a day job so I moved to the swing trade approach!
What happened to Vaporman? Cheers, SS1
LYN,
Trust all is well. Looks like Dror's improving his image here and SPLI. Cheers! SS1
Beamin, Hemp, and LYN, great to see SPLI following your predictions! Wow, did they really cancel the R/S? Good sign. Holding a lot smaller amount than 4 weeks ago but still in the fold. My other penny snafu from the same time I bought SPLI 2 years ago (EFIR) is also doing some strange stuff now. As the story goes, you don't lose anything until you sell. Cheers! SS1
Big K,
Just my humble opinion, but I feel we have a winner here that when it takes off, it'll be a fast moving LQMT train that'll be hard to catch if you're on the side lines. This is one of the few microcaps I'm in long right now...
Cheers,
SS1
Hear! Hear My. Doing the same.
Cheers, SS1
Hemp! Sorry I missed that post, Lol! The Admin folks are scouring the boards and doing it quite well. I have a few removed benign posts that made me go back to the ROE (rules of engagement). SPLI looks like it's flying in popularity and I'm happy for the longs here who've stayed the course even through the Bear cavalry attacks. Cheers!
SS1
Thanks My, my personal opinion, but we may see a run-up to the high 2's mid 3's prior to earnings release. Move some $ around to improve my position and rebuy the shares I sold in ARIA last week. Enjoying this adult beverage too much right now...might have to have another and relax before I get back to the DD and research. Cheers,
SS1
TPro,
Sorry just getting back in from the day job and prepping for supper. I'll comment further once I have an adult beverage and decompress a little. Thanks for asking my opinion. SS1
TProSup,
Well, wishful thinking on part...perhaps mid to end of the week. Did n't get any orders filled as none of the three stock (too include GEVO) hit my buy-in number. Will try again tomorrow.
Cheers,
SS1
TProSup,
Again, just my humble opinion, but w/ Asian stocks down, the Ukraine situation, and futures looking a little weak, I would imagine we may see a slight decline in pre-market and may have a slow start today w/ some side way movement until folks get their bearing. I would like to see a small dip at opening and then close in the high 1.50's, low $1.60's but we'll see how the volume goes.
Cheers!
SS1
We're of like mind here. With Asian stocks down and the Ukraine situation, I think we'll have a slow start this week until folks get their bearing. Cheers! SS1
I'm tracking with you. Looking forward to see how the week goes. Cheers,
SS1
Marquee, the CEos an easy target for past failures but in my humble opinion, if you crucify every entrepreneur's performance you'll see that several don't win every time they launch a new business. Best wishes on a great week for SPLI. Cheers, SS1
It would be nice to see a run-up to the earnings release on 25 March. If that's favorable, there's a possibility of a few hundred percent increase here in my humble opinion. Again, just my humble opinion
28% shorts, 66% institution owned, $90 Mil market cap, and Beta @ 3.4, looks like some opportunities for playing the retrace a few times between now and the 25th. All just my humble opinion and not advice to anyone. Cheers and good luck to all this week. SS1
Agreed. That'll definitely help separate fact from fiction and all hopefully quell some of the P&D posts that simply add no real value to the boards. Thanks for your DD and thoughts. SS1
Very good point. Thanks. SS1
Was thinking the action was a merge with HEMP versus HEMP LLC. What's in a name in this market sector? A lot. Was surprised to see FITX pull back yesterday. I had a projected estimate at close of around .11 to .12. Once I think I have a handle on this stuff the wake-up call comes. Should have held that buy in at .089 to add but sat on the sidelines watching paint dry with EKSO for a .29 gain for the day (in 5.20, out 5.49). Cheers, SS1
Thanks for your thoughts here. I continue to add to my holdings of ARIA in small bites as the stock declines and as I become more familiar with the company. I knew this was a long haul hold and potential add to my current long portfolio. The questions I have are most likely answered in these previous posts but chart reading and crystal balls aside, do the numbers add up to an attractive buy-out offer at $16 or $14? I like the idea of Japanese investments here as an alternative as well. Not so familiar with the board members so that's my DD work this weekend. SS1
Wow, have never come across a board herewith only one post. IPHI looks promising. SS1
Wow, I wish my bank account has as many zero's as I own of EFIR. If it made the penny level this fella would be quitting his day job! LOL! SS1
Had to check back to see what folks were chatting about. Guess I'll have EFIR in my portfolio for years to come now. Was hoping for a miracle but it just doesn't seem like the right moment in time. I wish the next AAPL of privately held MJ stocks really wants a shell bad enough to reverse merge with this puppy and give us all something to smile about. SS1
So what killed the buy-out? I'm in from last week and now have a bit more time to do some so much needed DD before Monday. Thanks, SS1
Looking good on the retrace with low volume. SS1
Nice PR here! GLTU all! SS1
Thanks Magik...I feel the same about you my friend. GLTY, SS1
Magik, the thought has crossed my mind at least three five times today in meetings. Miss the SPLI discussion and close friends in this room. You don't get that often. Straight up folks willing to share honest feedback and ideas. Hopefully we'll have more opportunities as the year moves forward. I'm long in ARIA right now building up my position and a few others. Moved out of the HEMP roller coaster along with LQMT. Held PAL as well based on the Russian instability and the reality that half the world's palladium comes from Russia. All the aforementioned is just my humble opinion and should not be taken as advcie to anyone to consider my words here. SS1
Congrats to the crew here! SS1
Thanks Chris. SS1
Thanks JR. Watching SPLI for a reentry but focused on FITX and PSTI at the moment. Cheers, SS1
I've done a lot of DD on the CEO and his supporting cast. Thanks for your thoughts. GLTU
Hence my comment, it will have an impact and also attract investors interested in the MJ sector party. Clearing the way for MJ shops to bank their earnings is a known issue right now, that's why they have armed guards at their front doors to deter robbing. Not sure why these folks aren't using safe deposit boxes...boggles my mind. SS1
Thanks for your thoughts. Potential multi-billion dollar industries will not have an impact even if they're the back end? SS1
Thanks, very well said. This is not bashing MYEC, this is a fair view that long, swings, and shorts might benefit from. Plans on the MJ connection will all depend on how banking law changes move through the process. Just my two cents. SS1
Yes it was...and will be! Thanks LYN. SS1
Thanks Magic. I'll be checking in everyday for a reentry point while I watch you get rich and famous on the way to $1.50! GLTU SS1
Thanks. Going to be an interesting week once the economic data a little clearer. GLTU SS1
LYN, it's official. I sold my last shares in SPLI and now focused on FITX. I'll keep a close eye here to see what the next buy-in opportunity brings. Cheers, SS1
G, think we'll be down in the 1.60's tomorrow (my humble opinion). SS1
This is true...but in the stock market, anything can happen...or not. SS1
