MOBL had very large stake in the APCC DAC lawsuit against AT&T and Sprint. MOBL had rights to any monies paid out to the two defendents a) Davel communuications Group and b) Peoples Telephone Group. There were five defendents listed in the Supreme Court Statement, two of which were Davel communications Group and Peoples Telephone Group.
