Shareholders deserve to know the outcome of these settlements. Someone here contacted APCC last summer to find out whether any settlement monies with Qwest communications were paid out to the defendents. Based upon what was posted here, I believe there were monies paid out, but no other information was given about how much was paid and to whom.
