Law360, New York (April 28, 2011, 7:43 PM ET) -- Ford Motor Co. on Wednesday became the latest defendant to settle Microlog Corp.’s infringement suit over a patent covering an all-in-one customer contact system, drawing nearly a year of litigation to a close.

The companies filed a joint motion of dismissal in Texas federal court, saying they had reached a license and settlement agreement. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.

Ford, which reached the pact on April 22, is at least the sixth defendant to bow out of the computer and voice technology company's suit.
