Looks like the higher interest rates are a plus for the Litigation Trust and all of us who have Claims. Also appreciate the Litigation Trust for getting the Third Quarter Report on time, (six weeks after the Third Quarter). So this latest Class Action Suit will probably want to cast a net as wide as possible so that there will not be anymore Claims in the future.. Yes Joe these Dockets are not for the faint of heart, since we're not insiders. Never the less-- they are good to have, so that we can have all the information that is available to us, as possible.. Yes, the Class Action Suit is over. The Suit was done by the Utah Retirement Systems. However the Litigation Trust still has eight and half million available,, that they can pursue more money for us. The Litigation Trust went into details why they wanted to extend the Litigation Trust for two more years. I figure they can disturb or have enough dirt on the former Aegean Management and Owners -{with eight and a half million}- that another Settlement is possible.. GLTA}

Noticed that the 3rd Quarter Litigation Trust Report was filed November 14, 2023 and they still have about eight and a half million to work with. What I found interesting --- was that the Litigation Trust is requesting, a Court extension {from April 2024 to April 2026} against the former Aegean Marine Petroleum Network, Inc-- Management... Which to me, means that the Litigation Trust, believes they still have worthy Claims to pursue...Overall the Dockets are a long read for someone that is interested.. Also as noted on this board, we are still waiting for the closure of the Utah Retirement Class Action payouts ..GLTA

Been awhile since I've seen one and this one has been slow to come out also .I noticed the Litigation Trust is still active in pursuing recoveries, which is good. The Litigation Trust has over 13 million dollars funding, out of the 15 million they started with. While this has been going on forever , it still is better to have active winning cases than not. Has anyone seen the 2nd quarter Litigation Trust Report yet ? Usually it is out by August 15th. .If there is a delay , hope it is for a good reason.

If you owned shares between Feb. 14,2014 and Nov. 5 2018, you can file a claim, regardless of when you bought or sold shares, for this particular Class Action Case, as long as you did it in this time frame.. Also this should build a solid case for the Litigation Trust to pursue a case, for us Class B LTU Holders.. GLTA

..The settlement class period seems to run from February 27, 2014 to February 4, 2019, with purchases and sales figures to be listed on the claim .This appears to be the Utah Retirement Systems case , with them being the lead Plaintiff.. Depending on how many claims that have been filed , There are around 54 million shares during that time frame with around 27 million to be paid out. Those that are in that class period , would be wise to file a claim. All just my opinion and estimates . Also may good luck be on the way to us Class B LTU Holders.

Yes I believe you are correct, that the Litigation Trust has lost its case in regards to recovering funds for us Class B Holders. An appeal has been filed, and I believe that the Utah Retirement System case needs to go thru, in order for the Litigation Trust case to move forward. My speculation..
...Some here may be able to receive awards from the Utah Retirement Systems case if they file a claim for the class period ...the case pertains to. It appears there case has been very successful.. Which also should lead to a stronger case for our Litigation Trust.

Have to agree. I do not like having our fate in other peoples hands, when they are not keeping us updated. So I have been buying some silver lately , for some insurance , in case there are more economic bombs getting dropped on us. Stayed away from bitcoin even though I would like to have some someday.. Going to store a couple of bags of rice for for this winter .Ukraine is having trouble exporting there grains, China is hoarding rice and India has banned grain exports.. So what does I'm saying have to do with our Class B LTU's ? We first need to be sure we don't get slammed , robbed and beaten by anymore crooks. Then we need to work at having enough to provide for our families.. In the meantime we need to pray for justice, to bring our

Yes have to agree with you. It does seem that the shareholders and lenders were left out of the next boom in shipping and the oil price surge.. The only place that the lid could be blown off this scam( IMO) is over at Docketbird. The Utah Retirement System is successfully exposing this scheme. The Accounting firms are starting to align themselves with the Utah Retirement System and agreeing to come forward with truthful information.. The numbers that we discussed $3.00 to $9.00 per Class B LTU's , are conservative numbers. I would be satisfied in some sort of settlement with the numbers we discussed now. Rather than waiting for the Utah Retirement System to expose this scam later. IMO GLTA Class B LTU Holders.

Then the Class B LTU's are next in line to be paid..

Unfortunately it doesn't seem we are getting any real information, as far as our chances of a real payout. We could have a 100% chance ,of real significant large payout or none at all. All we know is the Class A LTU's have to be paid first before before we can start counting our chips.

Like others I would like to see where you get your information.. I have to wonder how much cash Mercuria found hidden in old the Aegean Marine Petroleum Network when they acquired .it from bankruptcy. That being said , I wonder how the Litigation Trust can go after missing funds from the previous owners and managers and look away when it comes to Mercuria. It seems to me the Litigation Trust should leave no stone unturned to get the Class B LTU's recoveries back. IMO

I believe it has to do with the bankruptcy. Not really anything related to our Litigation Trust Units. However I believe, there is nothing to stop Mercuria or Minervia Bunker to have some sort ,of final payout for us, when this is all over.. Maybe someone would have a better opinion. JMHO
