Unfortunately it doesn't seem we are getting any real information, as far as our chances of a real payout. We could have a 100% chance ,of real significant large payout or none at all. All we know is the Class A LTU's have to be paid first before before we can start counting our chips.
..I would hope that there will be some sort of event that causes Dimitris and his gang to break down. Such as jail time for them , having there cash and assets confiscated, so we Class B LTU's can have our due large payouts.
...The Utah Retirement Systems seem to be having great success against Dimitris and his gang. The Accounting firms have agreed to cooperate, with the Utah Retirement Systems.. With the bundles of cash and assets that Dimitris and his gang have , the Litigation Trust still has a real chance of getting a large payout, by following The Utah Retirement Systems play book. Dimitris and his gang are still on the hot seat squirming . As long as our Litigation Trust is alive, we are alive.
..So sometimes I have to wonder if those that say we won't get anything are none other than Dimitris and his gang posting, because no one can really know at this point.. However the Litigation does have a real chance of getting recoveries for us, despite our complaints.. My complaint is Mercuria should give us some payouts, due to the fact their making bundles of cash. They can also buy our Class B for $3.00 per unit for those that want to surrender them JMHO
