When word gets out about this company with such upside potential combined with a low float the share price will be several times today's current bargain.
I may add to my position now that the downside risk is minimal
Seems like strange timing foir rbf11 to sell afer seeing latest
Iwas called by an outfit called Stock Advisors report pumping the stock www.icontact@stockadvisorsreport.com via icontactmail.com They called me regularly and sent numerous updates as if HOMR had cornered the Stevia market. emails stopped when the stock plunged.
Yes, That makes sense.
Thanks for that. Thomas is doing his job. I was wondering how many of the o/s shares are owned by Galanis and his buddies which could reduce the number of eligible shareholders entitled to sharing the distribution of funds.
I cannot retrieve the last filing
The article's author has certainly done his homework and it is a worthwhile read. the mention of the possibility of Advisorshare's inability to obtain monies to settle and FUND.COM possibly taking it over is intriguing. Hey I would not mind owning a piece of it with Thomas as the CEO.
Looks like Advisorshare is buying some time come up with the remainder of the settlement. Maybe they at the very least paid the interest accrued to date
I think the longer this takes, the better. The best scenario of course is an ADVISORSHARE payment default and FNDM being successful in the FUND.COM domain lawsuit. What a nice package to be able to sell both together. In any case with summer approaching the wheels of justice move slowly so I suspect September at the very earliest but likely later. Just my opinion.
OK, maybe not a lottery bet but a bet just the same. We need to win the URL case and hope that ADVISORSHARE defaults, otherwise the current market share price will be close to what the payout will be, albeit the odds are very favourable, I must admit
Looks like the URL is the value more so than what might be left for shareholders from the eventual Advisorshare settlement should they pony up the balance without default. What is the URL worth? Certainly not the original price but much more than the current value of FNDM shares IF WE WIN? IF? It is still a good lottery bet.
It seems to me that Hammon must have been reasonably confident that FUND.Com would lose the case and now is ill prepared to come up with the 2.5 million balance. It is not a lot of money when you think what he he and his company can lose control. Maybe he thought the court would rule in his favour because of the Galanis factor and this would drag on and on allowing lots of time to come up with settlement funds. Now he is up against Thomas Braziel who does not appear to be wasting any time. Can Noah settle up quickly?? and why can't he. That really puzzles me,No it bothers me.I do think one way or another they will come up with the 2.5 million plus interest rather than risk the consequences of the courts.Hey the bunch of us here could pool our funds andcome up with it if We had the opportunity to own this company, why can't Noah? Again that bothers me
Is there any way to determine how many would be investors check out FNDM's ihub site, Hopefully not many.
500 shares shorted yesterday. Not a lot under normal conditions but with such a small float and little activity if the trend continues there could be a painful squeeze happening soon
Upon checking to see if anyone is shorting this stock, 100 shares were shorted on April 28 and 1000 shares shorted on May 1st
As for ihunter's price pop to $2.00 theory, the volume was only 100 shares and I had 200 bucks available so I bought them and the day before I tried to get a bunch and ended up paying $1.99 for 200 shares Once again the same few people buying and precious few others.
One has to be content in adding 100 shares at a time as a few become available. Precious few
I do not think our chatter here has much influence on the price. We ar far under the radar because of the past. I like others bought and sold for some profits and slowly trying to restore my original. position. We are are used to the FNDM wheels moving slowly, but methinks with Thomas Braziel now in charge the pace will quicken, the only exception being his strategy on how to play ADVISORSHARE's difficulty in raising money to stttle. The longer the delay the better in my opinion but to delay buying more FNDM to get in cheaper, the train might just leave the station before We can buy anther ticket
Looking back this was one company I was least likely to invest even a single dime. Having done some due diligence, its pump and history and the names Galanis and Genova have scared away 99.9% of potential investors, speculators and gamblers. But the higher the risk the better the reward in this crooks versus crook situation and fortunately for us, Thomas Braziel took on the crooks on both sides of this battle and won. Because of FNDM's scandalous history ADVISORSHARES is having difficulty raising funds to settle the claim and it also hinders the share price that should have spiked much higher but moved up only slightly providing a window of opportunity to still buy in at what appears too be a bargain price. How much longer will it hold under 2 bucks. NOT MUCH LONGER not that the general public will ever jump in but the few who follow the story and took time to go over the details will top up there positions even if it is 100 shares at at time which is likely to be the case.
2.5 million is not a lot of money. I would think on e way or another they will come up with the money or make some kind of a deal. Either way the longer this drags the better our position is
This company is a joke. Take it behind the barn and shoot it
Hey Trumpster Re: FUND.COM Maybe We should take the advice of these two experts namely Cobalt Fusion and $Steevo$ and sell our FUND.COM They seem to be doing quite well with their stock pick Global Entertainment Holdings Inc GLBH when I look at the graph Is that 20 bucks?? MY MISTAKE .002 CENTS I AM HOLDING THE GRAPH UPSIDEDOWN SO SAD
The good news Trumpster is that these trolls create uncertainty among potential new investors. I'm quite happy to see people pass on this stock while I free up some funds to acquire more at this level.
I appears that Cobalt Fusion has not done all his homework. All very olkd news or possibly hooing to scare uyp some sellers to get in on the settlement.Good Luck with that!
Thanks Trumpster for the valued info
The key word is CLAIMS to be owed.Galanis played his hand already and my bet is he is unlikely to receive anywhere near that amount
Based on cheapsticks' memory, and i hope your memory is a good one,and with Advisorshares requiring terms to settle, this cannot be a mickey mouse amount involved here. If it was a mere million or two, I believe they would have raised the money and it would be put to bed by now. With only 868,000 shares out there, the settlement has to be more than a couple bucks a share
I wouldn't worry too much about the portion of funds already paid and scooped up by Galanis as he does hold something like 15% of the shares so let us just say he got his 15% up front and is not entitled to the rest pf the setleement and Thomas will see to that I am sure.
We all are aware that this is a high risk/high reward bet. It is interesting to note that the demand letter was sent to Berke and not Braziel who is now running the show for shareholders , Thank God, Should Galanis proceed with his action he will be under the microscope once again and his FNDM transactions will be scrutinized for irregularities, the odds of which I bet are very high. The share price may drift down from here as investors get nervous but in the end I feel Galanis will accept a compromise to ovoid taking legal action. As far as the settlement goes ADVISORSHARE is paying it by installments which tells me the settlement is not MICKEY MOUSE. Also be prepared for a longer wait.
Hmmm, I wonder who the buyer is?
What it means planet223 is that there was a settlement between the parties involved without having to go to court. The details in the agreement have been sealed by the court leaving the settlement amount subject to speculation. Nobody is selling. not many anyway.
I emailed Thomas this morning and got a quick response YES he now has over 50% of the shareholders in his corner.
What is the UPSIDE POTENTIAL? First of all the patient will be rewarded. Not only do we have the value of the AS settlement and the value of the domain name but more once a receiver or trustee is appointed to liquidate the assets PLUS "REVERSE/AND OR LIQUIDATE ANY FRAUDULENT TRANSFERS OR SALES/S THAT HAVE OCCURRED AT FUND.COM OVER THE AS WELL AS POTENTIALLY LITIGATE FORMER EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS AND INVESTORS FOR ANY MISMANAGEMENT,MISCONDUCT OR FRAUD THAT HAS OCCURRED AT FUND.COM OVER THE YEARS" Those are not my words by the way but certainly the message I wanted to hear. That is why it is so important to contact Thomas Braziel ASAP so he can act for the majority of shareholders and get the ball rolling. No doubt about fraud over the years by you know who. FNDM's breakup value is much more than the current $1.10 price in my opinion
If you have not done it already please contact Thomas Braziel, please do so asap. The more shareholders the better. He now has the support of 46% The more the better to successfully proceed
Somebody wants in or maybe Thomas wants more. How much is left on the ask at 1.10? I would think a bidder wanting more would pick away buying small amounts at the ask hoping to attract an impatient shareholder to sell. This is getting interesting
You are hilarious Traderlife, a guy who promotes BCAP that trades at .0001. Good luck with your BCAP shares
My mistake ,KDAWGFARM, I was looking at and old filing last year of Knight's holdings in FNDM of 39,000 shares which has nothing to do with Thomas Braziel or his Company BE Capital Management
Iwill ce=heck again when my time permits It was an SEC insider filing
Speaking f Thomas and BE Capital, I see in the filings an acquisition of shares in KCG Americas LLC which of course is Knight Capital. Does he control Knight which is basically the market maker for FNDM?
