Hmmm---I have owned Stva before the name change. How is free recipes going to bring in revenue.Do they not own a farm in Greece, and is there not still capital. The owner of STVA gives his phone number. Why?
$stva HOMIE is a development stage company that intends to stream videos and written recipes through a website. Our goal is to stream free recipes for 'special' homemade cuisines and food items. We intend to have recipes that are personal and have special meaning, on our website. What makes a recipe 'special' is the personal history or tradition behind it, for example, cookies made by someone's mother on Christmas Eve, or a special pasta sauce prepared by their Grandmother made every Sunday when they were growing up, etc.

I am asking myself the very same question. There was a trade a couple of days ago.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA Before the SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
SECURITIES EXCHANGE ACT OF 1934 Release No. 81835 / October 5, 2017
The Securities and Exchange Commission (“Commission”) announced the temporary suspension, pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 (the “Exchange Act”), of trading in the securities of Stevva Corp. (f/k/a Homie Recipes, Inc.) (“STVA”), of Carson City, Nevada and Pella Gianniasta, Greece at 9:30 a.m. EDT on October 6, 2017, and terminating at 11:59 p.m. EDT on October 19, 2017.
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of STVA because of concerns about recent promotions, unusual and unexplained market activity in the company’s stock and questions regarding the accuracy of assertions by Stevva Corp., including those issued in press releases on August 23, 2017 and August 29, 2017, including about its financial position. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act.
The Commission cautions broker-dealers, shareholders, and prospective purchasers that they should carefully consider the foregoing information along with all other currently available information and any information subsequently issued by the company.
Further, brokers and dealers should be alert to the fact that, pursuant to Rule 15c2-11 under the Exchange Act, at the termination of the trading suspension, no quotation may be entered unless and until they have strictly complied with all of the provisions of the rule. If any broker or dealer has any questions as to whether or not he has complied with the rule, he should not enter any quotation but immediately contact the staff in the Division of Trading and Markets, Office of Interpretation and Guidance, at (202) 551-5777. If any broker or dealer is uncertain as to what is required by Rule 15c211, he should refrain from entering quotations relating to Stevva Corp.’s securities until such time as he has familiarized himself with the rule and is certain that all of its provisions have been met. If any broker or dealer enters any quotation which is in violation of the rule, the Commission will consider the need for prompt enforcement action.
If any broker-dealer or other person has any information which may relate to this matter, contact Jason Berkowitz, Assistant Regional Director, Miami Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission at (305) 982-6309, or Michael Paley, Assistant Regional Director, New York Regional Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission at (212) 336-0145. The SEC appreciates the assistance of the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
I see STVA traded friday?
Not just the SEC.....I think FINRA and even OTCMarkets can put em out to Grey now........z
Means you need a new hobby....lol.....et z
Irrelevant. Once Grey they're DOA. Unless they come BACK from the Greys.......which is rare....but has been done.....witness $FAGI...was $BHGI.....course the reason they Went to the Greys was kinda bogus.......fwatifw......lol........
z
I don't see any reason for STVA to be on the greys there wasn't anything unusual compared to some of the junk OTC stocks trading in the .000s which continue.
I noticed that the price was up higher than usual so I assumed it was trading but realized it was still on the greys because no L2 mm's clear?
What does your post even mean?
Nice uptick but apparently still not trading .0039 maybe close.
It often does, the SoL accrues. If they were perpetuating the activity all the way up to the suspension, it is five years from the date of the last occurrence. This could go on for five years until we hear what happened.
SEC investigation continues. Suspension was to protect investors from fraud, after the initial investigation.
It could take years for the investigation to complete and possible charges to be issued.
did you get most of it out .012-.015 today?
lolol. that is complete and total nonsense. the sec has asked no questions .
"The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of STVA because of concerns about recent promotions, unusual and unexplained market activity in the companys stock and questions regarding the accuracy of assertions by Stevva Corp., including those issued in press releases on August 23, 2017 and August 29, 2017, including about its financial position. This order was entered pursuant to Section 12(k) of the Exchange Act."
Questions require answering. If rectified, STVA could have a nice run.
No reason for this viable company to be trading on the grays, especially if they are able to validate their financial statements.
Look at the range today .0001 to .04 lots of trading room.
The company itself has to satisfy claims made against it by the SEC.
nonsense, no they don't.
The sec is in ongoing (confidential) talks with the company management to provide data (shareholders don't know about this) if company doesn't comply with SEC request - they suspend cause of suspicion
that is completely false. the sec does not notify a company that they are investigating. also , they do not suspend and then ask questions, the investigate and then suspend. the sec has made no request of this company and no response is required.

"Stevva grows Stevia in Giannitsa, Greece, where the climate and soil conditions are ideal for cultivating this sweet plant. Stevia is grown best in environments with long days of sunshine. It is native to semi-humid, sub-tropical climates where temperatures typically range from -6°C to 43°C. While tolerant of mild frost, hard frosts will kill the roots of the plant. It is a perennial plant that can be harvested several times a year if grown in an optimal environment."
- "Generally, harvesting occurs twice, in mid to late October when plants are 40-60 cm in height and in July."
- "Irrigation is to be considered as complementary to rain." "An adequate water supply will avoid stress in the plants, which will result in less diseases and better biomass production."
- "If done with a machine, 3 or 4 workers are needed to plant 1 hectare per day."
- "Drying of the woody stems and soft green leaf material is completed immediately after harvesting utilizing a drying wagon or a kiln. Depending on weather conditions and density of loading, it generally takes 24 to 48 hours to dry Stevia at 40°C to 50°C. An estimated 21,500 kg/ha of green weight is dried down to 6,000 kg/ha of dry weight. Dry leaves are stored in plastic lined cardboard boxes, sealed, strapped and labeled for further processing."
- "Once Stevia leaves are picked, separated from their stems and dried on the farm, they are shipped to the refinery. After being refined, the final product is distributed".
- "In addition to increasing its production of Stevia, Stevva plans to broaden its scope and market reach by introducing other crops that are in high demand for additional profit growth and risk mitigation purposes such as quinoa and chia seeds."
Ultimately, the company has plans to integrate vertically to convert the dry leaves into the final product that can be directly sold to companies such as Coca-Cola and Nestle for use.
