It seems to me that Hammon must have been reasonably confident that FUND.Com would lose the case and now is ill prepared to come up with the 2.5 million balance. It is not a lot of money when you think what he he and his company can lose control. Maybe he thought the court would rule in his favour because of the Galanis factor and this would drag on and on allowing lots of time to come up with settlement funds. Now he is up against Thomas Braziel who does not appear to be wasting any time.Can Noah settle up quickly?? and why can't he. That really puzzles me,No it bothers me.I do think one way or another they will come up with the 2.5 million plus interest rather than risk the consequences of the courts.Hey the bunch of us here could pool our funds andcome up with it if We had the opportunity to own this company, why can't Noah?
