If what everyone is saying about signed documents and this is under investigation, nothing would be allowed to happen until the investigation is completely over. I don't think anyone could buy up srge if they were in an agreement with another company until either way is confirmed.

Why would a signed document just so happen to show up on ihub? That would be a news release, if srge is allowed to give anymore news releases due to the suspension. Information like that should not be leaked before it's released that's what a real company does. IMO

I'm not a basher of srge, I am a share holder. I Sent an email to investor relations and the other email on the web site and got the same response as the others say, to the word.

The 100 million shares were all bought with just an 8% increase in pps. Shows strong foundation forming. Was almost $1,000,000 dollars. That's huge for a penny stock!!! Soon to be a dollar stock.

What I like bout this stock is that Dow jones reports on the news as well. Go SRGE.

The time is right for the merger, larger company may need 2012 tax write offs. This will happen soon I feel. It will be epic, should get your shares ASAP.
