I guess this board is full of smart Texans holding HPIL shares. I live in Denton, which according to Hank Hill is the #1 vacation spot in all the Lone Star state. Haha
I bought some Silver Eagles at a local coin shop yesterday for $30/oz and felt lucky to get them. I already had a bunch of AG stock but felt like it might be good to have some physical on hand too.
COVID messed up the season but I was looking forward to seeing the Vols play my Sooners but that non-coference game got cancelled.
I saw the Vols when they came to Norman a few years ago. I've always liked the Vols. They are better than that other "T" team that wears orange.
Yeah... I got mine at .006. Risky but could be multi-bagger if it goes on a run. Worth a small position I figure.
RSPI... RespireRX Pharmaceuticals Inc... I came across using DDAmanda recently and then started looking at their IH Board. Intrigued me enough to take a starter position. They have a sleep apnea drug in Phase 3 from reading their IH board. Not suggesting buying... I was just intrigued enough to start a position there thinking there might be nice run coming. I do believe they have some convertibles that are supposed to kick in a few weeks though so it could go down but I'm a gambler. If it goes up significantly I'll add some more NWBO.
I just took a small starter position in RS * PI. I haven't touched any of my NWBO shares though, I'm way long NWBO... just thinking RS * PI may be due for a big run soon.
Seems like a very far fetched rumor. Not sure why MRK would do that at this point. If it did I wouldn't complain but yeah, I don't see it happening either.
Best of luck to you as well. I think most all of us will make money here and even more importantly a lot of good people will have their life spans increased.
I'm in my 40s and don't necessarily need the money at the moment so I'm just going to let it ride as long as I feel comfortable. I feel if/when DCVAX-L and DCVAX-Direct both get approved and they work on multiple types of solid tumors then who knows where the PPS will end up.... it probably will be a lot higher than the current price of MRK. That will take a few years but I have time. Buyout would be more immediate of course... I guess I could live with either scenario but think would prefer the partnership and organic growth path.
Yeah, doesn't seem very likely at all but I sure would celebrate if it did.
I would immediately retire and never work another day.
haha
So if that analyst friend's rumor is correct and we got 1 to 1 stock in MRK and MRK currently sits at 79.83.... heck, I could definitely deal with that.
I don't know how likely it is to happen but that would be awesome if it did.
That's good to hear Doc. To be honest, I think I would rather have a partnership and just let NWBO grow organically... it seems like the PPS would eventually get to unbelievable amounts in a few years if this was the path but if there is a buyout in the short term involving MRK I don't think any of us would complain either. We all are going to make a lot of good money here.
I have only subscribed to it for about 3 months. So far I have had some success with it... It doesn't offer buy or sell recommendations. Its just more or less a scanner with a few extras like the factor column... Which is a metric they've calculated on average daily $ traded amounts (I believe that's it). They have different preset scanner categories (you can customize the scanner values as well)... I've had the most luck looking for low subpenny stocks on the Insider scan... Shows stocks that may be in the process of being loaded. I've purchased several and made some profits... FPVD for example I bought at .0004 on 8-25 after seeing it had a factor of 313 after having a very long period of very low factors. I sold out at .0019... It eventually reached a high of .0074 on 9-15 but I was happy with almost a 5 bagger. Those subpennies are high risk, high reward and ive been burned several times so learned to take profit and be happy.
I really appreciate all of your great chart analysis... it's been very informative and I disagree... you are a very talented chartist. I wish it was a skill that I had but I just don't have time to learn with having a full time job. I just tinker around trading subpennies more as a hobby but at least I had the foresight to buy 75000 shares of NWBO about 3 years ago and hold on to them. Maybe it's the gambler in me but I don't plan on selling until I'm either a multi-millionaire or broke. haha. I think I like my chances of being a multi-millionaire someday but we'll see I guess. GLTU sir and thanks again for your great chart analysis.
I've had some success using it looking for subpennies. I've been long NWBO for the last 3 years so haven't actively traded those shares... I just like to gamble in sub-pennies and thought I would try DDAmanda to see if it gives an edge. I've been looking for tickers that have a moderate rise in factor after a long period of very low factors (like 0 or 1) then they seem to have a run. I tend to stay away from the ones that show a huge factor increase and have run up in one day and have pulled back... although some of those seem to go ahead and run as well. I don't read charts that well (certainly not as well as you, you are an expert) so I just find it an easier way to identify when accumulation is occurring.
Yeah the DDAmanda factor was at 6 on Friday. I've subscribed to DDAmanda for the last several months so just reporting what shows there. 6 on Friday and 5 on Thursday are the highest values we've seen in awhile... they have been quiet low (0,1,2) going back to the last big run in early September (9/2-9/4) when they had 3 day values of 15,10,9 (respectively).
DDAmanda had a factor of 6 for NWBO yesterday (10/16). It was 5 on Thursday (5/15). Before that it has been pretty low (0,1,2) going back to 9/2 through 9/4... 9/2 = 15... 9/3 = 10, 9/4 = 9.
There have been a large number of studies showing that HCQ used at an early stage show effectiveness in fighting COVID-19.
This website tracks the studies... Currently they are showing 66 studies, 39 of which are peer reviewed.
https://c19study.com/
They are restarting a HCQ trial in the UK so I guess they see enough interest to keep investing... jury is still out I guess.

My only point in my post is that I regard RT as trustworthy as I do any of the western mainstream media. I know if I had a severe case of COVID-19, I would personally ask if I could have some HCQ, zithromax and zinc but to each their own.
I don't believe everything I read from RT but it does have information you won't see in other news outlets and I use it as a counter-balance to western news outlets that tend to tilt heavily towards globalist viewpoints.
Just taking the article that was linked earlier I don't really see anything I disagree with. Hydroxycloroquine has been demonized by our media and stated many times that it is very dangerous, while the big pharma companies that run advertising on those networks have interests in discrediting a cheap solution like hydroxycloroquine and promoting their much more expensive solutions like remdesivir or the vaccines they are waiting on. The Lancet and NEJM had to pull articles stating the dangerous effects of hydroxycloroquine because the papers were supposedly based on totally fake data made up by a team from Surgisphere that consisted of a science fiction writer and a adult entertainment model. Our western media used these studies non-stop to provide more evidence that their viewers should definitely not use hydroxycloroquine and tied it in to their constant anti-Trump coverage.
I read an article a few days ago that the Henry Ford Health System in Michigan unleashed a study that they were seeing around 50% less daaths of COVID-19 patients treated with hydroxycloroquine than those who were not.
So, at the end of the day, I wouldn't totally trust RT but I take their articles individually by their own merit and compare it against a lot of the propaganda we get fed in our own western media. I don't see a problem with the hydroxycloroquine article that was linked earlier with the revelation of recent data that seems to coroborate it. After all, big pharma would not profit nearly to the extent if a cheap and fairly safe treatment is able to be an effective cure and also it would give positive press to President Trump.
True but the way I read it he seemed to be implying a few years as in 3 or less as Trump would have to deal with it.
I guess I just have a different take on the article. It seems to me that pandemics aren't all that frequent where he would be able to state that one is going to happen in the next few years without knowing something. I tend to be a bit conspiracy theorist though.
I find it suspicious that Fauci supposedly knew there was going to be a pandemic during Trump's term as far back as 2017. How did he know? Did they plan to release the virus from the Wuhan lab that he helped pay for so he had information about the planned pandemic?

Iwas referring to the Notice of Effectiveness that showed up as news today. Yes, it's a formality. I guess I was just pondering if that's why I sent CSTI and CDEL so active on L2. When I had time to actively trade more in the mast those MM's usually seemed to represent short interest at many times. But I don't have as much time to trade these days so things may have changed... I'm just musing.
L2 is showing MM's CSTI and CDEL as the top 2 on the ask. With today's news I wonder if this is a sign that shorts are starting to cover?
I think the upside is a lot more than a buck or it wouldn't be worth the risk. But to each their own.
I have a gambling spirit. I guess in a long winded fashion I was just trying to say current NWBO share price at 24 cents/share is like getting to bet on the Washington Nationals to win the World Series at the odds they were at the beginning of the regular season... I have no idea what that would've been but say 1000 to 1.... Except we are able to make that same bet with the same risk-reward not at the beginning of the season but in the bottom of the 9th in the last game of the World Series. If NWBao delivers and hits it out of the park then we will win our bet and obtain huge returns. If not, we lose our bet but it's based on a binary event and we are close to seeing the results. Some who are impatient and want the results delivered right at this moment are being impatient. Baseball is an runtimes game and the game ends when the final out is made. Regardless we are near the end and not at the beginning of the season and one could still make a bet similar to the Nationals winning the world series at the beginning of the seasons risk-reward is quiet remarkable.
Yeah, no difference based on distance but timing is everything. A team can be down 3-0 with 2 strikes, bases loaded in the bottom of the 9th and one swing of the bat can suddenly change the outcome. Much like here, we are waiting on a binary event that will seemingly make this a winner or loser... The final out hasn't been called yet... We still have game left to play. I'll wait to see the outcome and not leave the stadium early.
With the World Series going on and posters bringing up home run analogies, I would metaphorically compare NWBO to the Washington Nationals. They started the season slow and no baseball analysts thought they had a real shot of making the playoffs. But they have a great starting rotation and an offense that has got hot at the right time. Since mid-season they have compiled one of the best records in baseball and have overcome juggernauts like the Dodgers, Cardinals and on the verge of eliminating the Astros, all teams most baseball fans would've assumed as odds on favorites to win the Series this year. With NWBO's science perhaps we can have a miraculous turn around late in the season and beat the big pharma that was beating us badly earlier in the season.
Pardon my lame baseball analogies... :)
True... No guarantee for a win but I like the odds here. Maybe we will have a walk off grand slam. :)
Not exactly true. A home run can count from 1 to as many as 4 runs depending on how many people are on base when the home run is hit. Give me the grand slam. If we have to wait a bit longer for NWBO then I will sit patiently... Better to do things right.
I generally assume those who only post endless appeals to emotion do so out of their own financial interests... Either they are trying to continuously flip the stock or short. I've always thought that if you are a true long, one know why they bought the stock and shouldn't let daily swings of emotion by others influence them. It just takes patience (although I must admit it gets old reading so many fear based posts that are backed by no credible evidence but I guess that is why ihub has an ignore button).
I have roughly the same amount of shares... A little over 80k. Maybe she is going down the list of shareholders based on the amount of shares people have? I've been waiting patiently for her to finally call... Figured there were much bigger people to contact but I'm glad I finally got included. Haha
Good thing I don't let posts on a message board make me make emotional decisions about my NWBO shares. I'm here for the long haul, even if it takes years. I realized when I bought my shares it would likely take awhile and success isn't guaranteed but I do like the odds of eventual success.
I am not sure why it's so funny. Another poster asked if anyone else received a call from a Maryland phone number yesterday and I just responded with that I had and what was conveyed to me. I have no idea why they want shareholders emails other than they are collecting that information and the reason Marjorie gave is to receive news items from the company. If there are other reasons then I guess we will find out at some point.
This is the number that I got the call from... (240)497-4060. I want to say the lady I spoke with was named Marjorie but my memory is horrible.
I received a call from a Maryland number this morning. I talked to a lady (I can't recall her name at the moment) that stated she worked for Northwest Biotherapeutics and wanted to know if I would like to receive PR news items to my email. From reading other posters here I guess these calls have been ongoing for the last several months but this is the first time I received a call.
I don't really know how to interpret the fact that Cofer is connected to Burisma, Romney and Biden other than these are powerful politicians and it seems if Cofer runs in those circles then it could have a benefit to NWBO. Maybe others have more information or could offer their opinions.
