Gold is going up but SAGD is not going up. What the hell is going on?

Gold is going up and GDSM has not moved an inch. Anyone care to state the reason why this not happening?

I just got info on PACM under SEC Rule 15c2-11 Does anyone know what this means...?

Being that it has a new symbol PACM which is trading at .04 does this mean our shares transfer from PCFG to PACM at .04?

We just got QE3 why isnt the stock going up and the 50/200 SMA,are reflecting side ways and MACD reflecting divergence. All other gold mine stocks have increased in price significantly????

You know what I notice w/most of these .0001 stocks is when they get to .05 approx the ticker symbol changes. Can you tell me what reason that may be?
