You’re comparing No Ride to WashMu?
BWAHAHAHA!!!!!
Do a little research on what WashMu did and how its remnants were able to be picked up and turned into another financial services company. And the explain to everybody who that transition has even the slightest connection to a former EV company that sold its IP and manufacturing capability.
And still waiting to hear how Hightower is going to save No Ride.
Again…Gallagher is a wind-up guy, apparently perfect for a shell such as No Ride (No Ride because they gave zero capability and expertise in EVs…or any vehicle…or even a skateboard).
Yet you were so “high” on Hightower, as if you thought he would have some role after BK. Well…if that’s what you thought…you were 100% wrong.
It is NOT the "reconstituted version" of Lordstown. It no longer has Lordstown's old ticker symbol. It certainly doesn't have any of Lordstown's IP or manufacturing capability, because the old RIDEQ sold it all to Steve Burns. In fact No Ride doesn't even employ a single person who was employed by Lordstown.
So...there is virtually no connection between the old Lordstown and No Ride. You should learn how to comprehend and employ the English language correctly and stop perpetuating lies.
But when was it made?
I'll ask again...when was the video made? One cannot refer to the information it contains as "current", unless it was made recently. So...when was it made?
When was that video made? Note: I’m not asking when it was posted.
(Yes...replying to myself...because I'm so entertaining)
SHMP "investors": But they use bio-floc...
The Real World: But they're selling shrimp...
SHMP "investors": But they need to add water...
The Real World: But they're selling shrimp...
SHMP "investors": This one goes to 11....
Interesting...a shrimp farm that actually sells shrimp: Homegrownshrimpusa.com
So…you were so “high” on Hightower. And now he’s gone. Perhaps even to work for Foxconn?
What happened?
Misplaced exuberance and wishful thinking is not a good strategy for the OTC.
“How high?” That’s the question. In other words, when does one take profits and be thankful? The alternative is to be greedy and wait too long.
Like I said, he’s a winding-up guy. What else can you do with a company that has no IP, no owned or leased manufacturing facilities…and ONE employee?
Pumpers gonna pump….
I’m here…and in a lot of nice divvy-paying stocks BECAUSE of SHMP.
I’m in at (what I hope is) the bottom. If not…my loss.
You spend a lot of time fixated on other posters instead of facts on the ground.
He’s a wrap-up guy, clearly, based on his resume.
Yet you were so “high” on Hightower and his trip to Africa…
BWAHAHAHAHA!!!!!
Is GHS an "investor" in SHMP?
Those aren't Nu Ride vehicles. Nu Ride...correction...NO-Ride from now on...has no vehicle in production or on the drawing board.
And what's wrong with making a quick buck from GRPS? As long as it's not based on wild speculation and outright pumping?
This is the OTC, after all.
Never bought high. Never sold. And what "facts" am I not handling?
The success or failure of GRPS will be based on what GRPS does, not what is posted on a message board. At the same time, pumpers and manipulators might drive the pps up enough to take profits.
So far, the pps reflects what GRPS hasn't done. That's why I'm in at way unde a penny.
Supporting action? And what would that consist of? Hiring out to GRPS to harvest shrimp down in Texas?
Or post baseless pumps based on nothing?
Africa was our favorite poster’s fever dream, apparently because Hightower visited there.
Well…Hightower is out of a job now.
You nailed the problems with both Russia and Africa. Not to mention the dwindling market here in the US.
Yep…very well posed to vet the company that wants to merge in with NRDE.
Salaries… or a salary…will be paid. Rent will be paid. Stock options will be granted. Consultants and law firms and accountants will be enlisted.
But no revenues are forthcoming. Not a great look.
Once again…that’s not the point here in the pinks.
You go ahead and keep looking for that needle in a haystack…that might not even exist. Collect all those airline miles visiting all those shrimp facilities.
Meanwhile, I’ll buy my lottery tickets and see what happens.
You bought SHMP and bailed shortly after. I bought RSHN (and SHMP and GRPS). Ride or die.
Thankfully…for me…your presence here only adds to the appearance that there might be something to the RSHN “story”.
Then why did you buy? And why did you bail so quickly?
Apparently, the real use for the OTC escapes you. And RSHN might just be another example.
You’ll get no argument from me on those points.
In the meanwhile, people will run with the stories. Their exuberance could be my profits. Or not.
We’re talking OTC here. How’d all that DD work out for you with SHMP? You bought and bailed.
When are you going to learn that these are “story” stocks down here? RSHN is one of them. Decent opportunity for a flip. But I’m not a pumper.
At least SHMP could fantasize about building facilities anywhere and everyone.
That won’t work with RSHN…or GRSP.
I’m not perpetuating any hint that there’s something here that deserves extensive DD.
Have you done a survey of the other publicly-traded aquaculture companies with “patented” processes? You might be surprised at the apparent lack of success. Maybe RSHN will be different?
Time to pimp this shell out to a private company looking to go public. NRDE’s biggest asset, IMO? Its Net Operating Losses (NOLs) for tax purposes.
Yep. Just ask Fisker.
Ummmm…no. Learn to comprehend what you read.
BWAHAHAHA!!!!
Hightower is gone. NRDE now has ONE executive. It relinquished its lease on the Lordstown plant. It sold its IP and means of EV production to Steve Burns. NRDE is a de facto shell.
I sure hope that one Nu Ride employee remaining knows how to design and fabricate EVs...oh...and raise money...hundreds of millions of dollars. More likely that one employee, and whoever agrees to be on the board (and is approved by Foxconn) will oversee that merge-in for some private company looking to go public.
And Nu Ride(Q) bag holders will still be screwed.
WHO is going to break into the EV market?
Our favorite poster is high on Hightower. But, as I've been posting, Hightower will be looking for new career opportunities soon. Looks like RIDEQ cum Nu Ride will have someone to sign SEC filings. And that's about it. As we've been saying...Nu Ride is still the Old Ride(q)...a shell-to-be.
Look at the cash, look at the liabilities, and look at what Nu Ride(Q) committed to give to the class-action litigants. It appears that Nu Ride(q)'s only value is as a publicly-traded company...for the time being.
Nu Ride(q) bag holders should keep an open mind...a mind that is open to becoming...an AI play...a cannabis play...an indoor aquaculture play...a (fill in the blank) play. The merge-in opportunities are almost infinite. The ability to profit, on the other hand, is almost microscopic (and that includes electron-microscopic).
Something tells me our favorite poster didn’t read this in the amended plan…
“Each of the Company’s current directors (Daniel A. Ninivaggi, Joseph B. Anderson, Jr., Keith Feldman, David T. Hamamoto, Edward T. Hightower, Jane Reiss, Laura J. Soave, Dale Spencer, and Angela Strand), will cease to be directors of the Company on the Effective Date.
“In addition, the employment of the Company’s remaining executive officers, Messrs. Ninivaggi, Hightower and Kroll, is expected to terminate as of the Effective Date and each is expected to enter into a severance agreement with the Company on the terms previously approved by the board of directors and the Bankruptcy Court to settle any obligations with respect to such termination under their respective employment agreements.”
Is GHS an “investor” in SHMP?
Oooh…another day where $300 is all it takes for GRSP “investors” to be happy.
Yep. It’s always “shorts” and “market manipulators” when the PPS goes down. Never manipulation when it goes up on little volume.
Just in time to GHS another chance to dump the last tranche.
Hey! How's that Rotan lawsuit going? New auditor now gonna make it happen?
If not, I'm so glad all those high-priced lawyers know that they're doing and are making progress.
Whoa! A whopping $300 moved the market for GRPS today.
You're welcome?
