COWI - Interesting news today.
Totally Sorry All: This is a Residential Contract of Sale. It sounds like the property was in Default 3.(b) on link below.

I guess Boreal has the right to match the offer because of their contract (it was an exclusive contract). I don't know how that works. Is it a bidding war now? If that is correct Boreal is buying a gold mine and saving lots of money in doing so. Boreal's contract was due to increase substantially after this year 2016. If Boreal has the option to pay $600k for a property worth at least what Boreal was paying for it:

Boreal needs to get their Books straight. Going to have to start charging St. Elie for this Gold Mine if it goes through.
BRWC I haven't read through the contract for Heather Tilton. It is attached to the 8k. Because I haven't read it, I can't decide if Boreal can sell their property rights, or Boreal has all ready matched the down payment paid by Heather Tilton (to assume the same contract). It does state that Boreal has 30 days to decide if Boreal would like to purse the same contractual agreement as BRWC's possible (competition JMO). At the bottom of the Leisure Time contract with Boreal I can't decide if Boreal would have to pay another deposit matching Heather Tilton's or Boreal would receive their origianl deposit back. I don't know. It's been a long day, and it's late. Maybe someone can read this all over, and enlighten me.

????? The Company (BRWC) is the successor to Leisure Time. A sixty thousand dollar ($60,000.00) check was tendered as down payment for the Contract of Sale (“Contract of Sale”); 10% of the purchase price of six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000.00) (“Purchase Price”). The Contract for Sale is the purchase of the Property by Purchaser Heather Tilton, dated (signed by the Seller) on December 2, 2015.

BRWC May see some volume Friday. Sounds like there may have been some different interpretations regarding the latest 8k. Maybe with the New Contract BRWC can save some money, and put that toward bringing everything current (If the contract goes through). Time will tell. I have not tried to Google Heather Tilton(from the 8k). I wonder who and what she is (competition).

BRWC Todays 8-K: Same contract, and same Spring from Nov. 01, 1995. Sounds like BRWC may get their deposit back, and are now binded by the same contract that was offered to Heather Tilton. Not sure...still good NEWS. I guess better than NO NEWS. (Property is referring to Volume/Gallonage of water)
The later part of this I placed in Bold Print to clarify,"First Right of Refusal." Heather Tilton was offered a different cost for water purchase from the same spring in Callicoon, NY.

Section 1 – Registrant’s Business and Operations
Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
On January 6, 2016, Boreal Water Collection, Inc. (“Company”), through a letter from its legal counsel, Billig Loughlin & Baer, LLP (“Counsel”), exercised its First Right of Refusal as outlined in the agreements between Leisure Time Spring Water, Inc. (“Leisure Time”), Alpine Farms, Inc., Andrew J. Krieger and Suri Levow Krieger, dated November 1, 1995 and amended on April 25, 2000 (“Agreements” – included as an exhibit hereto). The Agreement provides Leisure Time the exclusive right to draw water and use the artesian spring, water supply and existing facility upon Town of Callicoon SBL No. 4-1-14.1; in addition to a first right of refusal if the owner contracts to sell the subject property (“Property”). The Company is the successor to Leisure Time. The Company has a right to match the Contract of Sale on a first refusal basis; as aforesaid. Counsel, by this letter, makes note of an error in the closing date of the Contract of Sale; assuming May 18, 2016 is the correct closing date. A copy of the Contract of Sale is attached hereto as an exhibit.
http://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1538333/000101968716004827/boreal_8k.htm
Purchaser Heather Tilton (from above) was offered a different cost per volume for water produced from the same source as Boreal, most likely a less cost.
The Leisure Time Contract with Boreal:
N ote 11—Commitments and Contingencies (page 14) Link Below:
The Company is party to a forty year exclusive agreement (“Agreement”), with an original effective date of November 1, 1995, modified on April 25, 2000, to reduce certain minimum guarantee and compensation provisions of the Agreement. The Company is party to a forty year exclusive agreement (“Agreement”), with an original effective date of November 1, 1995, modified on April 25, 2000, to reduce certain minimum guarantee and compensation provisions of the Agreement. The Agreement provides that the Company shall draw not less than seven million (7,000,000) gallons or water from certain springs on an annual basis. During the remainder of the first twenty-five (25) years of the Agreement, the Company pays one cent ($0.01 per gallon for the first five million (5,000,000) gallons of water drawn and three-fourth of one cent ($0.0075) for all gallonage thereafter, but not less than $65,000 per year regardless of the actual gallonage drawn, payable in monthly installments of $5,416. In event that drought or other conditions reduce the capacity of the springs, so that the springs cannot meet the minimum guarantee, the minimum guarantee shall be reduced in accordance with an agreed to formula. For the last fifteen years of the agreement, which expires October 31, 2035, the Agreement provides that the Company shall pay one and one-quarter cents ($0.0125) per gallon for the first five million (5,000,000) gallons and for gallons thereafter the Company shall pay one cent ($0.01) per gallon, with an annual minimum of $82,500, payable in monthly installments of $6,875. The Company is responsible for all maintenance and repairs, utilities, and capital improvement costs incurred in connection with the water collection facility, which includes storage tanks, a pump building, piping, and other related equipment necessary for and related to the harvesting of water from the springs. The Agreement also provides that the owner of springs may sell water from the springs under certain conditions, provided, however, that the charge per gallon sold shall not be less than the price per gallon paid by the Company, with such proceeds divided equally between the Company and the owner. The Company has an option of first refusal in the event that the owner enters into an agreement for the sale of all or a portion of the real property, which includes the springs located on the real property. Upon execution of a valid binding contract between the owner and a third party, which contract shall be made subject to the terms of the option, the owner shall provide the Company a copy of the contract and it shall have thirty (30) days from date of delivery or mailing within which to exercise its option by delivering to the owner a check in the amount of the contract deposit, in which event the owner and the Company shall be bound by the contract sale.

I'm looking forward to the future here. I'm going to find a good entry, possibly tomorrow. I'm starting to read through the filings.

Is is common for transfer agents to state, "I need authorization to release that information. Please address in an email." All I wanted was the current share structure with a date provided. So, I sent an email to the email address I was given. I also sent an email to investor@coroware.com. I have noticed changes to the website. It would be nice to have reliable, current information on Coroware website (Investor relations contact tab). Anyway, I'll post an update once I receive one. I keep up with COWI board, not sure, but I don't recall reading anyone having contact with transfer agent. I do recall someone inquiring, but not sure about any contact.

Thank you. I filled out, sent my first SEC complaint form today. I did my best in my description, and my explanation for filing my complaint. I used all the information I could find, and I did use all my personal identification for any reference or assistance I can provide. I only hope I'm not sending anyone on a wild goose chase.
I'm interested in filing a complaint with the SEC. It sounds like this is the correct form.
https://denebleo.sec.gov/TCRExternal/questionaire.xhtml
If this is the correct form to start with, can anyone provide me with any suggestions before starting the process? If not enough detailed information is provided, will this form be quickly reviewed and dismissed with little effort? In the link above, I browsed through each tab, and noticed a button to attach additional information. The instructions appear very simple. The description, and additional information are somewhat, intimidating for me. I really want to present my information properly, and professionally. Can anyone here offer any suggestions, possibly a format from start-finish for my details/additional information?

BRWC So I'm assuming Mrs. Lavoie bought this property as an investment to possibly expand Saint Elie, or a possible buy out for anyone who is interested in testing their chemistry skills. I do not know if Boreal is producing anything, or if the equipment is still on the premises. I do feel this would be a great opportunity for an entity who is willing to venture in this industry. ADAT nice moves today on average volume. In time I'm considering a position here.
AMD I see a nice chunk sitting on the ASK at $2.80. Triple Bottom play in question there. A pullback to 23.6 or 38.2 Fibs would still keep our uptrend intact...just a scenario, and my opinion. Keep an eye on the volume, and those candle patterns. Sorry I don't post much, but I enjoy the read. Thanks to all for posting. I'm not extremely familiar with the technical behind games, but I do have fun from time to time. I did see this advertisement on Facebook. Castrol VR commercial:

COWI - you're right. It has nothing unique, but it does have simplicity. COWI does have 20m in libilities, and some Convertible Debt. COWI (ROS) does not amaze me, but they did secure a place in the upcoming convention $$(probably not much). I was watching some youtube videos. I feel cheated(in the ROS Dept, but they may be taking a different direction. And staying with a simple ROS design for folks like me(and our millennials, millennials)But I will play this for the price it is; I'm watching closely. I will play well. And I have high hopes for their future. Thanks for the comment. Looking forward, I hope we all prosper.

BRWC - I left a message in the General Mailbox. I tried to call (3)times on Thursday (12/03/2015) afternoon EST (I did wait approx. 30 minutes between calls). No IR,HR, no receptionist, or live person to speak with. I did try (2) of the extensions listed, and spoke with a woman on the second extension. I didn't bother asking many questions. I'm sure she cannot provide the information I seek. I will not hinder Boreal CEO. If they are producing a product at any rate of capacity they must all be very busy. I've had no response. Personally, I wasn't happy with Boreal's voice recording. If I was searching on the internet and called for inquiry and I landed in a General Voice Mailbox that the person on the recorder says, "The general mailbox is not checked often" I wouldn't be impressed. Hopefully, the sales team consists of more than Chris, and the cashier providing for the walk-in customer between 7am - 5pm Monday-Thursday. I'm not bashing & not praising BRWC. I'll wait for an update, after the next update of a CPA, or we turn that 200sma into support. I will offer to support their product if they can provide a better initial response. They can mail me some business cards with a sales person to speak with, but if the general telephone number on the website is taken so lightly, I would refuse to suggest to any local convenient mart I use often to support Boreal's product.

AMD I bought in today. AMD pulled back to my 6m 20sma. I placed an order last week for $2.22. It happened today. This 2nd leg was steep, but I feel good. I'm hoping the 200sma turns into the support I'm looking for. I'm a little worried about the time of year. Looking back, I see AMD PPS did well after earnings announcements last year (01/2015). I see the short interest is less than it has been in 5+ months...

I have read Lisa SU's insights from:

And I've watched this:
BRWC Thank you R1. My personal opinion...BRWC is not disclosing something.I have faith, but lost to much in the past. Here I rely on technicals. Fundamentals work themselves in(My opinion). I've spoke to CEO's to the moon. I don't waste their time or mine, anymore. I have confidence in BRWC. Based on their SEC filings. SEC filings are the truth for investors (Again my opinion). Investing in the OTC is more technical for myself. JMHO

Thank you for your response. My studies are in my notebook at home, but my shipping specifications have been by weight. (1) 48x48 pallet can fit (3) cases wide by (4)case length by (5) cases height. All on one pallet....roughly 1200lbs ( One pallet on driver's side). I tried my math with a 20' container. It wouldn't comply (I gave up). Your 40' would bring new math to my equation. However, (1) pallet would weigh about 1200lbs (roughly). Do shipping requirements go by weight? If so, How many in (1) 40' container?
BRWC Is holding its own. I agree with both sides (AND THE CHART). However, I've bought and sold BRWC three times with-in the last three months. I have had an investment here for some time, and will continue to do so. My principle investment is safe. I enjoy the emotion here. I have not spoke with any of you or BRWC. I did start putting together what it would cost to ship a frieght container full of water over seas. I didn't finish. I was using Google spec's on all my arithmetic. I quit. I'm not interested. I have free shares invested here. I have faith in this company. AND I have another order in to buy at .0006. That is the range I'm playing .0006- 0009. I know 16oz of water weights about 1lbs. (per 16oz.bottle) x 24in a case. Question: What would it cost to ship a 40'container to UAE (Personnely) $$$??? To sell each bottle for $1.00 is this worth $250k unsigned contract(My work requires a signature; I/they will not perform otherwise). Regardless, another $$ contract commitment? BRWC has no more convertible debt. So the un-signed contract committee is paying for all this? Any company with no 10q or Public Filing is in question. Please don't risk all. Play for keeps. I wish the the best of luck to everyone here. I do like this company. GO FRANCINE. Change this world. You're in competition with Big Biz. Sell if you must, but please don't forget your support. GLTA
