Agreed. Buy up the machines, IP, etc. It adds another value stream. Should be cheap.

It WON'T have an impact. How can it when there is no volume? I wish I was wrong here but I know I'm not.
$RXMD
My shares are available for $16.00 per share. Nothing less will be accepted. Pony up Fernandez.
$RXMD
Turbo, keep pumping money into that Roth. Can't tell you how important that is.
I'm a retired Mechanical Engineer. Retired 3 years ago. My dad was an auto mechanic. That is really physically demanding and neither he nor I were/are large men. Keep saving and have your hand/wrist looked at. Some physical therapy may help. Also get some power tools to twist those wrenches for you.
Unfortunately, all three are in hot water for failing to file their annual reports. This can be fixed, but it is concerning that they are no longer being maintained.
$TGRR
I agree you shouldn't have to. But if you want to F the MMs that is what it takes.
$RXMD
You want to stop the free fall? Pony up $300 a week. I would if I could.
$RXMD
Bullshit. That is NOT truth.
$RXMD
Sorry, don't agree with either of your posts.
$RXMD
Guys, it only takes a small buy to prop up the SP. If you have the dry powder (which I don't) buy 100 shares once or twice a week at the ask. We can keep it from falling below $2.
$RXMD
Certainly agree, and I would average down if I had the dry powder.
Folks, if you have the ability, hit the ask every so often for 100 shares to keep the SP up.
$RXMD
The post-split SP was $5.90. Unimportant, still does not get me my $15.26 per share to break even.
$RXMD
That, and the things they have NOT done paint an interesting picture.
No action to depress the SP.
Silence.
Healthy business with a good share structure and no debt.
No uplist to NASDAQ. They have had plenty of time.
No merger with $NXPL. They have also had plenty of time.
That does not leave too many possibilities for the future direction IMO.
$RXMD
Thank you Gedi. The info that they are not purposely depressing the SP is HUGE news.
I still think what is going on is M & A activity.
$RXMD
In my opinion, Fernandez and Bareto are not playing this very smartly.
$RXMD
Truth, if I had the money I would put in a tender offer of around $7 a share. If accepted (which I doubt) I would be in it for about 1x yearly revenue. Cheap.
I would then use unissued shares as cash plus the money in the bank to buy a health and beauty products manufacturer, start a competing line of Pharmco branded products (using an apothecary themed bottle), and do some national advertising.
Things would not sky-rocket but I would make money on my investment.
Capt, your last sentence speaks volumes. None of us would break even at those prices. If the price floats lower, as I expect it will, the non-existent current volume would dry up completely. MR FERNANDEZ, if that is your plan, you are screwed. I will hold my shares, as I have been doing, until I break even or better. Those shares are not available to you until I get my price. And that is not the current sp. Not even close.

Piss in the funnel and have it come out drinkable? (Water World, loved that movie)
$MULN
Ripe for an acquisition. They have what it takes to buy something substantial. They should make use of it.
$RXMD
AND roughly $400M in unspent RXMD shares.
$RXMD
One of the wisest posts I've read on this board. Ever.
$MULN
Failed? Bull. They got the opportunity to "raise additional capital" and will do so again. For them, that's a win.
$MULN
You are mistaken. I understand where the parts are coming from. But, like most OEMs, they buy the parts and put them together.
$MULN
What you are suggesting would doom the company to eventual BK. They need a large amount of additional cash to "get over the the hump" and become cash flow positive. They may not make it anyway.
They are making vehicles but not enough to break even.
$MULN
The other big plus for PharmcoRx is trusted, free advertising.
$RXMD
JMCK, does it really matter? Just ignore the BS and move to the next topic.
$RXMD
The boss is enjoying a backyard BBQ, the accountant has multiple accounts and is at another one, the cleaning lady and computer guy come in at night. The tech fills in as reception because she is bored. Leaves 16 and two of those carpool. Way more than needed for the paltry production schedule.
$MULN
Madam, you may know the market, but I know manufacturing. They don't need a lot of people at this tiny manufacturing rate. Simple as that.
$MULN
How many people do you think it takes to run ten or twelve cars a day? 18 cars in the lot is plenty.
And no, the facility is not full yet.
$MULN
"Under the new partnership, Cost Plus Drug Co. will integrate its pricing model — which prices drugs at a 15% markup and charges a $5 shipping and a $5 pharmacy operations fee — into Expion Health's digital product platform to provide a tool for payers to navigate cost options......."
The payers are the receiving pharmacies, not consumers. This details what CPD is going to charge.
$RXMD
I think you and Truth are both reading this incorrectly. Cuban makes deals directly with drug manufacturers, marks it up 15% and charges the receiving pharmacy a $5 pharmacy fee. This is all still at or below wholesale. I would expect RXMD to then tack on their standard markup, which still comes out cheaper than what consumers were paying for the same drugs before the deal with Cuban. Cuban's company does not control what RXMD charges.
$RXMD
I love that pic. I get a belly laugh every time you put it up. THX
$MULN
Start at the beginning. Get into production. Sell units. Dilute to survive.
Will they become cash flow positive or go bankrupt? Neither of us knows for certain. You are betting BK. You are certainly entitled to your opinion.
$MULN
Tenkay, you are worrying about the wrong issues. They have to tool up the unibody, outer body panels, headlights, taillights, wiring, glass, and electronics. Each of those projects takes about three years. And if they screw it up, think warrantee issues and recalls. The assembly process is a non-issue.
$MULN
You are mistaken about the Mishawaka plant.
And we were talking about getting into production, not cash flow positive. One must learn to walk before one can run.
$MULN
Haha, funny. You still aren't getting it. They will start out in the Mishawaka plant and stay with it until they max out its capacity which is 50,000 units per year. THEN spend money on more capacity. At that point they will be producing 200 M5's per production day.
$MULN
"at the volume required to make money.". They won't start at that level. You are a smart guy. Think this through.
$MULN
Nah. They won't need near that much money. You are thinking of a volume production line like GM or Ford would install. Mullen won't start out that big. Their factory in Mishawaka is fully capable of producing the 5,000-10,000 per year they'll need. They will have to spend some money to tool up the body panels, unibody, and interior pieces, however. They can buy the rest of the parts.
$MULN
James, I would like to hear something also, but I don't think it will happen that quickly.
I think they are working on spinning off Orbisat. That will require an S-1. Once they start writing it they enter a Quiet Period that does not end until the S-1 is made effective. That may take a while.
