Truth, if I had the money I would put in a tender offer of around $7 a share. If accepted (which I doubt) I would be in it for about 1x yearly revenue. Cheap.

I would then use unissued shares as cash plus the money in the bank to buy a health and beauty products manufacturer, start a competing line of Pharmco branded products (using an apothecary themed bottle), and do some national advertising.

Things would not sky-rocket but I would make money on my investment.
