Nah. They won't need near that much money. You are thinking of a volume production line like GM or Ford would install. Mullen won't start out that big. Their factory in Mishawaka is fully capable of producing the 5,000-10,000 per year they'll need. They will have to spend some money to tool up the body panels, unibody, and interior pieces, however. They can buy the rest of the parts.
