I think you and Truth are both reading this incorrectly. Cuban makes deals directly with drug manufacturers, marks it up 15% and charges the receiving pharmacy a $5 pharmacy fee. This is all still at or below wholesale. I would expect RXMD to then tack on their standard markup, which still comes out cheaper than what consumers were paying for the same drugs before the deal with Cuban. Cuban's company does not control what RXMD charges.
