Here's another interesting possile giveaway. The alleged sharp-pumpsanddumps connection is being discussed on this board the crwv board and the writ board but not on the fxit board. hmmmmmmm
excellent post
"Either abuseoflaw has a vendetta against George Sharp because of something that happened to them at the hands of George Sharp"
Well that sure sounds like Forex and they are suing him.

Trial Date Set for Former Shareholder's Lawsuit Against Writers' Group Film Corp; Defendants Lose Motion to Quash Service
2011-09-04 14:57 ET - News Release
LOS ANGELES, Sept. 4, 2011 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Private investor, George Sharp, who has filed a civil action (Los Angeles County Division of California Superior Court Case No. BC461550) for Fraud, Negligent Misrepresentation, violation of California Corporations Code Section 25400, and violations of the California Business and Professions Codes 17200 (Unfair Business Practices) and 17500 (False Advertising) against Writers' Group Film Corp., Inc. ("Writers' Group") (Pink Sheets:WRIT), its wholly owned subsidiary Front Row Networks, Inc ("Front Row"), and its current and former officers, announced today that a date of April 30, 2012 has been set for a jury trial.
The trial date was set following a hearing on a motion brought by Defendants Writers' Group, Front Row and CEO and President, John Diaz to quash the service of the complaint filed in this case.
In ruling against the Defendants, the Honorable Judge Amy Hogue lamented the fact that, "a lot of energy and money was expended", in bringing this needless motion. Defendants' Attorney, W. Joseph Anderson of Hamrick & Evans, LLP, argued that the Defendants were not servable at the address listed as the corporate office, namely, 8200 Wilshire Blvd., Suite 8200, Beverly Hills, California. Judge Hogue called the argument "disingenuous", as both Writers' Group and Front Row filed that address with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Judge questioned Writers' Group and Front Row for not having registered an Agent for Service of Process as required by the State of California. Within his opposition, Mr. Sharp claimed that he would not have had to avail himself of the right to substitute service had the Defendants complied with the law.
Judge Hogue also agreed with Mr. Sharp's representation that under the California Code of Civil Procedure, substitute service of Mr. Diaz at the Writers' Group office was reasonable, in spite of Mr. Anderson's claims that Mr. Diaz maintains no presence at the company's only known office.
Mr. Sharp, who is not represented by counsel, commented, "What was the sense of spending the Defendants' limited resources on such a frivolous motion? If the Defendants are so eager to 'actively contest' the lawsuit, as Mr. Diaz has claimed, and 'expect to be fully exonerated', then why try and argue service which can only delay the proceedings?"
In a nod to his supporters, Mr. Sharp continued, "Many of you have asked to join me in this litigation. While I appreciate your kind words with respect to my efforts, I am not an attorney and therefore cannot offer to add Plaintiffs to my complaint or provide legal advice, except to say that you should seek the counsel of an attorney."

-------------------------------------------------------------------
One thing is for sure. Sharp is very open about what he does. He seems to be the only party not covering up his activities.
here's something else that is interesting. Victory Capital used to be run by Michael Osborn as Sharp states in his blog about him
http://www.michael-osborn.info
Osborn was sentenced to prison because of Sharp, according to Sharp. Now I start to think again that Abuse of Law is an Osborn website designed to get even with Sharp. It's seems certain that it is the work of either Osborn or the the boys at FXIT.
Looked into BOPT. That used to be YASH who Sharp sued and according to YASH won. Or at least they paid him 25,000. YASH was run at the time by the same guys who run FXIT. So the abuse of law website and the FXIT lawsuit against Sharp and pumpsanddumps may be the FXIT guys way of getting even with Sharp. They may be just taking a shot in the dark by accusing Sharp of being pumpsanddumps since both attacked them for being crooks. This seems to make the most sense.
furthermore if you read the pumpsanddumps article on forex with supporting documents, you have to admit that those guys sure sound like crooks.
http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2011/06/once-you-have-reputation-as-con-artist.html
One more thing just occurred to me. I haven't read the lawsuit, but all I see listed are two defendants. Does that mean that they are one and the same or just being accused of doing the same thing?
very good point. and maybe Sharp is pumpsanddumps, I don't know. But it sures seems like the abuse of law website is these guys behind forex or someone else with sour grapes, like the osborn guy sharp claims to have put in jail. There are a lot of people who were sued according to his twitter so a lot of people seem to have a grudge against him. That abuse of law website seems to hang its hat on the forex lawsuit to prove that pumpsanddumps is sharp. that make work but the last time I looked, a lawsuit in itself doesn't make it true.
in the meantime, if you look at the san diego court docket under Register of Actions, it says that Sharp filed a slapp/slapp back motion. I didn't want to spend the money to pull up that motion but here is what I found about slapp motions.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Strategic_lawsuit_against_public_participation
A strategic lawsuit against public participation (SLAPP) is a lawsuit that is intended to censor, intimidate and silence critics by burdening them with the cost of a legal defense until they abandon their criticism or opposition. [1]
The typical SLAPP plaintiff does not normally expect to win the lawsuit. The plaintiff's goals are accomplished if the defendant succumbs to fear, intimidation, mounting legal costs or simple exhaustion and abandons the criticism. A SLAPP may also intimidate others from participating in the debate. A SLAPP is often preceded by a legal threat. The difficulty, of course, is that plaintiffs do not present themselves to the Court admitting that their intent is to censor, intimidate or silence their critics. Hence, the difficulty in drafting SLAPP legislation, and in applying it, is to craft an approach which affords an early termination to invalid abusive suits, without denying a legitimate day in court to valid good faith claims.
THIS SURE SOUNDS LIKE WHAT FOREX IS DOING.
And if I understand the motion Sharp filed, he is looking to get that lawsuit thrown out for these reasons. Again, I'm not a lawyer so I'm not sure. Just trying to piece it together.
I spent about two hours going through this. near as I can figure:
it looks like pumpsanddumps did an article on forex as well and exposed the insiders of forex as crooks.
http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2011/06/once-you-have-reputation-as-con-artist.html
then google "george sharp" you come up with this website
http://www.michael-osborn.info
michael osborn has a listed aka as michael ison who also show up on the abuse of law website. A lot of the details on Sharp's Osborn blog show up on the abuse of law blog. According to Sharp this guy served jail time because of his expose.
Sharp is also currently sueing Writers' Group Film WRIT and is winning or not losing or whatever.
http://www.sharp-v-writ.info/
he list all of his activities here:
http://twitter.com/#!/goniffs
Writers Group also had an article on pumpsanddumps
http://www.pumpsanddumps.com/2011/05/writers-group-film-corp.html
that abuse of law website sounds like a chance to get even by one of Sharp's targets, I'm guessing michael osborn aka michael ison. the website claims that Sharp sues the companies on pumpanddumps but Sharp's website only lists two lawsuits that overlap with pumpsanddumps article. So it seem a bit farfetched by I don't know. In any case, abuse of law is pretty poorly written and is mostly cut and paster of other websites. The whole thing is interesting though. It doesn't seem to be slowing down pumpsanddumps or Sharp though.
I only responded to someone else's post. Why not tell them?
somehow or other I missed yesterday's press release

I received a couple of emails from market return and stock egg myself
is it .25? or .10? .or 04? do you think the DTC does this for grins?
it's not me that's wrong. and "many brokers will not permit the buying of these stocks or will charge higher brokerage fees for the trade" where does it say you can't trade it?
PumpS and Dumps says that the DTC has put the dot on PSRU.

$31,000 worth of stock traded guys and still 75% of from where it was at the last promotion. Not time to pop the champagne corks just yet.
except they were right and you were wrong and there are already 100s of websites that do the opposite of what pumpsanddumps.com does
well at least they gave an outsider credit for the lead..that's honorable and you have to admit, nobody else posted the press releases.
agreed. were you the one they referenced as receiving information from a reader? they gave him credit in the article. also they found press releases that nobody else did. you might want to reread the article if it wasn't you.
nice news. hopefully they don't do a Pump & Dump this time and pumpsanddumps.com keeps its hands off of this one. they destroyed this thing last spring.
you realize that by "sellers" you are talking about the insiders who are dumping
Brilliant DD proves CRWV is a fraud
Crowne Ventures Into Negative Territory
On Insider Dumping!
Shareholders of Crowne Ventures (CRWV) who maintained positions into yesterday afternoon became bag holders, as insiders began the wholesale dumping of stock, once it became evident that the share price could not get through the 13 cent resistance level. Attention immediately turned to our advisory on CRWV of a couple of days ago and yesterday's alert. The hit count on our website set a new one day record as over 3,200 page views were counted by GOOGLE during the last three hours of trading yesterday. New subscribers signed up at a record pace as well, as investors new to our website gave us credibility when they discovered that we were the first to call out CRWV for the Pump & Dump scam it actually is.
Our suspicions of fraudulently reported results issued by CRWV were confirmed by one of our readers to whom we are grateful. His contribution pointed us to some history on the Gallo de Oro property CRWV purportedly acquired from World Investments of Mexico and we were able to dig up some supporting documentation.
The Gallo de Oro property, which underlies CRWV's fraud, was listed for sale by an internationally known real estate agent, representing World Investments of Mexico, who already knew that the property was deficient of any significant gold, as we will show below. Even if one were to believe the overly optimistic claims made within the sales brochure of 37 grams of gold per ton from trench samplings, it is easy to see that CRWV lied about the amount of gold it had purportedly sampled at 8.3oz per ton (over 200 grams per ton) and that it has its hands on $3 billion of gold.
As indicated by the sales brochure, Stellar Metals, Inc, a Canadian public company which has since changed its name on at least two occasions, explored the property in 1996 and came up with results far short of the preposterous CRWV claims. On August 7, 1996, Stellar Metals issued a press release announcing the acquisition of the property, "Comprising approximately 1,500 hectares of claims, the property has in the past supported small scale production...".
In a February 12, 1997 press release, Stellar Metals announced its initial exploration results, which included assays ranging from .2 grams of gold per ton to 39 grams of gold per ton, far below CRWV's fraudulent claims.
We have not found any documentation which indicates why Stellar Metals gave up its rights to the Gallo de Oro, but needless to say, had the property been the bonanza claimed by CRWV, it would not have been available to perpetrate the Pump & Dump it is supporting currently.
Since the SEC Enforcement Office and FINRA receive all of our alerts, hopefully the confirmation of this fraud will be enough to finally get their attention.

Some sour grapes there buddy? Today's research report on CRWV at pumpsanddumps.com proves they know what they're doing. Your losses are your own fault. You didn't listent to people who are smarter than you.
Oh and like we discussed a few days ago, we agreed that would come back to you and say, I TOLD YOU SO!
"After staying relatively quiet for the last several months, Imperial Resources (IPRC) is going to have another go at a Pump & Dump. This is one of several such schemes that have taken place over the past few years involving companies boasting energy plays in Barnett Shale fields of Texas. In this particular scam, John Person writes in a paid piece, through TopStockAnalysts.com calling for a baseless, ten fold increase in the share price of IPRC within the next 4 months and a ridiculous move to $7.00 next year. We like the way he boasts that you can now buy the shares under a buck. In fact, you can buy them for 30 cents, but don't unless you don't need to put your kids through college and want to delay your retirement. The despicable Person boasts that he has been quoted on Dow Jones Newswire, Reuters CBS MarketWatch and CNBC. We'll just call him a liar, as all pimps are, and leave it at that.
Move along folks. There's nothing to see here."

100% correct.
Anybody who lost money on this scam deserved what they got.

of course he's selling. that's what a pump and dump is!
ok, thanks for the tip
not really sure where P&D.com ever says that money can't be made. I think that they only infer that money will be eventually lost as it always is in P&Ds
GLER warned at pumpanddumps.
"Global Earth Energy, Inc. (GLER) is a mom and pop operation, whose lines of business are all over the place. This is truly a Pink Sheet operation with ADD, trying to decide which business will attract more investors to line the pockets of the insiders. A purportedly "green company", GLER recently announced it is getting into the coal mining business, about as un-green a business as there is. Well today, GLER gets into the Pump & Dump business today, as a campaign is on to find suckers for its unlimited quantities of insider stock.
Our initial investigation found several claims of millions of dollars of funding and asset acquisition over the last couple of years that just don't match up to GLER's balance sheet, so we now feel compelled to produce an advisory examining this company up close. We suggest that you stay away from this scheme until this afternoon, when we air out GLER's dirty laundry on their behalf."
