I spent about two hours going through this. near as I can figure:

it looks like pumpsanddumps did an article on forex as well and exposed the insiders of forex as crooks.

michael osborn has a listed aka as michael ison who also show up on the abuse of law website. A lot of the details on Sharp's Osborn blog show up on the abuse of law blog. According to Sharp this guy served jail time because of his expose.

Sharp is also currently sueing Writers' Group Film WRIT and is winning or not losing or whatever.

that abuse of law website sounds like a chance to get even by one of Sharp's targets, I'm guessing michael osborn aka michael ison. the website claims that Sharp sues the companies on pumpanddumps but Sharp's website only lists two lawsuits that overlap with pumpsanddumps article. So it seem a bit farfetched by I don't know. In any case, abuse of law is pretty poorly written and is mostly cut and paster of other websites. The whole thing is interesting though. It doesn't seem to be slowing down pumpsanddumps or Sharp though.
