Where have all the flowers gone(?), long time passing … when will they ever learn(?) …
Where has all the money gone? Mostly to the upper floors making the structure top-heavy. You don’t need to be an engineer to know what happens next. Talking heads talk it to death, hoping for the very things that are physically and fiscally impossible. You can hear the fear and dread if you ‘listen’. People have been, and are, so terrified of what will happen next their only reaction is no action at all. Denial of reality by militantly conforming to the ‘status quo’. Ridicule all that challenges the ‘status quo’. In this dangerous environment all manner of threats fill the void. Frozen w/ fear is a real reaction. It does actually happen. Overcoming it in real time is an experience you will never, ever forget. The threat is real and now. How will you react? The following link is the Peter, Paul, & Mary version of “Where have all the Flowers Gone?”. Timely, poignant, and sadly, mostly forgotten.
This latest shareholder letter has me going around in circles. On the one hand I totally get everything Dr. Staelin said and in all probability agree with, at least in principle. On the other hand, I see admission of two broadside hits to the company from MundiPharma and Synergy and a straight up statement saying their efforts to get insurance coverage was unsuccessful. That was offset by giving lukewarm news from the VA. They are going for ‘system’ coverage vs insurance coverage. Incidentally, the difference between gov’t coverage and private insurance coverage is about 3 microns. Tax money vs your private check or pay deductions. Either way you pay.
As for the veterinarian market, ok sure, we’re making headway. Having been burned by Synergy and Mundipharma, my optimism has also taken a broadside hit. I’ll take a wait-and-see approach to that until revenue is in the bank. I am not blaming BIEL or CEO Kelly. I do blame big pharma. That was corporate sabotage coming from the very top. They knew exactly what they were doing. If you think what I have been screaming about big pharma has been even the tiniest bit of exaggeration you’d better rethink it. These f**ks will stoop to anything, anytime, anywhere to retain their Power. WE ARE a threat to their Power. I understand the legal action but also understand they own the system and play their game, not yours or mine.
There is one conspiracy in this world. Only one. It is Money; the abuse and leveraging of debt-based, usurious (Usury) money to control everything, everyone, everywhere. All else stems from it. Right below it is Media, Military, and Food. That is your life in a nutshell. Remember what happened to the Sacklers. That’s right, f**k all nothing. While the lawyers played musical chairs, the Sacks-of-shit transferred billions to offshore accounts. In the end, they paid for a speeding ticket and went on their merry way. They conspired to commit mass murder and got away it. What? We didn’t know opium was addictive! There is Hell. There is Dante’s Ninth Circle of Hell. Then we get to Sackler Hell. If only …
By far the most important sentence in the letter is:

So, is this a good PR or not? Yea, that's a tough one. I think I'll give it a thumbs up, just for the helluva it. It is not an announcement of a contract or sales of any kind. So, again, why is this a good PR, in my opinion? It does bode well for future contracts and creating steady revenue. It is, after all, the presumed holy grail of material science.
I will rewrite it.

Maybe the "Golden Cross" of KBLB trending upward while BSLK is dropping like a stone is closer than we all think it is. Wait a sec. Maybe BSLK could merge w/ Spiber?!?! Oooooohhhh, that could spark another round of financing from investors who are old enough to know better, but don't. There is an alternative, you know. Invest in our patented, genetically engineered spider silk science that actually works and is being produced, in ever-increasing commercial quantities, as we speak. Shares are available at a very reasonable price point. Come join the party. I'll make it easy for you to do some research. Don't forget to check out the "Latest Press Releases".

I totally agree. We have been blathering on about textiles and fashion, etc., but medical (& biomaterials) could jump into the spotlight in a heartbeat (pun intended, ha-ha). Let's not forget about Cambodia. I get the feeling we are on the verge. We are 90 days, maximum, from a metric tonne of spider silk being produced and delivered to a corporate conglomerate near you. Currently, one(1) share is ten cents. That's insanely cheap for what's coming down the pike.
And why the hell not?? … BUY MORE SHARES !!!

I don't think it matters whether it is or not. Doing the first production run in this new facility is a very big deal and, as such, is a quantum leap forward; more to come. Having said that, I would tend to think it was 'suggested' this might be a good time to apply a little 'turbo-charge' to a PR. Let a few non-message board posters type of retail investor get an eyeful in the hopes it gives the share price a boost. We could be on the verge of breakout move. Examining the chart sure looks like it. This could be the last real chance of getting cheap shares for 10 cents each. We are headed way, way higher.
I want to pick a fight w/ bananarama. Put 'em up, old man! The B-man thinks a buyout could happen anytime soon. I politely disagree. I think we are up to our necks in this expansion which is so very important to get right and spending time and energy on the intricacies of a buyout would detract from the tasks at hand. Besides which, I think a NASDAQ listing is in the cards and that requires a share price of at least a dollar if not $2 or $4. When listed on the NAZ and production is up and running, THEN ... And when the production is 'up and running' and everybody knows about Kraig Biocraft any buyout offer will be highly, highly substantial. Remember, our goal is to transform material science and the textile industry. That takes time. Get it right, which is what we are doing and the buyout will happen. On the other hand, I would love to be completely wrong. I am pretty sure there are multiple buyers that would love to 'steal' this company right out from under CEO Thompson's nose. Our CEO is well aware of what he has and has taken steps to prevent that. So, yea, we are definitely on the radar. My buyout price? In the very least $30, and not a penny less.
The term 'spider silk' is so much cooler to say than protein-based fibers. Hey, my shirt is made from spider silk and so are the sheets. Really, oooooh, feels fantastic!! Versus, hey babe, my 'moon' parka is made from protein-based fibers. What's that? ... eeuuwwghh, yuck. The credibility of the 'Goo'berniks is falling faster than the popularity of a 2 year old Pet Rock and Day-glo yo-yo's ... TIIIIIIIIMMMMMMMMMBBBBBBBBEERRRRRR !!!!

There are several things that stand out in the following excerpt.
It starts out as a trickle here and there, inconsistent, spotty, insignificant really. It might stop for a while, then resume. Avalanches start out this way. This pattern is consistent w/ the complexity of getting these individual business relationships off the ground; one-offs so-to-speak. The company struggles to get a 'study' approved, funded, populated, up-and-running, data evaluated, and finally, get it published. And later, another study ... and so on. The research and the studies continue, again, consistent w/ the sporadic nature of continually validating the science in the hope that one day it will be enough. I think we have reached that point. The 'word' is getting out, finally! Hundreds of hours go into each and every study completed and deal consummated. The snail pace of modest successes is maddening and each one is labor intensive.
There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason but yet, YET !!, the money lenders continue to roll over the loans despite having the ability to demand payment; more than once. The COB Staelin continues to contribute money. IMO, this is a BIG tell, as in poker playing. The CEO has been 'chatty' w/ hints. And don't forget about Keith and Dr. Koneru; Just sayin, juuuussssst saaayyinnn'.
I think we will see an increase in 'news' as 2025 approaches. It could be a business deal, or maybe not. Maybe a news story that explains how popular this PEMF treatment is. No mention of BIEL, per sé, but those w/ 'eyes that can see' make the connection. Maybe a military connection is highlighted w/ the PEMF treatment. No mention of BIEL but the 'eyes' can see. I can see this RRx for vets (veterans) and pets really taking off. We love our pets and we love our vets. Two groups we are very sensitive about and will spend money and time trying to get the best care available. Any day, really, this company could drop a bombshell and the avalanche begins.

There's nothing quite like enjoying a Guinness in Ireland. In the 1970s, I visited the ancestral folks and then backpacked all over the southern half. I never felt some much at home. Wonderful memories. And the leprechauns, aaaahh!, the leprechauns. Top o'er the mornin' to ya, bananarama. What a gorgeous 'green' pr we got to enjoy on this fine mornin'. The boneheaded bashturds (is there any other type?) are having a field day. No revenues or contracts, they spit and sputter. Tick tock, tick tock ...
Here's my favorite part:
Been awhile since we have spoken of Keith (KN). I hate to keep banging the same drum but it is what it is and not banging it will not help matters either. So here it goes. KN is a smart, highly motivated guy who certainly knows the medical landscape; where and when to pursue and, more importantly, where and when to back off. I don't doubt for a second he looked into the MLB as a fertile testing ground, more or less. It wouldn't be handed to him, of course, but he probably anticipated a warm reception and eventual acceptance. Team's medical staff report to management, we all know. Top management (i.e. - owners) are usually certified members of the billionaires club, who are, in turn, bosom buddies w/ other billionaires. They all drink at the same club. Their children marry. You get the picture. The Rockefellers don't care about batting averages. They care about Money and Power and Control.
It only takes a phone call and a couple of in-person conversations. Money dictates policy. Athletes, even though they are universally adored by hyper-crazed fans, are nothing more than meatbags to management despite all the hype. They come and they go, these meatbags. Trophies are shiny and look nice in the lobby. Push comes to shove very quickly when a product comes along that is a game changer that potentially cuts into tried-and-true profit models. Team owners might think they swing a big one but big pharma has been the big dog for a hundred years and counting. They don't take a back seat to anyone for any reason and they have the history to prove it.
So, after all is said and done, Keith saw the handwriting on the wall and heard the dog bark. BIEL has been fighting this battle for 20 yrs at least. And have the scars to prove it. We, BIEL, are like Rocky. Beaten, not defeated. We came back smarter and stronger b/c we know, WE KNOW, we have the goods to change the landscape for the better. We have used our hard earned lessons well. In my humble opinion, our best days are ahead of us. Feast we shall.
all the best, WBeacham
What is the difference between Trust and Belief. When you come to terms w/ that then, and only then, will you fully appreciate the predicament in which BIEL, and the CEO, find themselves. CEO Kelly is caught in the crossfire and walking a tightrope. I TRUST she is an honest broker who truly wants to reveal the details to which she has referred multiple times. It's crunch time. The-Powers-That-Be (TPTB) are ruthless and untrustworthy. I have written a number of essays on this very situation. You are most definitely not dealing w/ people whose ethics, morals, and scruples rival that of the Amish, for example. Indeed, the very opposite.
If my simple revenue projections are even a tad bit accurate then we are talking about potentially explosive growth. One example (amongst several) is the Veterans Administration. There are currently 4 locations, in Georgia, that carry RecoveryRx as a viable treatment modality w/ great success. Patients are amazed, the medical staff is impressed w/ speed of recovery, and opioid dependency is significantly reduced. It’s a win-win-win. It’s cost effective, too. The Triple Crown (plus one!!) of medical practice. And we, BIEL, are the reason why.
Presuming we do have a VA contract, how would something like this be implemented w/o blowing their cover? Ah, there’s the rub. Whatever is happening, at some point, shipments have to be made. That means exposure. There are manufacturers, shipping manifests, truck drivers, paperwork handlers, stocking of product, etc. The list is endless. Not to mention who gets product first? Will it be done by region? Who handles the press and media exposure? How do you control leaks when there is a flood of product leaving the warehouse? And CEO Kelly would not be saying, "Naysayers take note. Work is happening behind the scenes”! (25 Aug 24) unless she had the “A-ok” to do so. There is a lot on the line and the road has been long.

This is a really good video promoting RecoveryRx. Interestingly, towards the end of it there is an inset for another video that is well worth watching. It is a video testimonial by a ret'd USMC General. His commentary will go a long way to convincing many vets to give it a try. Both of these videos deserve a wide distribution. Those of you reading this, do your part, pass them along to all your friends and neighbors who have served and are struggling w/ pain issues.
But what is with having no hands or feet or faces on the characters?? Weird.
Despite the strange design of the animated characters, this is professionally and very well done, my criticisms of the 'style' notwithstanding. I would be very surprised if we, BIEL, don't have a deal w/ the VA on a nationwide basis. And if we do have a nationwide deal w/ the VA, then I think acceptance into the NoPainAct is highly likely.

Warning: the following requires actual reading, not skimming, for a few minutes. This is the current state of the modern practice of so-called medicine. PEMF, as offered thru Bioelectronics in the form of Actipatch and RecoveryRx is one step in the right direction. Our emergence onto the international stage will be a seismic shift and should not, in any way, be considered a casual effort. Godspeed to all the warriors working day and night on our behalf to make this happen. All of these claims can easily be verified thru a little due diligence on your part. Without further ado:
I. The state of American science and medicine - What have we learned about American science and medicine over the last several years?
1. American science does not do much actual science. They do marketing, regulatory capture, and mass poisonings but not much actual “science” as that word is usually understood.
2. American medicine creates sickness rather than healing. I know, I know, #notalldoctors. But the profession is deeply sick. #physicianhealthyself
3. American science and medicine abuse their unique epistemic position to increase their own power and wealth at the expense of the well-being of humanity.
4. The proper way to understand American science and medicine today is to see them as criminal cartels. They aren’t making mistakes, these aren’t innocent misunderstandings, the white coat class is engaged in organized crime. Every time you step into a doctor’s office, clinic, or hospital you are likely dealing with an agent of a criminal syndicate.
5. American science and medicine have merged with the state, Big Finance, the pharmaceutical industry, the military, and the intelligence agencies to create a new form of fascism.
6. For decades the business model of American science and medicine was to take vulnerable people (the sick and injured, infants, pregnant women, and seniors) and make them dependent on the medical industrial complex for life via toxic pills, injections, implants, surgeries, and therapies. Apparently there were still too many healthy people remaining (‘money left on the table’). So American science and medicine now create and release weaponized viruses together with billions of dollars in propaganda to generate fear that drives people into cattle chutes of toxic treatments and deadly vaccines.
7. The CDC Child and Adolescent Vaccine Schedule, the CDC Adult Vaccine Schedule, and the Covid response are acts of genocide.
8. From everything we can see, American science and medicine are incapable of reforming themselves.
9. American science and medicine as currently constituted pose an existential threat to the future of the United States, the world, and humanity.
10. Big Food, the pesticide industry, the mobile phone industry, other polluters, and bad personal decisions also contribute to making people sick. All of the industries that I named are owned by the same wealth management funds that are investing our own retirement money into our profitable enslavement and genocide.
We all wish that this wasn’t true. But we can either stare reality in the face and do something about it or perish as a result of normalcy bias.
IV. The destruction of American science and medicine - The destruction of American science and medicine is the result of decades of bad law and policy orchestrated by lobbyists from the pharmaceutical industry. Substackers Katherine Watt, Sasha Latypova, and Debbie Lerman have done painstaking work to document the entire legislative history that has led us into the current crisis.
The 1980 Bayh-Dole Act gives recipients of federal scientific research funding (our tax dollars), AND officials at the NIH, FDA, and CDC who decide how to allocate that funding, the right to patent their research methods and outcomes. Prior to the Bayh-Dole Act the results of federally funded research were in the public domain, free for anyone to use. After the passage of the Bayh-Dole Act the entirety of federally funded scientific research is now effectively privatized. All of the self-dealing that we see today, including Anthony Fauci patenting the furin cleavage site on HIV (GP120) and then funding gain-of-function research to splice the furin cleavage site into viruses and developing treatments and vaccines to target the furin cleavage site stem from the broad intellectual property rights established by the Bayh-Dole Act.
(Science-Mart: the Privatization of American Science by Philip Mirowski is the definitive book on the disaster of the Bayh-Dole Act.
As you know, the 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act gave liability protection to the makers of childhood vaccines. While a number of safeguards were built into the law to require the CDC to take steps to improve vaccine safety and regularly report to Congress, those have all since been ignored or trampled. The CDC Child and Adolescent Vaccine Schedule became a money printing press for Big Pharma because every vaccine added to the schedule generates about $2 billion annually in revenue. In the years that followed the vaccine schedule more than tripled and chronic illness in children increased from 12% to more than 54% today.
The 2005 PREP Act and subsequent amendments extended the liability protections from the 1986 NCVIA to all aspects of the biowarfare industrial complex including the creation of gain-of-function viruses. The PREP Act gave the biowarfare industrial complex the green light to create SARS-CoV-2 and other weaponized viruses because they know that they cannot be sued for their genocidal actions.
I will not list the proposed solutions. Suffice to say, the solutions are draconian and desperately needed. If implemented, they will be highly detrimental to many, if not all, of the the current agencies, policymakers, institutions, etc. In short, dismantle and rebuild. Many of you will be offended reading this and, indeed, you should be, deeply, offended. This foul edifice has been put into place to make profit from easily avoidable suffering. Let that sink in. All w/o your consent or knowledge. Absolutely, please, be very offended.
Now, we are in Russia !! Oh, hell yea ... 73 billion rubles converts to almost $800 million.

This, in combination w/ yesterday's share buying is making things VERY, VERY interesting. Love 'em or hate 'em, Ruskies have aches and pains, too. Check out recent post (https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=174961694) of Srinsocal listing all the outstanding loans that have repeatedly rolled over. Pay particular attention to Dr. Richard Staelin's loans that are all non-convertible.
This is from 30 Jul CEO Whelan on Facebook: << There is an agreement that requires our silence. That is all I can say. >> The following post, in reference to this statement, is my OPINION, nothing more. From this short two sentence response an opaque curtain has descended upon BIEL. We will be lucky if anything gets out let alone anything of substance except, obviously, revealing the details of the agreement that prompted the response to begin with.
This message is the most non-contextual, ambiguous, plain vanilla, open-ended, aseptic message there could possibly be. Despite its’ simplicity, this statement has been carefully worded. No feeling, emotion, or anything to hang your hat on. There is nothing to date it. No time frame. Nothing apart from when was the last communication from CEO Whelan or other member of management. What could possibly generate (or cause) such a complete shutdown of any further discussion in response to ‘hey, why the silence’?
The word ‘agreement’ has at least three (3) possible meanings: an NDA, MOU, or a signed contract. There might be others but I’ll stick w/ those for now. In my last post (linked, #330808), I alluded to all the work required to gain acceptance into the NoPainAct (NPA); thousands of hours of work ‘behind the scenes’ involving dozens of agencies of every stripe; departments, working groups, certifications, meetings, legal-beagle stuff, etc. No matter how you look at it we are talking about a massive effort which in many cases is as opaque as the curtain that has been drawn.
The other unmistakeable message from my last post was the sheer amount of money that is to be made should there be widespread marketing and acceptance of BIEL’s PEMF products via the NPA as the standard-of-care for pain issues. The current revenue stream of BIEL is irrelevant. With ‘only’ 50 million units sold annually and a measly $20 profit per device you get $1 billion in PROFIT. With acceptance into the NPA you will probably get the VA, DOD, and insurance coverage, as well. This scenario is way more than possible; it’s probable. Besides the US market, throw in Europe, Asia, Cent. & S. America, Middle East, and Africa. Whether big pharma likes it or not, this level of potential attracts major players. Look at recent overall stock market activity. Companies are desperate. In the right hands, BIEL is a goldmine.
There have been numerous ‘911’ share events. At current prices, each one is about twenty cents, $0.20 The most recent was the only trade for the entire day!! Why and how did that happen when recent share activity has been in the millions? Were all of the ‘911’ trades bogus? All strictly random events? Is someone trying to convey some message? Who trades $0.20?
From Chanel5 - << Farma Hope is an Italian Online Pharmacy authorized by the Ministry of Health. https://www.farmahope.it/en/actipatchicco-kit...26308.html International - It appears ActiPatch is available thru them in Italy, UK, Spain, France, Germany & The Netherlands. >> These relationships are turning up on an intermittent basis and usually NOT coming directly from the company. Again, the opaque curtain. BIEL is a firmly established worldwide operation waiting to go to the next level w/ a well-financed partner.
And this from gimmee greenbacks - << BIEL coming in at over 154,000 reads..?https://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/most_read.aspx. >> Whether or not one chooses to acknowledge it, there is clear, significant interest in the company that offers widely popular PEMF products. People want what we have developed but getting into the NPA and/or insurance coverage is key. Or is BIEL, practically speaking, unreadable at this point? Conjecture rules the discussion for the time being.
And, for me at least, the most profound factor in the CEO making this response is that it conveys a sense that something VERY, VERY, BIG is going on. And breaking ranks, spilling the beans accidentally, could cost you and your company dearly. As in << deal of a lifetime … kind of thing >>. The longer the silence continues, the greater the risk of a leak. Then you have an uncontrollable situation that nobody wants. My suspicion is CEO Whelan waited until the silence became deafening for investors who, in turn, finally asked the question directly.
There are more than a few possibilities but, IN MY OPINION, the only truly qualifying event is a buyout (BO). Dare we consider multiple suitors? Another interpretation is having a production MOU agreement w/ Viant indicating a forthcoming need for large scale production in the very near future, e.g. - NPA. You must remember we are not selling product exclusively in the US, we have business relationships w/ companies, retail outlets and distributors around the world. Any potential BO candidate would be able to put all those under one roof, so to speak, and take care of all the necessary marketing to make Actipatch/RecoveryRx a household name.
There have been smaller, less noticeable clues to lead one to conclude there is much more happening under the surface than what appears. Like having a UPC code assigned to BIEL. Or BIEL making a 10 pack for hospitals. I have said before and I’ll say it again. BIEL is ripe for the picking right now, today, w/o any further development and/or marketing. But these things take time. Countless posters have laid out the case for BIEL to be acquired. Given the political climate and the tyrannical control TPTB have over medical practices, any potential buyer would necessarily have to tread very carefully. One, to maintain the element of surprise and, two, to reduce any possible outside influence to derail. Outside interference has occurred before and could very well rear its’ ugly head again. Lots of moving parts. The race is on.
