Looking good. I had .008 as first resistance.
If we can hold above that today. Then I see .0095 .0105 and .0112 on the daily charts..
.009 to .0095 might be tough to get thru. Had a lot of shares bought in that range and those peeps are down and some are looking to get out even when we get there IMHO
Personally, I would prefer a nice slow recovery back to the preivous highs. Big moves up mean big moves back down. As we all just witnessed over the passed couple days. This stock has a very low float. Lots of buying moves it up quick, but lots of selling moves it back down just as fast. Keep your eye on the long term trend. That is most important that we keep that in tact
If you convinced people to buy at .015 you shoudl have been selling at .02 This stock was over bought at that point. Easy to see on a chart and a retrace was expcted. You cant expect a stock to run up 300% and have the RSI way above 70 and not retrace. I agree the retrace was extream and more then i expexted, but if you know charts and trend lines. The stock pulled back to the Long term trend and is now on that trend again. Sucks to see big loss on paper, but for now, there is no reason to sell unless you are flipper. NOthing has changed, other then a bunch of traders took advantage of a significant divergence from the Long term trend line, and took profits. Because thats what traders do. Now your pissed cause your dont know how to trade maybe? And was buying when you shoudl have been selling? and if you sold out at the low.. selling when you shoudl have been buying. Stocks go up, and down. It is the nature of the game. I wish you well and hope you make up your loss if you sold. But your constant bashing is getting old.
Take care !
Most on Ihub are traders. Short term. Dont want to tie money up in something for weeks to months when they could be trading daily for bigger returns. And in most cases, thats probably the way to trade penny stocks. Or thats the theory anyway. My personal experiance is those types end up losing more cause there always trying to jump into the next big thing and end up getting in late and holding to long. I tend to do both. But look for stocks like this were i can park some $$ and not worry about having to watch it every second. I bought into this back when it was in the .003s and just sat on it. And honestly, looking at the longer term trend that started back in May, we're about where we should be. While this stock might be way undervalued, That run to .02 was a divergence from the LT Trend and any major divergence like that you can expect a sell off back to the LT Trend in most cases. IMOH.. so seems like if we can hold this .006 range, we should start back up. Once that happens, the heard will follow and we shoudl see some more exciting moves back north. IF not.. well. then i got a reason to look at exiting. but not till then.
Good luck
Look at the chart. Long term uptrend is still intact.
I said the other day, I hate it when stock jump up quick, because they alwasy come back down. This saw some huge gains quite quickly. So not supprising in retraced a bit. My little voice inside said Sell some when we were hitting .02. Need to listen to it. Grrr. anyway. As much as it sucks seeing the loss, its only on paper, and if the trend can continue, this will just be a blip in the road in a month or so. Good luck to ya all! and have a great weekend !!
WOuld be if some one didnt panic and dump a truck load at the open. Induced panic selling, got peeps thinking about taking profits, So then they start selling, and so on. Up side is all the shares being sold and bought here at .009 to .01 will build a new solid base to move back up from. I hope !! lol good luck to ya.
Been adding all morning. This is stupid. Seems like a no brainer. I would say lots of peeps holding since .004 range are moving on. Good thing as it builds a new strong base here at .01 area and thins out the pack for next moves up past .02 IMOH.. time will tell. But I'm betting big here.
WTF with the sell off.. never expected that, adding more !!
Lunch just ended hear.. its 1:00 lol
West cost.. its still 11
Prefer we dont have groups. !! I hate these big run up days. Cause logic says sell into the run. Almost did last run to .016 but the problem is getting back in on a pull back. This thing just doesnt really pull back much with any volume. I would prefer 5% a day, slow and steady. That way we dont get the big fipper sell offs.
ROTFLMAO.. checking back to see how my Prefered divy shares that were rewarded to me for being a loyal share holder are doing. LOL.. This POS is no bid already? Geeesss.. Guess i new better that there was no way this thing was going to hold .005 to get my money back.. What a mess.. god luck all will check back when its time to convert. Maybe we will have gone thru another revers or two, so it wont even be worth that trouble. !!!
The best thing about my MELYinvestment is, since it is now only worth about 50$, when it tanks 30% .. my account only drops by 15$ !!!
I was trying to find MELY Facebook page.. LOL Typed in MELY Found this instead..Definitely more interesting the mely.

Well.. its still trading... I had 1000000 for sale thru Ameritrade.. GTC order open since last week.. Went thru today.
Good luck guys.. I was going to hold on and wait this out but want my beer money out of this at least. Hope it works for all of you holding on, but to me, seems like time is running out, with no reassurance from the CEO, other then some BS thrown together 10K Take care happy trading, see ya all on some other POS LOL..
IC, thanks I can see were if it does well, those could be very nice to have in the back pocket. I guess as long as it stays above .005 we will at least break even ( if you bought at .0001 before Jan 31 that is) 5 mil at .0001 = 500$ 500/100000=.005
HAPPY DAY !! lol.. does that convert to common at some point? like a year from now and what is the conversion. I think I saw it some place.. but thanks for not making me look ! lol
Ok... just wondered. I had a bit over 5 mill purchased on 1/23 so I should get something right?
Has any one got there DIVY shares yet?
I don't see any in my account.. what was the cut off date again?
Playing both. UWTI and DWTI sold UWTI yesterday for a little profit when oil looked week.. bought DWTI.. will ride that for a bit.then back to UWTI.. fun !!
Any Reason why some one would buy this?? Just wondered what if anything were looking forward to.. Bought some a while back for some reason.. don't recall why now.. LOL.. just wondered if there is something on the horizon.
Thanks
Huh... weird.. last trade I show on my streamer is yesterday at 9:37... Well.. let me know what it hits a penny so I can sell !!!! lol..
Is this trading or halted?? I haven't seen any trades go thru since yesterday on my streamer... just wondered... I have a couple mill I picked up at 0.0004 for the bounce.. ( keeping fingers crossed) lol.. anyway.. thanks
Ya.. its not a 10 words or less subject.. LOL.. here is a bit more. Bottom line.. I dont see any DTC Chill on this.. not sure why that other person had a problem buying, but I bought some today with Ameritrade no problem.. also a Chill is not nessesarrly due to issues with the Company.. and can be due to the transfer agent or due to other reasons so even if it was in a chill .. not something to freak out about..
The DTC is the largest securities depository in the world, holding some 3.6 million different securities issues, worth around $35 trillion. Says the Bulletin, the DTC’s brief is “to improve efficiencies and reduce risk in the settlement and clearance of securities transactions.” DTC accepts deposits of securities from its participating member banks and brokerage firms, and manages the holdings through book-entry recording. When customers buy and sell stocks, DTC makes the corresponding entries, moving securities from the firm that sold them, to the firm that bought them, both for the benefit of their corresponding customers.
So again.. not sure how Scottrade or Etrade are trading these.. maybe they have their own inventory of stock to trade ..idk.. or maybe they just take the risk and update the trades after a chill is lifted.
I have Ameritrade too, and read about this awhile back and dont recall the details.. but basically...
Special restrictions that can be placed on a given security by the Depository Trust Company (DTC). Chill restrictions are intended to limit the potential for problems within the financial marketplace, and can be placed on a security for various reasons.
TD Ameritrade will not process this order, because the stock cannot electronically be transferred by the DTC, which acts as a clearinghouse for stock exchange, OTC and pink sheet securities, settling trades in corporate and municipal securities. If the DTC has cause to be concerned about a specific security currently processed through its system, it may place a "chill" status on the security. This will restrict brokerages' ability to transfer the shares or units of the security through DTC until the security's issues are cleared up or it ceases trading on the market.
There are some brokers that will trade them.. not sure how they differ from Ameritrade.. maybe they dont care or idk..
here is some more info.. for reading..

President and Chief Executive Officer
The Coca-Cola Company

Re: CFSAN-OC-09-01
Dear Mr. Kent:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has reviewed the label for your Diet Coke Plus 20 FL OZ (1.25 PT) 591ml. Based on our review, we have concluded that this product is in violation of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act). Your Diet Coke Plus product is misbranded within the meaning of section 403(r)(1)(A) of the Act [21 USC 343(r)(1)(A)] because the product makes a nutrient content claim but does not meet the criteria to make the claim.
Your product bears the term "Plus" as part of its name, and the principal display panel of the product label also includes the language, "Diet Coke with Vitamins & Minerals." The ingredient list includes the following added vitamins and minerals: magnesium sulfate (declared at 10% of the Daily Value (DV) for magnesium in the Nutrition Facts panel), zinc gluconate (declared at 10% of the DV for zinc), niacinamide (declared at 15% of the DV for niacin), pyridoxine hydrochloride (declared at 15% of the DV for vitamin B6), and cyanocobalamine (declared at 15% of the DV for vitamin B12).
Your product is misbranded within the meaning of section 403(r)(1)(A) of the Act because it bears the nutrient content claim "plus" but does not comply with the regulations governing the use of this claim. The term "plus" in "Diet Coke Plus," read in conjunction with the language "Diet Coke with Vitamins & Minerals," meets the definition of a nutrient content claim because it characterizes the product's level of vitamins and minerals, which are nutrients of the type required to be in nutrition labeling (21 CFR 101.13(b)). The term "plus" is defined in 21 CFR 101.54(e). This term may be used on the label or in labeling of foods to describe the level of nutrients (such as vitamins and minerals) in the food, provided that (1) the food contains at least 10 percent more of the Reference Daily Intake or Daily Reference Value for the nutrient per reference amount customarily consumed than an appropriate reference food, (2) where the claim is based on nutrients that are added to the food, that the fortification is in accordance with the policy on fortification of foods in 21 CFR 104.20, and (3) the claim bears the required information for relative claims as described in 21 CFR 101.13(j)(2) and 101.54(e)(1)(iii).
Your product Diet Coke Plus is a carbonated beverage. The policy on fortification in 21 CFR 104.20(a) states that the FDA does not consider it appropriate to fortify snack foods such as carbonated beverages. Additionally, the label of your product does not state the identity of a reference food and the percentage (or fraction) of the amount of the nutrient in the reference food by which the nutrient in the labeled food differs, as is required for relative claims such as "plus" under 101.13(j)(2). Therefore, the "plus" claim on the label of this product does not meet the requirements of 21 CFR 101.54(e)(1).
The above violations are not meant to be an all-inclusive list of deficiencies in your products or their labeling. It is your responsibility to ensure that all of your products are in compliance with the laws and regulations enforced by FDA. You should take prompt action to correct the violations. Failure to promptly correct these violations may result in regulatory actions without further notice, such as seizure and/or injunction.
You should take prompt action to correct these violations. Please respond to this letter within 15 days from receipt with the actions you plan to take in response to this letter, including an explanation of each step being taken to correct the current violations and prevent similar violations. Include any documentation necessary to show that correction has been achieved. If you cannot complete corrective action within fifteen working days, state the reason for the delay and the time within which you will complete the correction.
You should direct your written reply to Felicia B. Williams, Food and Drug Administration, Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition, 5100 Paint Branch Parkway, Office of Compliance (HFS-608), Division of Enforcement, College Park, Maryland 20740-3835.

Vega Biofuels enters joint venture to build torrefaction facility
By Vega Biofuels Inc. | March 14, 2014
Vega Biofuels Inc. recently announced it has entered into a joint venture agreement to build and operate a pilot torrefaction facility in South Carolina that will manufacture the company's bio-coal and biochar products.
Vega Biofuels and its partners, including Agri-Tech Producers LLC, are building the state of the art facility in Allendale, S.C. The new joint venture entity will operate under the name ATP-SC LLC and will produce various torrefied products. The joint venture partners plan to build additional plants around the world and the Allendale pilot plant will be a model for those plants.
Columbia, S.C.-based ATP is in the business of manufacturing and selling cost-effective torrefaction equipment to be used to manufacture torrefied materials and solid fuel. ATP has licensed and commercialized the innovative torrefaction technology originally developed by North Carolina State University.
ATP selected the Kusters Zima Corp. as its equipment design and manufacturing partner. KZC, a 40 year old Spartanburg, S.C.-based company has now designed and will guarantee the performance of ATP's commercial torrefaction unit.
Joseph J. James, ATP's president, stated, "We look forward to working with Vega and its leadership to get an initial plant going, so we can pursue export and domestic markets for torrefied biomass.” ATP will act as managing partner for ATP-SC and will be responsible for the day to day operations of the new entity.
Vega's renewable energy product "bio-coal" is generally made from plant or wood biomass, primarily wood, using torrefaction technology. The bio-coal will be shipped to European power generating companies from the Port of Savannah. With ATP's help, Vega is also planning to build a bio-coal manufacturing plant in South Georgia. In addition to manufacturing bio-coal, the company will also produce a product called biochar for use in various agricultural productivity applications to increase the quality of the soil.
"ATP's technology and know-how, and the pilot plant's great site and supply arrangements are a tremendous boost for implementing Vega's Business Plan,” stated Michael K. Molen, chairman and CEO of Vega Biofuels. "We are very proud to be working with industry leaders like Joe James and ATP. We are now on a very fast track to manufacture and deliver our bio-coal and biochar products to our clients. We've been working on this project for several months and we are excited to finally share the details with our shareholders. I'm also proud to announce that testing on our bio-coal samples has been completed and accepted by our E.U. clients and our plan now is to begin shipping product to Europe from the Allendale Plant by the first quarter of next year, if not sooner. In addition to bio-coal, we recently announced plans to manufacture and market our biochar product to various agricultural industries, including the fast growing hemp industry. Biochar is a product that is designed for a specific application and when used correctly can significantly increase the quality of the soil; it is not a generic product. This is an area that we are excited about and are focusing a lot of attention and resources on. We will have additional information on this and our other projects in the coming days. I want to thank our shareholders for their continued patience while we completed this deal."
Torrefaction is a mild pyrolysis that takes place in a low oxygen environment which makes the physical and energetic properties of the biomass much more comparable to traditional coal. The biomass is then compressed into pellets or briquettes to be sold to the end user as bio-coal or to be used in other forms as biochar. Torrefied biomass has the added benefit of containing very little undesirable pollutants, such as mercury, nitrous oxides and sulfur dioxides and is considered carbon neutral to the environment.
GET VFIN of the ask and it will look much better.!!!
WOW BKMN finally moved ??? time to start the rebound !!
NITE is retail.. usually..
Both BKMM and CHDN are off the ask.. if they stay off.. we can move.. maybe there done selling finally.. ???? only retail left on ask right now...
