ETRADE showing .086 after hours. Anyone know why this would be? Thanks
I think the market is telling Walter and Dan what they think of thier company. I suspect Walter is already looking for another shell to start up his new "mining" operation. A2 .. sorry to admit, but you were correct a long time ago ... good advise you gave at .05 or so. Regards and best of luck all in your other investments. dj
Anyone ever seen ANY financials? I think the company continues to be full of hot air!!! Buyers beware!!! Post below from company website and dated June 29th, 2005.

"Ground conditions" ... I'm still waiting for the results of last year's "Winter" drill program. I think it was "Ice conditions", or maybe the drill rig fell through the ice! Maybe ice conditions are beginning to improve for last years drill program this year and ground conditions are deteriorating for this year's "summer" drill program! But, Hey! There is still a diamond sales porgram on ebay right? dj
beigledog, Thanks for providing the update. dj
Pennys, I agree and the company has made huge strides over this past year ... also, the company has a real product and services to sell! dj
Thanks Beigledog. I too agree with Shikari that I think the CEO is very honest. Since I have been an investor here the company has not put out any "fluff" PRs and the PRs they have put out have sometimes been few and far between, but with substance. I do not disagree with that, just somewhat uncomfortable with their apparent reliance on Naturalnano.
I forget exactly what the details were of the private placement. I think I recall someone writing recently it was somewhere around .90 per share? As someone else noted, I can't imagine that they would place that sort of money without having faith in the comapny and that the share price would eventually far exceed that. This is only one reason I am patiently holding long. dj
My personal opinion is that the company is trying to ride too much on Naturalnano's coat tails. I think they need to be more independent and put out decent PR's of their own regarding current status and where the company is going. In one of the last taped interviews the CEO gave a number of months ago he indicated that he thought investors would be in for "quite a ride" with the company this year. So far it has be a sled ride down so I'm not quite sure what he meant. I personally am still holding long and beleive the company has a great future ... just would like to see them show more leadership in their own PRs rather than globbing onto Naturalnano consistently. Good luck all and regards, dj
Lapbid, I hope that will be the case. I meant to say Deanne and dr silkworth, however, from goodoc's posts it sounds like he ended up doing OK. Good on ANYONE that did OK here! There was a very short window! dj
OT: Lapbid, sorry for the delay. I do not subscribe to the premium service and have missed the last several weekends. I tend to agree with you overall. I am also very interested in what Dan Heilman's involvement may be as nothing Dan has said has ever come to fruition ... ever! ... so much as I can tell. If anyone else has a different perspective please come forward!
I attempted to research some of the earlier posts directed toward your point about all the claims being in Walter's name vs the company, but could not find them. I feel certain you are correct in this point, but do not recall what the company's repsonse or rationale was for this ... I think it was something like it is just "easier" this way!!!
It is against my best interest here as I am down over 80% now, but I encourage any new investors to use EXTREME caution here!! I would not believe this company until some results come in and are VERIFIED by a THIRD party!
This company was just a bad learning experience for me and I see it as only as a short term momentum play if it recovers. Gooddoc and Deanne had great foresight to get out when they did!
Regards all and good luck with your other investments! dj
Anyone understand what is happening with UAMA right now or what is happening regarding the reverse merger and when shares may be posted to accounts? Thanks in advance. Regards, dj
Here is the home page to one company providing Halloysite in New Zealand.
http://www.halloysite.com/index.htm
Regards, dj
Stevo, thanks for this information. Part B of this is extremely disturbing and reminds me of "The American Community Survey" by the census bureau which is a GROSS invasion of personal privacy issues. I would encourage anyone receiving the long form from the census beaureau to provide only enumeration data.
That topic aside, the way they have presented this in part B strikes me only and entirely as a huge marketing SCAM! I will have no part of this and this makes me very very suspicious that ISME should be a part of this.
How about ISME showing profitability first and actual RESULTS from their great PR blitz before talk of spinoffs and expansion? Actions and results speak louder than fluff PRs and I think that is why the market has reacted the way it has.
Regards and good luck to all whatever your investments may be. dj
fbla ... I sure hope that you are correct. I'm around an 80% loss right now and just did not have it in me to average down any further. I became very disillusioned with the continual missed target dates and false expectations, i.e. winter drill program, OTCBB filing status, joint venture partners, stock holder's meeting, non existent press conference, evaporation of Ukraine operation shortly after the company formed, etc.
Walter and the company need to follow through with actions and I would need to see firm results before I considered putting any more money on the company.
Again, I hope you are right. Good luck to you and the many folks here that have lost some of their hard earned bucks. Regards, dj
MGH, probably most of us on the board still here are in the same boat. If we are still holding it will take multiple hundreds percent gain from where we are now to recover our losses. I considered averaging down more, but just decided I did not want to throw good money after bad and would try to wait it out or as Waco used to say ... go down with the ship. Where is Waco by the way? He may have his life jacket on. Waco are you still on board the ship?
I entered initially based on Ukraine. I am hoping that as the political situation has changed over there the company may get back into it.
I too am displeased with the continual missed goals and abysmal stock performance. On the positive side if one is to be found, the company is still in business. As long as that is the case at least there is hope. dj
Still holding here, but only to offset capital gains in other areas. I no longer believe anything this company has to say. Although each of us makes our own investment decisions and is ultimately responsible for our own success or failure, it does not make the pill easier to swallow when we make a mistake ... just try to learn from it and move on.
For any new investors here I urge caution and would not invest until you see some signs of positive development from the company. For my own best interest I would like to see otherwise, but I do not.
If anyone has a positive slant on the company at this juncture I would sure like to hear it. Regards, dj
Agreed ... have pretty much reached the point of capitulation with this company myself. I cannot point to one thing the company has said that has come to fruition in a timely matter or some things at all for that matter. I certainly respect the decision of many to have gotten out at an earlier point and in hind sight, of course, wished I would have made that decision also.
Although I hope for good things to come to recover the loss for myself and others that have invested here, I sense no excitement from the company regarding the future. I hope I am wrong on this point!
Regards all and best wishes for your other investments! dj
Note the word "expected" from Jan 26th press release.
"Drilling on Phase 3 in the Pelican Rapids/Swan River property will commence as soon as Kendrick Drilling Services completes its current project, which is expected to be late February"
dj
This is business ... sometimes best intentions don't meet expectations. dj
Nov 2 news from Boston Globe regarding Ukraine election
GLOBE EDITORIAL
The choice in Ukraine
November 2, 2004
AMERICANS anticipating a close presidential election and anxious about the legitimacy of the outcome might consider Sunday's inconclusive presidential vote in Ukraine, a nation of 48 million people whose geopolitical perch between Europe and Russia makes it the ultimate battleground state.
All the perils of an unfair election process were on display in Ukraine. The corrupt, authoritarian regime of the outgoing president, Leonid Kuchma, intervened flagrantly in favor of Kuchma's protege, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich. The state-controlled media tilted against the reformist challenger, Viktor Yushchenko, in a way that Fox News could only envy. And Russia's President Vladimir Putin backed Yanukovich blatantly.
On Thursday, newscasts on state-guided television repeatedly showed Yanukovich on a reviewing stand alongside Putin and Kuchma, observing a military parade of 8,000 troops in Kiev who were supposed to be commemorating the day 60 years ago when the last soldier of the Third Reich was driven out of Ukraine. Ukrainian voters were expected to forget that in previous years the commemorative holiday they celebrated was for the liberation of Kiev from the Nazis, and it fell on Nov. 6.
As for the vote itself, a spokesman for the 600-member electoral observer mission representing the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, the European Union, the Council of Europe, and NATO lamented that the election "did not meet a considerable number" of its standards. Beyond the tilting of media coverage and the obstruction of opposition activities, the observers reported manipulation of voter lists to disqualify qualified voters and voter intimidation in some regions.
It is crucial that the election of a new president for Ukraine meet the standards of the established democracies, and not merely because clean elections are a virtue unto themselves. When Ukrainians go to the polls for a Nov. 21 runoff election between Yanukovich and Yushchenko, they will have a chance to choose between a European-leaning reform program and perpetuation of a crony capitalism modeled on Putin's Russia.
A free and fair second round of voting in three weeks would likely mean that a majority of Ukrainians will opt for Yushchenko's promise of ending Kuchma's corruption and rejecting the Putin prescription for an authoritarian state that remains anchored in Russia's sphere of influence. The Kremlin has meddled blatantly in Ukraine's politics because of fears that a victory for Yushchenko's European option in Ukraine might have a domino effect on other reformist movements in other former Soviet republics. Ukrainians will be better off -- and so, eventually, will Russians -- if a free and fair election allows them to ally their destiny with the European community of democracies.

Lebaneseproud ... From 13 Aug PR, "The Ukraine diamond exploration program is on hold until the political situation is clearer. The management of NSDM is of the opinion that it would not be prudent to spend more money on the diamond exploration program until a more defined agreement for exploration can be reached."

Gooddoc, thank you. You are right about patience and the best meals. I must admit, I am anxiously awaiting the appetizer.
I have been encouraged by the steady progress lately. I believe if the company can just deliver on the recent PRs, .03s will be a thing of the past.
Good luck to you as well. At the table and reading the menu, dj
Gooddoc ... keeping my fingers crossed for the future here. Been holdiing long since last summer. Green tint to the position sure would be nice for autumn.
Deann ... I have not recieved any info regarding certificates. Also, have received no reply from the company regarding my two info requests over the last month. I am hoping they are too busy with positive developments.
Good luck all. dj
thanks.
Went to the NSDM website and could no longer find a login link. Site indicates it was updated July 14, however, I logged into the site after that date. Not really sure what may be happening with the site. Anyone else show the same thing or any thoughts on this? dj
Good link and thanks Deann. I noticed and wondered about same question, however. Above proposed sales it indicates "no insider trades for this security." dj
Interesting point to note ... this PR was released during market hours and not on Tuesday. The company has typically released PRs after market hours and usually on Tuesday. I personally have believed that releasing the PRs during market hours would give the company more visibility and bang for the buck on the PR. In this case I believe it was a good strategy. Happy trading and good weekend all. Off to Arkansas to do some night fishing for a large brown trout hopefully. dj
I think the PR was good also ... not a lot of fluff, but an indication things are continuing to move forward in a steady, but positive direction. If the company can continue to follow through, even if in small steps, I think it will bring confidence back to the company, continuing to increase shareholder value. GLL and NSDM! dj
Keiden, good to see you back. thanks for the encouraging post. I too have not sold any shares though I must admit on the last run up wished I had. My gut feeling tells me there is more to this company than is readily apparent right now. Although I am disappointed about Ukraine developments I have been encouraged about the steady forward pace regarding Canadian operations and internet sales. The partial post you gave from your conversation with Walter reenforces this belief. Good Luck Longs! dj
Doc, congratulations to your son, Earthworm, and the family members who have loved ones coming home soon! That is great news! dj
Deann ... will do. out of messages for today. Nite all. dj
Delores ... You are right. Good things do happen when least expected sometimes. Some folks here were fortunate enough to participate in the CMKX runup (myself not included) and some others like SRLM that remained flat for a long period of time and then exploded. I suspect that this is both the lure and the curse of the penny stocks.
Hope you have a good weekend also. Taking my daughter down to Gulf Shores, AL this weekend. Regards all, dj
Dolores ... I'm still hanging in there long also. At a pretty significant loss right now. In too deep to sell and uncomfortable averaging down ... out of bullets right now anyway so it makes no difference.
Just speculation here, but I am thinking this current drill program may be the first one Dan was involved in and hopefully this may be the reason he was smiling. There have been a couple of smiling days in there since then, but I held during those smiling days hoping for better things to come.
Really all we have to go on right now is our own gut feeling and personal observation about the company's direction and Walter's integrity. Although I am disappointed in Ukraine developments I am encouraged about steps the company seems to be making in a positive direction and therefore still holding long. If Diamond Princess is still on the board I would be interested in hearing her current observation.
Good luck longs and NSDM.
Also regards and all the best to earthworm, Doc Silkworth's son and others who may have family members in harm's way. dj
I agree ... I don't think it is Dan either. At the bottom of the corporate management page the site includes this statement:
"In addition, NSDM engages professional geologists, geophysicists, and computer experts as required."
Regards, dj
DriverBob ... I tried B-C-'s link and it took me to the new site without the scrolling marquee.
I like the new site much better. It seems a lot more professional.
Good job to the folks who got in recently in the .03s! Not really sure what went on today, but glad to see us make some progress in the green!
Still holding long and encouraged by the new web site. It allows me to believe some more good things are in the works.
DOC, best wishes to your son in Iraq and Earthworm also. Regards, dj
Gooddoc ... looking forward to what you and your team may have found out. Regards, dj
cubby ... thanks for the update. dj
Still hanging in there long also.
Doc, Deann, Prince ... thanks for all your hard work and best wishes in whatever direction you go.
Doc, also best wishes to your son in Iraq and any on the board who may have a loved one overseas or in harm's way. Earthworm, regards to you and your colleagues as well.
Good day all and hoping Dan is still smiling out there somewhere :) ! dj
Doc ... Thank you. Regards and all the best to your son in Iraq. dj
