Re: CRM…
For the full year, our Zacks Consensus Estimates are projecting earnings of $4.40 per share and revenue of $26.3 billion, which would represent changes of -10.57% and +23.74%, respectively, from the prior year.
Any recent changes to analyst estimates for CRM should also be noted by investors. Recent revisions tend to reflect the latest near-term business trends. With this in mind, we can consider positive estimate revisions a sign of optimism about the company's business outlook.
Based on our research, we believe these estimate revisions are directly related to near-term stock moves. We developed the Zacks Rank to capitalize on this phenomenon. Our system takes these estimate changes into account and delivers a clear, actionable rating model.
The Zacks Rank system, which ranges from #1 (Strong Buy) to #5 (Strong Sell), has an impressive outside-audited track record of outperformance, with #1 stocks generating an average annual return of +25% since 1988. Within the past 30 days, our consensus EPS projection has moved 0.1% higher. CRM currently has a Zacks Rank of #1 (Strong Buy)
CRM is valued at $300 BILLION
I think I can call that a powerhouse!
“HOW IS RORY NOT IN JAIL?”
Uhmmmm, maybe because he hasn’t
done anything illegal???
As I pointed out in my post comparing
the timelines of CRM and VERB, SALESFORCE
started out on the NASDAQ with 10 million
shares… now they have 1 BILLION shares!
They only had 1 forward split of 4 for 1.
Where do you think all those shares came
from?? Perhaps from raising capital to
build the company into the powerhouse
it is today??? This is a very common use
of shares and in no way is a reason for a
CEO to “go to jail”.
All the long term shareholders who keep
adding to their positions understand the
moves that Rory is making and understand
that these moves will eventually add to the
value of the company and the shares.
VERB WAS PUBLIC IN 2013…
VERB CAME ONTO THE NASDAQ IN 2019
It was a completely different business model and hence the name change
when it was on the OTCBB. It actually changed names twice. It had nothing
to do with the business which it transacts today. I was well aware of the
previous business which it was involved with back in those days however
I was not sold on that model nor do I invest in penny stocks.
This info which you bring to attention actually strengthens my perspective,
because SALESFORCE was doing it’s same business model for 5 years
before it went public on the NASDAQ. VERB was only doing it’s business
model for roughly one and a half years before going on the NASDAQ.
Thanks for adding your info.
PERSPECTIVE: VERB VS SALESFORCE
Salesforce (CRM) went public in 2004
With 10M shares trading around $3
Before going public SALESFORCE did a
Reverse split of 1 for 20 shares (sound
familiar). In 2009 CRM was trading in
The $8 range. (5 years after going public)
In 2012 CRM traded in the $38 range
In 2013 CRM had a forward split of 4 for 1.
(9 yrs after going public).
In 2016 it was trading around $75
Today, 17 yrs after going public CRM
Has 1 BILLION SHARES outstanding and
a market cap of $300B. $300 per share.
VERB went public in 2019 with approx
50M shares at around $2.50-3.00.
I would venture a guess that in another
3 years VERB should be in the $8 range.
6 years from now perhaps $38.
And so on, and so on…
THAT’S WHY THE LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS
AREN’T SELLING ANY SHARES.
ROME WASN’T BUILT IN A DAY AND
NEITHER ARE SOLID COMPANIES.
WARREN BUFFET AND MOTLEY FOOL

ALWAYS SAY TO BUY AND HOLD.
BEST WAY TO MAKE MILLIONS!
This is my very last post for now…. You asked me my opinion and I will answer you…
I don’t believe Rory is a liar. I do believe he is overly optimistic in all he does, which is not a bad trait. I wouldn’t
want to invest with someone who isn’t optimistic. Having said that I realize that he should probably keep his
optimistic statements toned down a bit. Much of what he has said has come to fruition, just not as quickly as he or the investors would like.
Again this is my opinion which you asked for. You’re entitled to yours as well.
GLTA
I have been invested in VERB since its listing on the NASDAQ. I kept buying all the way down to sub dollar
pps. I have a significant number of shares. I’m not trying to school anyone. I was able to invest all the way back
to the BBooth days. I don’t invest in OTC stocks, and I wasn’t sold on the business models of the previous
ideas. Anybody who was in BBooth and nFusz can’t deny that VERB is much better positioned to become a
huge, successful company in the right place at the right time. I only jumped on here to defend Rory because he
is no used car salesman. He put up much of his own money to start these companies and sincerely wants
everyone to make money. I know quite a few people made a lot of money trading VERB. That’s not my game.
I’m holding tight for the long term (5-10 yrs). I believe in VERB and I believe in Rory.
That’s all I’m going to say now. GLTA
RORY FOLLOWED UP ON THAT DURING THE CONFERENCE CALL FOLLOWING THAT YEAR’S
2nd quarter’s numbers. ON THAT CALL IS WHEN HE SAID THAT HE COULD MAKE THE COMPANY
CASH FLOW POSITIVE OR HE COULD BUILD THE COMPANY MUCH BIGGER AND MUCH MORE
VALUABLE. I, FOR ONE, THINK HE MADE THE RIGHT DECISION AND WAITING AN EXTRA COUPLE
OF YEARS WILL PAY OFF FOR ALL LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS.
”Due to the market he was in”????
Part of being successful in business is knowing what market to be in. Rory made a few pivots while running
TELX which lead to the company being highly successful and he has made a few major pivots in this new
venture which has lead to the start-up known as VERB. This is also the right market to be in as it is the
future of retail sales. He got the company listed on the NASDAQ. I’m not going to list all the accomplishments
he has made with VERB as anyone can look them up and see that VERB is on its way to being the leader in
this market. Calling a man (who has made so much out of so little) a used car salesman just goes to show
that someone has made it personal because they expected an overnight success, which just isn’t how it works
in business.
WHAT RORY ACTUALLY SAID WAS THAT HE COULD TURN VERB
CASH FLOW POSITIVE BUT HE WOULD PREFER TO BUILD THE
FOUNDATION OF THE COMPANY SO IT WILL EVENTUALLY BE A
MUCH STRONGER COMPANY AND WOULD BRING A LOT MORE VALUE
TO THE SHAREHOLDERS. THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT HE HAS BEEN DOING
IN CASE YOU HAVEN’T BEEN FOLLOWING THE PROGRESS.
A USED CAR SALESMAN?
You might want to do a little DD on Rory. He has been
Extremely successful before And will not stop until he turns
This company into what he says He will. He is building a very
Strong foundation and when The time comes, you will see
VERB soar.
I misunderstood the post.
That makes more sense!
Thank you.
If only they had VERB’S TOUCH SCREEN TECHNOLOGY
they would be almost as good as VERB.
This only goes to show that the market is going
to be huge like Rory stated. It’s nice that VERB is
considered the front runner! Go VERB!
Watching the action on this stock for the last
Few months, I think stop loss orders are being
taken out. Looks like a move up is in the near
Future.
ZOOM was just talked about on FOX
NEWS... They are compromised with
Chinese espionage!
That tweet was from March.
We’re in a stronger position now.
An investment is something you hold
onto to hopefully make a profit. When
you buy a house it doesn’t double overnight.
Sometimes it takes a long time to make
a profit. This was never promised to be
an overnight bonanza. Rory explained in the
last conference call that it takes a few months
to get a customer on line from when they sign
on to start seeing income from them. With all
these new customers VERB is signing up, by
first quarter of 2020 we should see a big
difference. Anybody on here who keeps knocking
this company has never started a business.
Either that or you have other motives????
Can someone explain just what EMA IS?
Those 13F filings are actually from June.
That’s when they initiated those positions.
Most of the people who took a loss have large
Positions and aren’t going anywhere. It wouldn’t
make sense for them at all to sue for any losses
because it would just hurt themselves. Most
Of them are smart enough to know that what
was done had to be done for the company to
move forward, get on the NASDAQ and grow
into a mega million dollar enterprise.
Ok, thanks.
How do you see those Brightools white labeled apps?
HA! VERB is one of the only stocks
in my portfolio that’s in the green!
GO VERB!!!
This lawsuit involves...
Investors who bought stock from
Jan-May of 2018 only.
I invested in GMCR back in 2012
The stock was being shorted by
a hedge fund. It went from around
$30 to $18 overnight. There was a
Class Action Lawsuit filed.
Within the year the stock was close to
$100
You never know what’s going on. You
have to do your own DD and then
decide accordingly.
COMFORT ZONE...
It seems the stock price has found
a comfort zone right around $2 and
will probably remain in that zone
until the next quarter financials
prove Rory right or wrong. Institutional
buying won’t happen until at least
another year and much higher revenues.
PRICE MANIPULATION...
More than half the volume today
Is me buying and they keep
dropping the price. Watch what
happens tomorrow!!!!
Yes, just like his last scam...
Which made quite a few. Millionaires!
This scam will make many more!
THE MARKET MAKERS...
Are having a ball with this stock.
LOL
VERB IS DOING BETTER...
Than all my other stox today!
GOING TO BE INTERESTING...
To see which camp is going to be
Eating Humble Pie in the next
couple of weeks. I have a hunch
it’s not going to be the longs!
Go VERB.
STOCK POISED TO JUMP
When the stock goes up when over a
million shares trade and then falls when under
30 thousand shares trade you can bet you’re
going to see a massive jump soon.
Your "Spark of Genius" would make perfect sense...IF... there weren't many players in the financing deal and the new Poland deal who were compensated with many shares to get involved. Do you really think for one nanosecond that these players are that stupid? Give me a friggin' break. Nice try, pal. Go back to the drawing board and come up with another "Spark of Genius".
BIGJ, Great job! Good luck, and keep getting the word out on this Golden Oppurtunity. As always, JUST1HAVNFUN
