PERSPECTIVE: VERB VS SALESFORCE
Salesforce (CRM) went public in 2004
With 10M shares trading around $3
Before going public SALESFORCE did a
Reverse split of 1 for 20 shares (sound
familiar). In 2009 CRM was trading in
The $8 range. (5 years after going public)
In 2012 CRM traded in the $38 range
In 2013 CRM had a forward split of 4 for 1.
(9 yrs after going public).
In 2016 it was trading around $75
Today, 17 yrs after going public CRM
Has 1 BILLION SHARES outstanding and
a market cap of $300B. $300 per share.

VERB went public in 2019 with approx
50M shares at around $2.50-3.00.
I would venture a guess that in another
3 years VERB should be in the $8 range.
6 years from now perhaps $38.
And so on, and so on…

THAT’S WHY THE LONG TERM SHAREHOLDERS
AREN’T SELLING ANY SHARES.
ROME WASN’T BUILT IN A DAY AND
NEITHER ARE SOLID COMPANIES.
